Title: first time buyer Post by: jarrod2020 on June 19, 2020, 10:29:49 PM hello first time buyer here ordered myself the fallen light saber with some bells and whistles and I hope it gets here I hate to have my first post be not 100% positive but I feel I have to ask is it common to not get a response to emails sent I know things have been crazy as of late but its going on 8 weeks with and still no word on the status of my order but I'm holding on hope that I will see my saber some time and would love to show it off to every one here once it gets here so I'm crossing my fingers.

I too am a first time buyer and just over a month waiting for a $200 MB, however I have gotten responses. I learned to make sure that the order number is in the subject line. It still took about 3 to 4 days to get a response when I emailed [email protected] Hope that helps. MTFBWY.
