I was looking into some filter options, and for some reason out of the 3 companies I looked into , Lee didn't have any info on life span of the filters. What my question is, because of the little to no heat from a LED, is there a indefinite life span on the filter used in a saber ?

This is the first time this question has been asked!  So, to my understanding the Heat Sink (Which is part of the LED module) draws 80-95% of the heat produced by the LED away.  To me this says that the LEE filters used on an LED lightsaber hilt should last for quite a long time.  I won't say forever because I can't be certain.  But the LEE filters should last for quite a while (longer than you will use them for).

I'll let anyone who knows something I don't chime in.

I have Dark Initiate V2 LEs that I dual wield with in AS with LEE filters. I really got stuck on the Spring Green LEE filters . The give a bright green/yellow that's as bright as my SY MLS . I have dueled with them for many hours 2-3 hours at a time. They show no sign of wear or fading. And they have retained the shape and size I cut them too . I am very happy with them!

As I have stated once before, when I would do stage lights these were the kinds of filters we used an they would stand up to those massive halogen bulbs with little warping for years before needing to be replaced. Those things would get fleshmeltingly hot, so I think with the LED of sabers they should last longer than you.
