Hello! I got a Graflex a while ago and decided I needed a Kylo Ren to my Rey, so I decided to make one myself! This saber started as a Flamberge although I'm not sure that it still is. I'm so happy with how it turned out but I want to spray it with something to protect it and to cover up where the glue got a little messy  Thoughts for coating anyone? Looking very good there.
Krylon Matte Coat would be a good choice for protection, without giving it a glossy finish

What's that krylon stuff made of? I found a can of flex seal at my house and I thought it would be good because it's rubber-based and most of my saber's surface is rubber. I actually went ahead and tested it on some pipe and it looked like this:  I liked the texture, I think it looks like wrought iron or something. Do you guys think this texture would be good for a Kylo saber? |

It's blazing red Also I forgot to mention that it's a dark prophecy pommel! I think a shorter pommel is better for this big ol' sword anyway |
