Title: How to get boot up sound Post by: Darth Kryy on May 19, 2014, 04:49:20 AM Might be a stupid question, but I don't know how to get the boot up sound to play....I have obviously put it onto the lightsaber just dunno how to get it to play

It only plays when you provide power to the saber, meaning inserting the Li-Ions and/or (probably) removing the Kill Key. However, I don't have a KK, so I can't tell exactly if this also triggers the Boot Up.

Thanks man, learnt shortly after watching one of your vids :) Title: Re: How to get boot up sound Post by: Choco on May 20, 2014, 11:03:06 PM In Emorys video about recharge ports the boot up sound does play when the kill key is removed as it should as the point of the kill key is to kill the current in the saber (useful with always on illuminated switches without having to go through the hassle of removing the battery pack)
Though if you get the fast recharge port and a kill key you lose the ability to have it on and charging at the same time so it's up to you as to which option you prefer |
