Title: Your Star Wars characters
Post by: Derek Jagger on May 15, 2015, 12:11:08 PM
Have you created a Star Wars hero? A villain? What is their personality? What era do they live in? Clone Wars? Galactic Civil War? Post Episode VI? Describe them in a reply.

My Jedi is a human male named Derek Jagger. He wears brown robes with a tan undershirt, brown boots that have detachable rocket boosters that allows him to hover in the air. He also has a sleeveless dark brown
trench coat, and wears clone phase-II armor woren by clones in the 501st on both full arms, with a grappler like Boba Fett's on his right arm. Green eyes and a hair style like Obi-Wan's in episode-III.

Jagger claims that "Any good warrior always goes in the field with more than one weapon" so he is armed with his primary Lightsaber (the green one I'm designing), three additional lightsabers (2 blue, 1 green), and a blaster pistol with a 2nd smaller barrel under the main one that fires in unison. He is skilled with most every weapon a human, near human ect. can wield.

He usually uses great humor in battle, making him a great source of morale. The dark side is in him, but he knows how to use it for good. He knows this by checking what his choices are, saying to himself "will I be like Vader by doing this". Derek often goes to Luke Skywalker for advice when he has a problem. He has a partnership, and romantic relationship with Cacellia Haymige, another Jedi of my creation, but that another story. He can use Force Lightning. His signature move is, what he calls, "Saber Drill" where he uses his lightsabers spin above him with the Force and uses his rocket boosters to plow through his enemies.

My jedi is a clone called "forn ma'lek" (but given the name Darth Xaivier by count dooku) genetically altered to have more Midi-chlorians (kinda like a cuis clone: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Cuis_clone)  so that it can use the force but he goes rogue  and the way he sees it the jedi should use both dark side and light side powers to have true balance he still goes around in Mandalorian but he's painted over the usual markings with the blood of the first jedi he killed, and has a synthetic focus crystal because he was created by the sith so couldn't get to ilum he spends most of his time meditating on dantooine but occasionally comes out to stop those who oppose him. His clone cells were taken from count dooku and combined with the normal jango fett genes. He was created by the sith in secret just before the battle of geonosis but when he discovered why he was created he kills one of the many jedi at the battle and steals their starfighter and escapes at which he hides on dantooine.

So I am quite new to the Forum, don't know if I am putting this in the right place, but this is my story in Star Wars.

Darth Zhar
 Kal Ramillor
**This record is taken from the Jedi Archive, this contains all records the Jedi have on Kal Ramillor.**

