Title: Ran a 5K!! Post by: Jacen_Katar on October 02, 2013, 12:16:20 AM Hey everybody. This past Sunday I attended the Ovarian cancer 5K. I planned on walking it but at the last minute I decided to run it. I finished in 35th place out of about 200+ people. I came in 8th in men under the age of 19. I ran it in 28:09.02 with an average of 9:54.6 per mile. I know that doesn't seem fast but here is the thing, I don't run... EVER. Occasionally I'll jog 1/2 miles but that's it. Just thought I'd share.
