Title: STORY TIME!
Post by: Lady Revan on January 03, 2019, 09:36:47 AM
I've recently acquired several of the "William Shakespeare's STAR WARS" series, and decided to do some dramatic readings... SO without any further ado (or with much ado about nothing!) I present to You Act IV Scenes 2-7 of William Shakespeare's STAR WARS Verily, A New Hope

Sorry... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiYQYULpE9o&feature=youtu.be#)

Thank's for reading to us! Good job with the voices! I've been wanting these books for a while. Now I HAVE to get them.
Unless of course you plan on reading them all to us? ;)

Haha, I can certainly attempt! 'Twill take a while tho' I am afraid. I only have III, IV, and VIII right now. The Porgs in VIII are great! XD

Reading Shakespeare, or his style, is never an easy thing.
Well done, LR

Thank you! Most of this was sight-reading so I'm happy there weren't any total stops other than for a cat and searching for a vodka skull XD

I like that the fact that you have a bottle of vodka within arms reach. ;D
That's just good planning. ;)

I'm enjoying it far more than I thought I would, considering it started as a joke lol.

LOL I got a Vaders little Princess Calendar for 2019 which has some of those on there..only thing it lacks is your voice overs!  I think as you went along you got better at Vaders voice in particular.
And the Shakespeare...great reading!  But I can't imagine trying to write that...must've driven the author nuts putting in all the 'ye'....

OMG I DIDN'T REALIZE THERE WAS A CALENDAR! I still need to get a 2019 Calendar, so I may have to look into that! Thanks for the info :D

And I know! They're pure genius and I congratulate the author. It's so well written in the style! I also have "Tragedy of the Sith's Revenge" and "Jedi the Last," So I'll definitely be reading more of those

OKAY, so you're going to have to forgive me in this reading for pronouncing Tantive IV as Tentative IV the entire time and for the multiple feline interruptions XD ANYWAY, this story is Raymus from the From A Certain Point of View short stories collection.

It's an excellent collection of stories.
Helps you take a different look at some of what we know so well

It seems very interesting! I’ll probably work through the book in story times
