My saber collection is slowly expanding. My friend just gave me his Dominix v2 in SRD. It's a stunt saber, but still cool. I really like the hilt, and I'm starting to like SRD better the more I see it. So now I have two sabers. I'll have to make myself a stand here soon. I don't really have that much to say about the hilt. It is fairly plain, but handles wonderfully. It is lightweight like the Apprentice, but about 1 1/2 inches longer. Very comfortable to wield, and holds up well while dueling. Haven't gotten to play with it much, but I actually like it a lot. Now I can practice my dual wield. And I can duel more often.

Nice. Probably would've liked it more if it was a V3 LE like mine :P Still a nice saber though. Any green shade on a black hilt looks nice for sure

Nice friend and any saber from Ultra Sabers its a win IMO.  :D Congrats on not only getting your second saber, but in a very nice color! SRD is really such a premium color, so that's easily a pretty sweet acquisition!  8) Maybe share a picture? That'd be cool to have a looksy at Taegin's newest AND second saber.

I was given a dominix v2 stunt saber as an added bonus when I received my order for the renegade (emerald, obsidian v4). Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my renegade the most but, the dominix is handles GREAT!

Congrats! I have a saber EXACTLY like yours, dominix V2 in SRD, stunt, and it is a wonder to duel with. I agree a dominix LE V3 is "prettier", but the dominix v2 is just so light, so perfect XD

Thanks guys. I haven't really looked into the picture thing much, but I'll think about it. I also don't have a great camera, So the pics would be pretty bad. Maybe since CyberKyber has the exact same saber, he'll post a pic of it for me ;D  I am definitely liking it more then I did when I first saw SRD. I need to try it in my MG blade to see what it looks like hen it's not in a UE blade. I guess I'll have to update my signature now. ::)

No. Or not a good one at least. Hopefully when I upgrade my phone I will be able to take some decent pics.

Well, have a point for the review and the cool little character artwork.  The Dominix V2 is an awesome design.  As Zren said, the V3 is nice too, but I really like the simplicity of a good V2 hilt.  It just works.  Stunts are good for practicing swinging or spinning.  And, the important thing is that you like it.  :)

It's always nice when someone give you a saber. I wish someone would give me a saber. Lucky dog! I usually get stuff like sweaters. Ugg!

Haha, I kinda feel bad letting him give it too me. But then I think of it as a gift, and then I'm okay with it. If it weren't a stunt saber, I would not have taken it. But since he has another SRD saber, and he didn't really want to black one, I was willing to take it. The annoying thing is that a couple weeks ago, he was over at my house, and he accidentally brought my covertec clip home with him. He said he'll return it, so that's good, but I was beginning to wonder where it had gotten off too.

It's the one in between the consular green dominix V3 LE and the Medium blue prophecy XD You can barely seen any details of the hilt there =(

Yay, thank you! See, I love setting up the saber colors from one end of the spectrum to the other (though the double menace is a bit of an issue now when doing it XD). I probably need a bit more green though, only one true CG (since the archon has a lime/cyan/white LED module). Hopefully I'll get a Consular in CG sometime soon


Thank you! I'm glad you like it! The war-glaive/reaper hybrid was a byproduct of my other Violent Vader war-glaive/reaper hybrid, I had to do something with the spare parts :P (too bad it's a stunt...)

Now that I have some pics of my collection, I will share them. I now have 2 new sabers, and I absolutely love them both. My new ones are a Dark Initiate LE v4 (Emerald), and a Dominix v4 in BR. Along with my Dark Apprentice LE v4 FO and my Dominix v2 in SRD. Thanks so much Ultrasabers, you guys are awesome.

Thanks. I gotta say, I really understand why people like the Dominix/Aeon and Initiate hilts now. I still like my Apprentice better, but they are all amazing.
