I'm confused by the mysterious blue color outside. There's also this bright, shiny thing that appears be drying up the water on the ground. I must have been abducted by aliens again.

Wow. just went to buy some trustfires (2) another charger(VP1 +2 more Trustfires) and a pommel (Catalyst), shipping is $17.75, making my total just a hair under $80.00... I think I'll leave my saber quiet a few days longer and might add in a grab bag to see if I can make it a little more worth while, because it doesn't seem to increase the shipping cost to add it.
yeah.... see shipping to here with those would probably be like 35-40 USD, add a saber and it'd probably jump up to 50 or 60, then inflate that by a heap for AUD. Our poor dollar just means there's no way I can afford to buy saber parts atm  tis sad. |

one of my exs just knocked on my door and asked if she and her boyfriend (her term for him cannot be repeated here) could crash at my "pad" while they save up enough to get their own place. Why do they always come to me?
in other news I REALLY need to stop picking up instruments at thrift stores. I just bought a pre-'63 (I think fourties) Getzen Deluxe trumpet.

Maybe you should lay off the mushrooms for a while (ha) Maybe you can finally take "bestie" for a walk without getting it wet. Been raining here almost every day. Sucks wielding my blades in the house and try not to destroy anything. |

That's an easy settlement. You either get rent...or get some. Since the latter is probably nowhere near the table, charge them rent and enforce the house rules. If she and her boy-toy cannot agree to the terms you set down...well bummer. Tell 'em to bounce. |

Bestie is making my inner tunic for my Jedi outfit. All that's left after that is the robe. Second-guessing my decision to use linen for the robe due to the wrinkle factor, but the looks factor trumps that. After watching bestie hand-stitch some kind of invisible tuck/seam into the shoulder of a tunic for over an hour, I am in awe of her abilities and fully insist that she should be doing this crap for a living because that tunic is freakin' flawless.

AWESOME. I finally learned why US named the Graflex, "Graflex". The OG prop that Luke uses in EPs IV & V was made from a Graflex (company name) side mounted camera flash. Who has dirt on how some of the other names were chosen?
