Yes, you can attach a covertec wheel.

Remove the pommel.  Remove the battery pack.

Drill a 1/8 inch hole 1" away from the threaded edge of the hilt.

Thread the hole with a well oiled 8-32 tap.

Secure the covertec wheel to the hilt using an  8-32 x 3/16" screw of your choice (socket head, button head, etc)

There's two ends of a lightsaber.  The emitter, where the blade comes out, and the pommel (the part that unscrews).  The pommel is threaded and so is the hilt.  The "threaded end" of the lightsaber is the where the pommel goes.

You can get specialty screws at any hardware store, like Ace, Lowes, or Home Depot.

And the wheel is long enough so that the screw will go into the hole without disturbing the battery pack? Because i thought it had to go from the the choke down, but then i saw the pommel threads and i was also confused if the battery was going to interfere or not. Also i knew what the pommel was and the emmiter, i made my own lightsaber hilt just never got the light installed which is what i really want to do somethime, but i don't have the knowledge or items to do so. I was just confused because of the battery pack.

The bolt you're going to use is only 3/16th of an inch long.  That won't interfere with the battery pack.
