Title: V4 launcher Post by: Stefan on January 14, 2016, 02:02:04 PM Hello, is there someone who can tell me what some of the sliders in the Obsidian sound section mean. I have no reference point to adjust from. Specificly the motion threshhold, motion integration time, impact threshold, impact debouncing. Thanks in advance for any help.
Title: Re: V4 launcher Post by: Racona Nova on January 14, 2016, 02:16:09 PM Motion Threshold determines how sensitive the sensor reacts to motion - the higher the threshold, the LESS sensitive the saber will be to motion.
Motion Integration Time determines how often fake triggers occur - the higher this setting, the LESS fake triggers will occur. But it also decreases overall sensitivity to motions! So use this in combination with Motion Threshold to get a good compromise between fake triggers and good sensitivity. Impact Thresold is the same as Motion Thresold - the higher the setting, the LESS sensitive the impact sensor will be. Impact Debouncing Time is the same as Motion Integration Time - the higher the setting, the LESS fake triggers will occur and overall sensitivity is decreased.
