When I first read the title I was like “really!?!” Then read what it was about and can’t wait to see this.

On of my holy grail model kits is a 1/8 dicast GT40.

As Infinit and I have said, it is a great story and I just hope the film does it justice.

I realize it’s a great story. But for some odd reason I was picturing a Fast and Furious type movie when I read the title the first time. It’s just been one of those kinda days.

 If they do the true story justice this is going to be a great movie with 2 actors that are also great!  I can't wait to see it!
You gotta love that GT40, it's one of the best race cars Ford has ever built.

For those that may not know Ford has a racing school at Miller Motorsport Park in Utah.
I had the honor of attending a class there for the Focus ST.
Attached to the school is a small Ford Museum that houses quite a few of these beautiful race cars among other great machines. It’s the smallest museum I have ever been in and it had the largest collection of GT40s in one place that I have ever seen personally. Had to be 8-10 of these cars. Memory is fuzzy been a while since I was there. I have pictures somewhere.
If you ever get the chance to go I highly suggest it. You won’t be disappointed.

Ford offers it for those that buy the RS, Mustang, and GT for free, I believe.  Others can always sign up for the class as well

The only reason I could think for driving on the left <cough> wrong side would be for reasons deeply rooted in the culture. Reading right to left for example. ::)

And also if the driver side is on the right side of the car, otherwise, it wouldn't be pretty with the number of wrecks that will happen

Also if we are going by number of Jedi Vs number of Sith that equates to left hand drive being the light side and right hand drive being the dark side.

Always been a McLaren fan since the F1.  One day, I'm going to own one and hopefully, own the 600LT

Interesting fact: The McLaren F1 held the title of fast production car for 12 years. No car before or since has held the title longer. (Although the "since" category may just be too young.)

Now why the hell can't they produce good cars for their actual F1 team?
