Title: Just got 2 sabers at the 2011Wondercon but... Post by: Flipteezy on April 04, 2011, 08:32:38 PM My standard saber's battery cradle will not come out all the way as it only sticks out 1/4 of it... Should I just pull harder or can I bring this into you for repair?

Post by: Ultra on April 04, 2011, 08:54:18 PM The wire and protective sleeve is pretty stiff, so when it's coiled in the hilt, it can be a little hard to pull out. Pull a little harder to get the pack out more. If that doesn't work, we'll cover it under warranty. Thanks for supporting us at the con! The turnout was amazing!