Kal Ramillor was born in the terrestrial moon of Gall, which orbited around the gas giant Zhar. He was a young orphan when he first met the Jedi, living on the streets and dying of cold one night. A Jedi Knight saw him and took pity on this poor boy, sensing The Force inside him the Jedi Knight took him back to Coruscant. There Kal was accepted to the Jedi Order as a youngling. Kal joined the Kataran Clan, as it suited his style the most of being stealthy. Kal was a quiet youngling, keeping to the back in classes and not speaking much, but he learnt a great deal. Kal did have some close friends from his clan, although he was quiet Kal was very adventurous, taking risks that no one else would. After an appropriate amount of time Kal went through the Initiate trails and passed with ease, (though there was nothing remarkable about his performance.) Kal found a Jedi Knight willing to train him, in the form of Surenit Kli'qiy. Master Kli'qiy was a member of the Caamasi race.
As a Padawan Kal Ramillor and Surenit Kli'qiy formed a strong bond in a short time. Exploring much of the outer rim together, they were strong in their sword play and tactics. They were sent on a mission to discover a possible Sith threat but that turned out to be false, however that mission almost cost them their lives at the hands of some Mandalorians launching a surprise attack on them.
During his Padawan training, Kal experimented in using the force to increase his psychical capabilities, he became particularly gifted in his force jump, jumping far beyond what his Master thought possible. This allowed them greater access as they continued to explore the Outer Rim planets.
Kal was training in the art of Djem So, a powerful combat style. However with his love of force enhancing, he worked hard at blending Djem So with Ataru, a much quicker style of fighting. Master Kli'qiy, saw great potential in his apprentice blending these two styles so worked together. The Jedi Order is unsure if Kal Ramillor managed this.
For many years Master Kli'qiy and Padawan Ramillor explored the Galaxy and had many successful missions together. Then came the time for Kal Ramillor to take the Jedi Trails, which again Kal Ramillor managed to complete with relative ease. His command of The Force over his psychical abilities was remarkable.
As a Jedi Knight Kal Ramillors first mission was to go with his former master and new apprentice to a Sullist to seek out a possible Sith threat. Within. A short time Kal Ramillor returned to the Jedi Temple, alone. He stated that they had found a rouge band of Sith called the Black Knights. Upon attempting to stop them Master Kli'qiy and his apprentice ever killed, he had managed to escape death. Kal gave the Jedi Council a broken Sith lightsaber as proof of what happened.
The Council granted Kals request to stay in the Temple for a while to train and teach Saber combat. He taught Djem So masterfully, it was clear to the Council that he was a Djem So master, in his time in the temple he was unbeaten in every battle.
After a year Kal Ramillor came to the temple, requesting to become a Jedi Sentinel. Upon reflection the Jedi Council granted this. (Upon reflection Master Yoda realised this was a mistake). As a Jedi Sentinel, Kal Ramillor was gifted a yellow saber crystal, to which he created a special blue hilted saber to mark the occasion. Kal stated that it provided enough to delivery the powerful blows for Djem So but also allowed for quick and light attacks of Ataru.
Kal Ramillor was a highly skilled and successful Jedi Sentinel, he never failed a mission. In hunting the Dark forces in this galaxy, he would not weaver or tire. He would always complete the mission. He helped stop many dark forces and dark creatures from killing thousands. Most notable of his victories was killing the last of the Terentatek still in the Republic, and the Sith that were their masters. (Though may exist beyond our space.)
Kal Ramillor was chosen to be a one of the elite, a Jedi Shadow, after his defeat of the Terentatek, to find out as as much as he could of the Sith and the Dark Side and vanquish them. Kal Ramillor never returned from his first mission as a Jedi Shadow, to Yavin. What his fate was remains unknown.
**This is all the information that Jedi Archive has on Kal Ramillor**

***Now reads the Personal Account of Kal Ramillor***

My first mission for the Jedi Council as a Jedi Shadow was my only one. I was sent to Yavin to try and find out as much information about the rumour of a Sith Lord on the planet. But I did not find the Sith Lord, instead I found the Black Knights. I found the ones who killed my Master Kli'qiy and Trera his apprentice. As a Jedi Shadow I was skilled in hiding from everyone. So I hid, I watched and I followed. These Sith were unaware of my existence always trailing them.
I moved with them from planet to planet, I watched them use the Dark side of the force. I watched them perform many horrors in the name of the Sith. I discovered that these Knights were after old Sith artifacts to try and increase their mastery of The Force, they were looking for a Dark Reaper supposedly lost on Ord Radama. I also learnt that these Sith did not think that the Rule of Two was the way forward and seemed to become a large Sith force. Maybe they wanted to use the Dark Reaper to become the only Siths.
I was unaware that my time watching these Sith, meant I was changing. Each day that went by that I remain undetected or I managed to escape from being found my confidence grew, no my pride in my own ability grew. Slowly I entertained the idea of defeating all of the Sith.
It started small, every time I discovered a ally of the Sith, one they left I would terminate him or her. I would kill expertly leaving no trace and no one alive. I knew the more I killed the more that I could defeat them. I had been out of contact with the Jedi for almost a entire year, I knew they would be expecting me back Many months ago. There was probably a few Jedi searching for me now.
Then we finally arrived at Ord Radrama. It was here that my greatest failure happened, my pride lead be to believe I could defeat all 8 of them. 2 had died before they even knew I was attacking. Once the remains 6 had collected themselves they struck back, they used such power I was overwhelmed. I was able to kill a third Sith, and that's when I met him. A true Sith Lord. Darth Ruin. He stopped the Black Knights from killing me, instead he chose to kept me.
I spent weeks with Darth Ruin, he would hurt me, use a Mind Shard to cause me great pain, or Memory Walk to make me relive my old Masters death over and over. And to relive each life I have taken. I began to see that the Dark Side of The Force holds power and uses power in ways the Jedi can only Imagine. Darth Ruin helped me use the rage and pride I had built over the last year as a Jedi Shadow to show me true power. From that moment I became his apprentice.
My Master gave me the name Darth Zhar from then on, he taught and instructed me in the great ways of the Dark Side. I learnt then that I was finally free, that I preferred being away from other Jedi because I knew they were wrong. That my desire for the mission was my desire to free people, from the oppression and control that the Jedi exhorted over them and the Republic.
I have killed many Jedi now. They are blinded by the teachings of the Jedi, and it is disgusting how they have and are being manipulated. The Sith will free the people by ridding them of the Jedi. My master has recently granted me the title of Sith Lord, I now take others back to Ord Radrama in search of the Dark Reaper, to use to destroy the Jedi, once and for all.
My only regret was that I had wasted so much of my life with the Jedi, that I had not seen the truth and joined the Sith earlier, I am sure that Master Kli'qiy would have agreed and joined with me.

