Just remember one thing: confidence. Confidence is probably the most attractive feature in either gender. Take those stupid before/after images that all those goofy diet/exercise/makeup/acne commercials use. Ever notice the trend in the before pictures? The person is never smiling. But in the after, they are always smiling. Even though yes, the after image often does show noticeable improvements, they are magnified by the smile. It shows a boost in confidence, and therefore the person in the after image is more attractive. Observe:

Personally I think Heidi is the more attractive of the 2, but Cameron shows far less change because she is smiling with and without makeup. Also, for those paying real close attention, you'll notice Cameron actually looks slightly better in the before image. It's because that smile is genuine. It shows in the eyes.

So keep smiling, Brooke. It will show the world that you give precisely zero F@#%$ about what they think.

Hey, I don't take selfies because my right eye closes more than my left when I smile, and selfies exaggerate this, making me look psychotic. But outside of that I just let the smiles fly. Who cares? Life is short, and sucks. So take every opportunity to smile.

But I've actually experimented with the idea that was given to me, and it works. The idea is to smile, even if you don't feel it. The strange thing is that your brain already has a positive association with the muscle memory of smiling. In a short time the false smile will become genuine because of the endorphins released from the action. Basically, it feels good to smile. Get them crow's feet.

Sage wisdom, even from a Sith. I've got to work on this. I have a nasty habit of letting what I'm feeling always show on my face, and self-help "smile therapy" like you suggest is definitely worth working at.

Yeah.....good luck with that. Apparently I have resting bitch face, especially when I'm concentrating. People are always telling me I need to smile when I'm on stage. I tell them that "if you see me smiling, that means I'm getting distracted."
