Title: A Raucous Rebel Song
Post by: Rina Ascura on December 13, 2012, 04:55:10 AM
a.k.a. Vader has only got one ball. A lyric swap for the original WWII song about the Nazis.

Land of soap and water,
Vader's having a bath.
Mothma peeps through a keyhole,
Having a good laugh...

Because...

Vader has only got one ball
Tarkin has two, but very small,
Jabba has balls of rubber,
And Palpatine has got no balls at all!

Vader has only got one ball,
The other is on an adobe wall,
His mother, the dirty bugger,
Cut it off when he was small.

She threw it into a sarlacc's face,
But missed, and it got into deep space.
The cave-slug got out his space mug,
And had some bollocks and some oratays.

P.S. No offence to Shmi, the common rebel soldiers didn't know any better.

Later, when Luke and Leia learned their father's full story, they insisted on changing the controversial line to "Watto, who's always blotto"

I'm still laughing at this. I'm dying to know what the melody is too! Since I make beer, this song seems very appropriate for my repertoire!  ;D

здорово!

The "Dink Dink song" from Spaceballs is the melody. It's more properly called Colonel Bogey March. The first lines use the melody of "Land of Hope and Glory".

Hahaha! Not the 'sea chanty' I was imagining, but that's awesome too! Point again! :D