Please be kind, I am an aspiring writer too, so is this any good at all?

Character History:
Name: Jayce Zerrelin (Venturous)
Home World: Telos
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Profession: Sith Assassin
Born: Old Republic Era
Allegiance: Sith only
Weapon of choice: Saberstaff
Combat Style: Own interpretation of Juyo

Jayce was born into a family of Mercenaries on the planet of Telos. His father was very abusive to him, his two sisters, and his mother. Often times his father would come home in a rage and beat one or more of them. One such occasion saw the damaging of Jayce's eyes that greatly impaired his vision.

A Jedi was allowed to spend the night at the Zerrelin estate one night, after having crashed on the surface of Telos. During his stay, the Jedi taught Jayce many things about the Force and the ways of the Jedi. The Jedi was forced to leave however, after quietly standing up to Jayce's father during one of his rages. It was from that point on that Jayce strived to become a Jedi.

One night however, his father came home in a mad rage after not being paid for a job he had taken and took his anger out on one of his sisters. Furious with hate, Jayce killed his father by snapping his neck. Realizing what he had done, he fled to the Sith Academy on Korriban, knowing that he had failed himself as a potential Jedi. Consumed with hate, he knew he needed to find an outlet for his emotions, which led him to the teachings of the Sith. He took it upon himself to learn anything and everything he could in the ways of combat, stealth, and how to fuel the hatred that now filled his world. He learned the ways of the Sith, becoming deadly with a double-bladed lightsaber and the Juyo form. Not being able to look at himself any longer over what he had done, he now wears a mask to hide his shame from the world and has rebuilt himself as Venturous, a Sith Assassin. Relying heavily on the Force now for his vision, he also bears the symbol of the Krayt Dragon, which like Venturous, also carries the burden of an impaired vision.

Character History:
Azkin Kal was born into a poor family of merchants in the lower levels of Nar Shaddaa. Always struggling to survive, Azkin quickly learned how to adapt to his surrounding and to be aware of everything around him. He also loved getting into fights, not only for the fun of it, but also to make a name for himself as being one to never back down. His desire was to create fear in others that he could use to control them, and living in a poor community, having control over others was a distinct advantage. The one thing that aggrivated Azkin the most was weakness. He despised it and sought to crush anyone who showed any amount of it. His obsession was gaining power over others, which eventually led him to study the ways of the Sith.

At the age of 15, Azkin secured passage to Korriban by bribing a supply freighter captain. He was easily accepted into the Sith Academy, given his unquenchable lust for power and control over others. He took to lightsaber combat as if it were always a part of him, favoring the Shii Cho form for its simplicity and ability to overwhelm an opponent. While trained in the use of the Force, he only employed its use when absolutely necessary, preferring to dominate opponents through sheer strength and speed alone. He wanted his battles to be as fair as possible, so that his superiority was left completley unquestioned.

