(very nice btw) The top part is anodized black aluminum and the bottom part is a tactical LED flashlight. It's super light weight. My own idea and design from the bottom up and I got to work with some great guys over in Shenzen during it's creation. Quite an awesome little saber if I do say so myself. It was a proof of concept saber with only 100 made. They sold out quickly and there are no plans to make more. Emory made the video for it last year if you want to learn more:

(mine is 290 lummens and is super bright) pic below:
