The 7 Forms Of The Old Jedi Order DVD - including Jar-Kai (two sabers) and a Saber Staff Form Quick notes: *This DVD is not at all associated with mine and Nova's NCSCS DVD. That is a completely separate DVD that will be offered later in the year. *These forms are katas (pre-set saber moves), but can also be translated and modified into combative forms...they are what you make them. Never before have the 7 Forms ever been offered on one DVD, let alone a saber staff form. This has been developed from several sources including the NY Jedi (who I am not in any way affiliated with, but have a few talented members), the now defunct LA Jedi, and what Novastar has shared with me, and my personal knowledge and experience of over 19 years of martial arts training The DVD includes: *Tutorials for all the above mentioned forms, broken down in easy to learn steps. *Web links to more information to each form, as well as other interpretations of the forms (if applicable...there is no other "Lightwhip" form out there to my knowledge) *The tutorials are in .WMV format. (if you need to convert it, I can point you to a free online video converter) The cost of this unique DVD is $25 (plus 1.50 shipping CONUS and $7.00 INTERNATIONAL) PAYPAL ONLY.