After his training at the Academy came to an end, he was given the title of Darth Nassago and sought to serve the Sith and the Empire in any way he could. Jedi were his favorite prey, giving him the opportunity to expand his reputation and spread fear by extinguishing the keepers of hope. As such, he particularly favored tasks that sent him in search of Jedi to eliminate in the Emperor's name. His favorite enemy was a self-proclaimed Jedi Master who was a living example of the Jedi Code. He loved watching as their whole life, teachings, and philosophy came crumbling down before them after having fallen to his blade. Nothing gave him more satisfaction.

During one such encounter however, Azkin's blade pierced a fuel tank that left his Jedi opponent dead, but also severely damaged Azkin's chest and lungs. Due to his injuries, he is not able to speak above a heavy whisper and now must wear a respirator mask, as well as cortosis armor to better protect his damaged front. He greatly despises both however, seeing them as a sign of weakness and a potential vulnerability, but has been forced to accept that they are a necessity.

Character History: Little is known of Roren Valintez, as he has made sure his history is kept quite secret. What is known however, is that he comes from the planet of Coruscant and spent several years as a sniper for the Black Sun syndicate under the command of Dal Perhi, Vigo of Coruscant. During his time with the Black Sun, he was also heavily involved in weapons trafficking for the group. He was recognized for his marksmanship skill by the Empire and was offered a position as an agent for the Sith, which he took upon leaving the Black Sun. During his service to the Empire, he was given the code name "Deadeye" by Imperial ranks, due to his superior sniping abilities.

<<<prelim image  (work in prgress)

Character History:
Name: Darth Logos (may/not be named Masor Brelk)
Home World: (undecided)
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Profession: Sith Infiltrator
Born: Old Republic Era
Allegiance: Sith (but wavering)
Weapon of choice: Saber
Combat Style: Niman hybrid

Logos is (what I dub) a Sith Infiltrator, effetively a commando/spy. He was born and raised within the Sith Empire. Never knowing another way, he enlisted in the Sith Academy. He specializes in stealth, sabotage and subterfuge. His strength in the force is subtle, in that his offensive powers are not overtly powerful. For instance, his general lightning attack is enough to stun only. But his knowledge of manipulation of the Force allows him focus his attacks to be more effective. He has developed a technique he calls the "Needle" in which he compresses a Force wave to a very small area giving it the effect of a high caliber projectile. He has other similar variations of common Force abilities. (Don't hate me, I don't want to divuldge them just yet. I plan on one day writing a novel on this character, and I don't want my ideas "borrowed" before I have the chance to use them.) His true strength is in his ability to figure things out. He's a scientist as is were. He does discover a technique to strengthen the effectiveness of a lightsaber blade, and eventualy learns how to create a Black blade at will.

He is unwaveringly loyal to the Empire, until he falls in love. (Still working out the details, as it will be the main source of conflict in the book.) Like his compatriot Malgus, he must keep it under wraps. But unlike Malgus, he is unwilling to give her up for any reason. When the Empire threatens to destroy the relationship, Logos does everything in his power and beyond to protect her.

My star wars character is a sith lord, called Azamron Kyriat (Darth Kyriat). In his young years, when he still lived on his homeplanet coruscant, he was a powerful guard of the jedi temple. Back in this time he only had one lightsaber to use. It was an yellow colored one (typically for the jedi temple guards). While his time as a guard of the jedi Temple, he had one important mission. For this mission he travelled to the rakata system. His target was the Starforge. There he was supposed to disguise as a sith acolyte and spy the sith. While he spied around the starforge, he forgot the overwhelming high concentration of the dark side which is concentrated in the starforge. After a while, he realised that the dark side is stronger then the light side and he was overwhelmed by the dark side. After that, he went to Darth revan and talked to him. Darth Revan instantly felt that the force was strong in Azamron. Revan took care of him, and trained him to a evil Sith Lord. Once his training was finished, Azamron was called Darth Kyriat, and he got a second lightsaber, a truely evil blazing red colored one. Now he lives on Rakata Prime, in a small base of the sith empire (the building was made by the rakata and the sith used it as a military base).

