Okay, so "my order" arrived today. This is what I ordered Aeon LEV5, tri-fire orange, orange illuminated silver AV switch, arbiter/archon classic pommel, covertech wheel, OS Lite sound, 40 inch heavy grade regular blade with pointed tip; also the free initiate promo saber.

The free initiate WAS NOT in the box, AND the saber I ordered came with a regular tip on the heavy blade instead of the pointed one I paid extra for. I love the saber, but that love is EXTREMELY tempered by this shorting by US. I have sent an email inquiring about this matter. I bought such an expensive saber specifically because there was to be another saber included, and I was planning on buying several additional blades and pommels in future but that's out the window if this isn't resolved.

Ooh...yeah, that's a rather sizable botch.  Hope you get some resolution on this one.

Sent an email checking on the Dominix that I ordered for my brother as a Christmas gift....even though it'll only have been 3 weeks this coming Tuesday, my curiosity got the better of me and I did admit that in the email.   Just want to make sure things are on track and there are no unfixable problems.

And, I'll admit I'm curious to see if my Good Juju holds out a little further.    

EDIT:  I did not email Nichole about this one; since it was a separate order and question, I emailed the [email protected] address.  We'll see what happens.

No replies today, either to this one or to my Frankensaber inquiry from yesterday.   Not too surprised, though...I mean, it is the weekend.  I'm sure the production crews are working their duffs off 7 days a week, but that doesn't necessarily mean the CS reps are.  Especially since Texas is going through Coronageddon 2.0 right now.

Just gotta play the waiting game, plain and simple.   What else is new, right?

So this is my first time ordering custom light sabers for myself and also my friends who put into the order with me. Me and my friends put in the order roughly 9 weeks ago and roughly once a week since week 4 I have emailed, asking about the current Status. I haven't gotten any replies yet and was wondering if there was anything else I can do to find out the status of my order.

The order is a bit of a large one, as we all went into the order together and are hoping to get them before summers end. The order is for 10 sabers (I'll post sabers at bottom). Would they wait until all the sabers could be shipped at once or would they have them shipped as completed?

I've been reading this Forum for a while and decided to post and was wondering what you all thought about our current situation or if this is just another case of waiting and hoping for the shipping.

Not much else you can do other than what you've been doing, my friend.  When you email them, make sure you're using the [email protected] address, put your order number in the subject, and try to at least be civil.  They're getting bombarded with emails left and right, for sure.  

There are a few things that are probably causing your delay: material shortages, the work staff affected by the Covid-19 regulations, the fact that yours is a big order probably has a hand as well.  They won't ship the order piecemeal, they'll wait until everything is done and then ship the completed package out.

For what it's worth, you're among company here that completely sympathize and empathize with you.   One thing is definite, though; you WILL get your order.   Keep us updated, especially when you do get your Golden Ticket.   We love hearing that news.

And by the way, sounds like you've got a good arsenal coming.  Make sure to get some pictures posted for us.  We love those, too.

I got the green light from the Mrs. for my Empress as a present to myself from our toddler for me renewing my teaching contract for next year and getting notice of successfully clearing my credential!

Now the Crimson Princess with Guardian Blue blade I pre-ordered..... I'm sure I'll have a good excuse by the time it's ever made and shipped!

It even says COMPLETED on the website!   The only thing I'm worried about is the requisition order I paid for the Frankensaber, it still says processing, and there was no indication that it was done in the email I just got.  And now I'm a little nervous that it didn't get done.  I mean, I followed the instructions I was given, and Aria did confirm that she was going to link the two...but I need to know for sure, know what I mean?
