I already have one with sunriders destiny color scheme. I have been looking around for a long time and have been coming up blank..
I want to put a red LED in there. Can someone help me understand all the steps I would have to go through to change the sunriders destiny LED to the red LED? Post by: Master Bluespike74 on November 25, 2013, 04:31:45 PM You'll need to remove your old LED by taking out the blade and hitting the emitter on your hand. Cut the wires attached to the LED unit. You need to add some resistors to your lines so that you lower the mA from 1000 to 700. If you don't want to fool with resistors, just put a buck puck in the saber and you'll be ready to go.

Post by: eerockk on November 25, 2013, 04:43:31 PM You could order a BR LED unit from Ultrasabers but you'd have to cut the old one out and solder-join the new wires just like they were before. If you added quick disconnect connectors, you could swap the SRD with BR at will.
I'd recommend getting a V2 staff coupler too since you could pull off an SRD staff with what you have. All I see are options there... I'm not 100% sure of how to do this, but I'm sure you can find it on the internet.

Post by: XtheXcodeX on December 05, 2013, 09:41:18 PM I would guess you would go into the wiring and find some sort of switch. if you want to go perm sith with it, you could probably disconnect or cut the wires leading to the blue and green wires, and putting wire ends on the cut wires. but, as im only 15, I have no clue what nonsense/wisdom im saying