Name: Azamron Kyriat (as Sith: Darth Kyriat)
age: 35
Weapons: 2 lightsabers (1 yellow colored, 1 red colored)
Homeplanet: coruscant
Where he lives now: Rakata Prime
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Era: Jedi civil war/during darth revans sith empire
Profession: once a guard of the jedi temple, now an strong Sith Lord.
What he usually wears: an armour of an sith acolyte (without mask), with a completely black robe.
Special abilities: speaks a lot of diffrent languages, good knowledge about computers/droids/etc....

The only time I ever really fleshed out my character is when we did a SWTOR era RPG on this forum, which was quite fun actually.

Name: Nero Attoru
Home World: Born on Panatha, raised on Dantooine
Gender: Male
Species: Epicanthix
Profession: Grey Jedi Master (ran a different Order of Jedi with Master Artorius)
Born: Old Republic Era
Allegiance: The Force
Weapon of choice: Green Lightsaber
Combat Style: Primarily Makashi, with other Forms utilized as necessary

It fit into the story because it allowed Artorius and I to moderate while remaining neutral, not allying specifically with the Sith or Jedi.  Eventually it gave us a good way to run the Shiro plot where Jedi and Sith formed a temporary alliance, but I don't think we ever finished the story there.  Anyway, I haven't really worked on the character since, but it's something I wouldn't mind doing someday.

I looked this up. They look like humans. How many "species" are near human in appearance in the SW 'verse?

A lot.  Makes sense though.  The Infinite Empire used humans as slaves and settled millions on their worlds for labor.  When the Rakata disappeared those humans probably stayed in place.  25,000-30,000 years could produce some genetic changes due to many factors.  Higher radiation exposure, extreme temperatures, varied atmospheres, etc...

Name: Mas Ri / Darth Mastarius
Species: Corellian/human
Home World: Corellia
Weapon of Choice: Lightsaber: Teal later Red
Era Lived: Between Episodes III and IV and many years after Episode VI

Backstory:
Mas joined the the Empire looking for a new life but while being transported for training he discovered he was force sensitive and the imperial shuttle full of trainees he was on was destroyed by Vader's command.
Surviving in an escape pod and landing on a planet that was once used by the jedi for training Mas discovered a lightsaber and realized what he had to do: bring down the Empire; Unfortunately the Empire sent a scouting team to find him, using the lightsaber he managed to obtain a ship and flee where he began trying to find Jedi who could train him.
With no luck he broke into several Jedi Temples and took information so he could become stronger; Seven years before Episode IV he was caught by Vader and taken to meet The Emperor himself.
The Emperor decided to corrupt Mas to the Dark Side with torture but with Vader by his side Sidious decided to put him in suspended animation for when he needed a new apprentice.
150 years after Episode IV Mas was freed and continued on as Darth Mastarius and kept several small factions from the fallen Empire going.

Makes sense to me.  There are all kinds of near-humans in the SW universe, I got mine from Yun in Dark Forces.  Better than just putting "human" I figure.

I do have a character set in The Old Republic universe, Mistress Lilitu.

She is a Sith who begins training after she kills her spoiled alcoholic stepmother in an episode of rage after she decides that she cannot take anymore of her stepmother's constant consumption of intoxicants that make her arrogant and delusional.  And in that state, she says degrading and untrue things about Lilitu's father and in effect, it degrades and hurts her.  While her stepmother is looking for another intoxicant, Lilitu finds her father's old training lightsaber, comes back and confronts her stepmother who demands that Lilitu go and get more intoxicants.  Lilitu refuses to do so but is constantly confronted again and refuses every time until the stepmother suddenly starts demanding that she be treated with respect and that Lilitu's father is pathetic, weak, incompetent and doesn't care about her or Lilitu and thinks when he contacts her that he is trying to butt in on her spoiled brat-like lifestyle.  Lilitu decides that she has had enough and calls out her stepmother on the remarks she makes, saying that she is a liar and that she needs to seek help for her addiction.  The stepmother jumps her and attacks her with her long fingernails and scratches Lilitu's face.  Lilitu shrugs it off, but the stepmother still says more hurtful words and then destroys a picture of Lilitu's father with her real mother who died in childbirth.  Lilitu becomes enraged, but with some understanding of The Force she holds out her left hand and makes a gripping hold and begins to Force Chock the stepmother.  Lilitu then takes her father's lightsaber and activates it, holding it to her stepmother's face and demands her silence and let's her go.  The stepmother suddenly begins to fear her and claims that Lilitu is under the influence of some demonic power, which Lilitu admits to saying she is one with the Dark Side and decapitates her stepmother.  She uses The Force to explode the decapitated head, crushes the skulls with her High Iron Heeled boots and wipes off the remains from them.

