Title: Order Question
Post by: Bchaz on May 23, 2020, 09:25:59 PM
I placed an order almost three months ago and I have not received it, and the status still says processing. I have tried to contact customer service and the other emails listed on this website, but I received either no response or a message undeliverable error. What should I do and who should I contact to resolve this?

I sure HOPE they’re off tomorrow (and all of this weekend, honestly)!  They need some time off, and everyone in the United States should have the opportunity some time this weekend to honor the Memorial Day holiday however they feel is appropriate.  (Of course, I realize that’s my opinion, not everyone’s opinion, and it’s not the way things are, and that’s okay.)

Agreed we need to salute our armed forces. I always light off fireworks as thats my "other" hobby

My dog would die. Please do not take this the wrong way but I am glad I do not live near you.

OP, If you didn't get a response yet from [email protected] since you posted this thread then you'll have to re-send your inquiry to that email. A message just went out that all the emails sent prior to today have been lost.

No worries I dont shoot in neighborhoods. I shoot in fields with proper distances maintained. Im in 2 Pyrotechnics clubs here in Florida and we follow the proper guidelines. When your shooting 3' up to 8" shells you need to be safe!

It seems that Marlena may have left as I just tried to obtain an update of my order and her email has kicked back to me.. 3 months waiting w/o hardly any updates is way too long to wait.  Considering what we were told was a 4-8 week wait time of delivery and Marlena last mssg to me was a 4 week wait time as I need these sabers for work reasons why I had initially ordered from US.

I thank you for your support. Pop all the fireworks you want but keep in mind who's a veteran that lives around you. As a combat veteran, fireworks un-nerve me and I know that more than a handful of vets around my neighborhood are the same way.

As a young tyke, I learned (after only ONE mistake) not to cock my weapon behind my Korean War veteran father.  Memorable lesson.

Our vets should always be taken care of and shown our utmost respect why I always care and advocate for our vets especially in managing their care, well being and fighting for the benefits they deserve and are entitled too.  I as well as others have given up family blood to defend this country and will continue to serve this country as we have done so in the past and present.  Hope all had a safe and wonderful Memorial Day that are in the USA. 😄 Much respect to our vets and current peeps serving this country... 🙏

Well said DrG  :)

Coming up in a military family myself (brother's a Lt.Cmdr. in the Navy, father, uncles, grandfather ALL NCOs across the services; they tell me I got lost and ended up in college  ;)), I have a deep, resounding respect for our veterans.  Both Memorial and Veterans Days are poignant in their reminder that we not take for granted what we have or the cost paid by those who have sacrificed on our behalf.
