You might, maybe, find some silly ornate parade swords that weighed more, but that's probably about it and probably not by a whole lot.
Most people vastly over estimate how much weapons weigh, swords in particular. I don't know for sure, but we probably have D&D and things like it to thank for that. I was wondering if the two shipped together or if I will have to wait a few weeks for my grab bag. Im guessing the wait.

After research yes 4 pound is hefty for a sword you got me there, friend of mine has a claymore that we weighed on my spring scalce that goes to 80lbs (use it to weigh catfish weighed a 25 pound weight and it read 24.7 so its close) and it weighs about 9 pounds clearly this wasnt intended for long term combat however one smash to the head would kill so it could be a weapon. Do they weigh the box and packing peanuts and such of just the sabers I wonder?