She finds out that her father, whom she believes is a Jedi is himself a Sith who served under Revan.  So she follows in her father's footsteps and begins training in the ways of the Sith.  As a gift her father leaves her a certificate of 20,000 credits, a bottle of an Absinthe like intoxicant that is illegal to be possessed by Jedi and his Sith robe.  She departs for Korriban but not before draining the blood from the corpse of her stepmother to drink.  She also has a vampiric side to her.

Sadly, the stepmother in the back story is based on my real-life Stepmother who is an alcoholic and thinks she can have anything she wants and is holier than thou.  And quite frankly I want to see her not die, but either divorced from my father and/or deported or imprisoned.

And there you have it.

Hmm, ended up being longer than I intended and going in a slightly different direction. Still, here it is...

Name: Jaeden Kardus

Age: 40s (c. 100 years before ANH)

Home planet: Corellia

Allegiance: Jedi Sentinel

Arsenal: Yellow-bladed lightsabre

History: Jaeden Kardus was once a promising Jedi apprentice who impressed his instructors at the Jedi temple with his calmness and sense of humour, even as he struggled to gain more than a superficial control over the Force. Kardus was popular and quick to help others, and his instructors felt that he would benefit from the more focused, one to one, tuition he would receive as a Padawan learner. Kardus was therefore assigned to Jedi Master Ren Folar, a noted Jedi Consular who specialised in working in the Outer Rim. There the story of Kardus falls quiet for a time as he travelled with his Master, dutifully studying and learning by his side. Kardus showed some aptitude for lightsabre combat, as well as slicing and investigative work, but in one of his irregular reports, Master Folar noted that the young man had trouble separating himself from his emotions. Confronted with suffering and injustice, Padawan Kardus wanted to help everyone from the ground upwards, no matter the futility of such a mission. Folar thought that Kardus might be suited for life in the Jedi Medical Corps, where he could assist healers and work with patients on a one-to-one basis.

The circumstances of Ren Folar's death remain clouded in mystery. Official reports conflict sharply with the account of Jaeden Kardus, but all indications in the Force indicate that Kardus' version is the accurate one; During the course of a mission Folar was confronted by a crime lord and his heavily armed guards, the crime lord angry at Jedi interference in his affairs. Although Folar attempted to defuse the situation, Kardus suggests that the crime lord was a glitterstim user, and Folar's attempts to influence his mind proved futile. Unprepared for the resistance, Folar was left vulnerable to attack, and while he and Kardus defended themselves valiantly, Folar was killed in the fight. The official records prepared by the local police only note that Folar was killed in the course of an investigation. Kardus's testimony is not recorded, and the Padawan notes that he was ignored when he attempted to pursue the matter.

The Jaeden Kardus that returned to the Jedi Temple, bringing with him his master's body, was a changed, sombre, man. He presented himself to the Council for his trials of knighthood, stating that Folar had declared that he could teach him no more. While such a statement carried with it a ring of ambiguity, Kardus was allowed to face the Trials. In the Trial of Skill, he proved himself to be an able lightsabre duellist, defeating one of the Temple's instructors. In the Trial of Courage, he descended into the lower levels of Coruscant and used Folar's training to break up a drug ring. The injuries sustained during the mission, and Kardus' determination to complete the mission in spite of them, were considered by the Council adequate evidence to confirm his passing of the Trial of Flesh. Thus Kardus passed on to the Trial of Spirit, with the Council dispatching him back to the city where his master had fallen. His mission was simple: Justice. And justice followed, with the crime lord dragged before the local magistrates, his glitterstim supplies confiscated and his network of confederates laid bare, including a number of powerful figures within the law enforcement community. The evidence was irrefutable, and Kardus was hailed as a local hero for his actions. Once the trials were complete, and the guilty sentenced, Kardus returned to Coruscant for his final challenge - the Trial of Insight.

