Hey saber forum I bought a Raven with sound about a month ago and I got the quick disconnect.  The problem is that I still cant get the blade holder out. Any suggestions?

I don't think you can actually. If I remember right only the pommel is MHS. But maybe try removing the claws, then use a rubber clamp if you got one and twist the appropriate way and that should help.

The raven has 2 screws holding in the blade holder. Remove them completely and give the saber a light swing with the blade still in it and it should come loose.

I'll try that but the blade holder spins freely in the saber once I take those screw out. The blade holder also lifts up but seems as if it catches on something every time I try to remove it.

Just try swinging the saber after take the screws out and keeping the blade in. It didn't work, it's okay no fault of yours. Hate to say this but it may be a manufacturer defect.

My advice is email Emory at info.ultrasabers.com. This is an especially good option as according to your original post your saber is still within it's 90 day warranty.

i sent it in and they explained that the pins that help hold the claws was put in too far, making a bump that causes the holder to get stuck
they fixed it for me
