Did you put a 40"blade in there or an even longer blade? How does it wield? 'Cause a Zweihander goes up to 2meter (is that 80"?). I would love to see that in action. Its only about 59.25" overall as set now but the hilt including forward emitter is 22.5". It handles very well and is my main fighting saber at The Saber Legion - Colorado meets. Any longer blades and it would exceed TSL regulations and probably become to whippy to fight with. As it stands now i can keep positive control of an opponents blades between the main and cross blades on this.