Disembarking his shuttle at the Temple, Kardus was met by Master Yoda, who posed Kardus a question: "How do you feel?" Kardus stared at Master Yoda for several minutes before replying "As though I am at the start of a long journey". Yoda bade Kardus kneel down, and with a sweep of his lightsabre severed the braid from his hair, handing it to him and conferring on him the rank of Jedi Knight.

Kardus resided at the Temple for several weeks as he constructed a new lightsabre in order to mark his ascension to the rank of knighthood. Guided by the Force, he created an uncommon hilt, crimson in colour with a hooked handle and a yellow blade. Recognising the significance of the blade colour as indicating the path he felt drawn to in life, Kardus opted for the life of a Jedi Sentinel, and as his master had before him, he departed Coruscant for the Outer Rim territories.

Once again the story of Jaeden Kardus passes through a period of fogginess as he travelled from planet to planet, liaising with local law and medical bodies to assist where he could. Occasionally he encountered fellow Jedi, who reported that Kardus had recovered some of his good cheer, although he still seemed driven to eradicate injustice wherever he could. One Master suggested that Kardus stayed in no one place too long in order to avoid being worn down by the troubles around him.

It was Master Hanco who was the last to see Kardus, several years ago. He reported a man approaching his middle years, and showing his age. Careworn, Kardus barely resembled a Jedi at all - only the presence of his crimson lightsabre marked him out, as otherwise Kardus wore a mish-mash of armour and ragged clothing. Hanco noted that Kardus continued to work at the street level, never seemed to have any plans for further reaching initiatives, and seemed unwilling to countenance staying in one place for more than a few months. Indeed, by his own words, it was some time since he'd stayed in any place for more than a few weeks.

On that planet, what followed is now known as 'The Burning'; An explosion at a chemical plant in the middle of the largest continent caused widespread atmospheric pollution and sickness. Kardus and Hanco worked side by side with the local authorities to limit the spread of the contamination, and to treat those affected, but the damage was too great and the toxins released were too powerful to be easily contained. Hundreds died in the first days, then thousands as the contamination spread. Despite the best efforts of all involved, it was a global catastrophe, and quickly attracted aid from throughout the sector. While Hanco stayed to co-ordinate relief efforts, Kardus vanished, and hasn't been seen since.

Except now there are reports of a pirate band traversing the space lanes of the Outer Rim territories. Attacking cargo ships and luxury liners, the pirates target medical supplies and credits which are traced to local planets where they are used to combat shortages. The leader of the group is said to be a man of great presence, middle aged but strong and physically fit, and capable of giving orders to anyone in such a compelling fashion that they will be obeyed without question. The man carries a black, hook handled lightsabre with a red blade, although so far he has never been known to kill anyone...

The Council, on reviewing this information, is of the opinion that Jaeden Kardus has fallen away from the light side of the Force. A task force of Jedi is being assembled to track down Kardus, if this is he, and bring him into custody so that he may answer for any and all crimes committed, no matter what his intent...

