I like his evolution into the MCU and modern day comic book Cap that we see today.  I thought the Hydra Agent Cap was a cool story but it does defeat the purpose of who he is as a person and hero.  It still made for a good story though and I'm not going to complain about it since I have nothing but praise.  His evolution from  his debut until now is as good as his movies, extraordinary and inspiring

I like how the video distinguishes comic book Cap from the movie version. Yes, the version in the movies was awesome, however, the movies are loose translations of the source material. And it was great to see some of the artwork from across the decades.

What I like is that Marvel went one step further...that The MCU isn't just film adaptations but gave it a Universe Number within the Multiverse

Which is why when some people complain that a movie "changed something from the comics" it's so frustrating. I think it's better to take inspiration from stories in the comics but adapt them to work in the film medium. They've had great success with that formula so far.

I have no problem with adaptations, especially when it comes to comics.  Its the execution and reasoning I have issues with sometimes.  As far as the MCU goes I'm fine with about 95% of the adaptations that were made.
