Just to let everyone know, I sent a follow-up email to Cade after I got the template letter, and he sent a very courteous response within a day of my email. We're not just talking with robots; the Ultrasabers staff are reading our emails and responding, even though it must take awhile to sort through the mountains of letters they get every day. There's hope yet!  |

I have given up on these people. Contacted my CC to reverse charges as well. BBB rating is "F" and customer ratings are 1.25 stars. I am through with Ultrasabers.
I can't speak from personal experience, but from what I've heard from long-time customers who have had good interactions with US, the situation this year is way, way worse than the normal Ultrasabers experience. This may not be the best time to judge them as a scam, especially with the pandemic going on. |

Yeah true I ordered a stunt 1st then got impatient and ordered another stunt and a diamond which also got me a free initiate and a grab bag lol

Well, My Dark Catalyst was supposed to be here Monday. Today, Tuesday, it went from Alabama right up 81 through Virginia (Where I live), and on into Western Maryland. Good times.