Xallen was a survivor of Order 66,he was brought to Kuan to go into hidding by Pix Padawan of Weequay Jedi Master Tyr,who both survived Order 66.
While hidding on Kuan Xallen worked in the Tarine tea feilds and was taught the way of the Jedi by Pix,over the next 5 years Xallen has shown great focus and understanding of the Force both mental and fiscal,Pix granted Xallen the title Jedi in hopes that there is still Jedi alive.
Pix now leaves Xallen alone on Kuan so she can search the galexy for any surviving Jedi that may have excaped Order 66.
Alone on Kuan Xallen is tring to stay in hidding working the tea feilds as he did in the years past he finds an intrest in illegal swoop races, placing bets at first with the credits he made working the feilds, then Xallen deside's on buying an old 74-Z speeder bike and makes some modifactions and enters a race, tho he lost his first race he found he can maneuver the bike quite well, after a few more races Xallen find himself in the top 5 swoop racers and enters the Underground Circuit Championship Race but before Xallen could make it to the race he was captured Cad Bane and sold to the HUTT'S as a slave to race for there amusement.
After a few race's Xallen finds away to excape during a race's,angry that Pix had left him alone finally free Xallen speed's off on his speeder and head's back to Kuan where he feals alittle safe. After reaching Kuan Xallen heads to the place he was trained and hides his saber in his 74-Z speeder bike so noone can find it on him but he has access to it at all time's.
Xallen is hard at work again in the feilds as he see's a dark ship land near by,he jumps on his speeder and heads to investigate,as he gets closer to the ship he almost hits a man that came out of what seamed to be nowhere holding a green saber,Xallen thinks it maybe another Jedi but feals the presence of the dark side but it was to late the man he almost hit was Galen Marek,Marek use's the force to knock Xallen off his speeder and pinned him under it,unable to fight back or even get his saber wich is hidden in the speeder.
As Galen Marek walks up to Xallen saber drawn he sences a dark presence and feals its coming from the young man pinned under the speeder,Marek desides hes gana he's gana have a secret apprentice and teach him the Dark Side of the Force and to set in affect a security policy incase hes betrayed by anyone.
Xallen went under punishing trial after trail give'n to him by his now Sith Master Galen Marek, after 6 months of grooling punishing training Marek orders Xallen to kneel before him.Believing that his time had come to an end,Xallen obeyed and waited for death. Instead, Galen Marek formally "knighted" Xallen, officially recognizing him for the first time as his apprentice, then orders Xallen to stay behind on Kuan and forge his new light saber while he head's to Kamino with a Rebel fleet.
Xallen takes his Apprentice saber and forges a Dark Apprentice staff with a green crystal's
After Galen Marek didnt come back to Kuan or even send word or order's,Xallen loads up his speeder and speeds off planet to find a new home away from Jedi and away from Sith and follow his own path of the Force as Xallen feels BOTH his Master's have abandoned him.

Kuan,
Orbited by several moons, is one of two habitable planets in the Taroon System on the outer edges of the Rim. Kuan was invaded by the Empire just before the Battle of Hoth. Kuan and its sister planet, Bordal, had been locked in a bitter, decades-old war, although no one remembered the exact cause. The long interplanetary struggle destroyed much of Kuan's main city,The Kuan economy was in ruins, and the planetary government had declared martial law. The Empire, seeing an opportunity, entered the system to bring news of Palpatine's removal of the supposed dead wood of the Old Republic. The Empire blamed the planet's economic crisis on the Old Republic, and swayed the Kuani to join the Empire.
The planet's primary inhabitants are human.

-----------------------------------------------------------
The VT49 Decimator is most correctly classified as an Assault ship. It is heavily armed and armored, and built to carry light to medium loads into dangerous places. Its form follows its function, and its shape offers a relatively small target with no large fins or wings as seen in some of the less combat-oriented craft of the Empire, such as the Lambda-class shuttle. Armor and deflector shielding is particularly heavy, and the weapons load-out is fearsome and includes turrets capable of engaging any target fast enough to out-maneuver the VT49.

As a ship built to out-fight anything it can’t outrun, and outrun anything it can’t outfight, the Empire uses the Decimator as a multi-role craft and will outfit it to suit the current need. Decimators make simple supply runs to listening outposts in dangerous areas like asteroid belts, perform long-range reconnaissance, serve as temporary listening posts themselves, or act as picket ships at the perimeter of an Imperial fleet. They are also called upon to use their weaponry to carve a path through enemy defenses and insert shock troops and raiding parties, or destroy their targets outright. A more recent duty that has fallen into favor sees Decimators being used more and more as long-duration medium patrol vessels. Also, being easier to hide than a frigate or Star Destroyer, Decimators have been used to set up ambushes in areas believed frequented by Rebel shipping; their cargo space being used to store food for the crew and ammunition ranging from missiles to torpedoes to mines.

Command of a VT49 is a coveted position and point of pride among the middle ranks of the Imperial Navy. It is a lightly-crewed combat vessel for their Captains to command without a higher ranking officer standing behind them constantly. Also, earning a reputation as a skilled VT49 Captain is seen as a jumping-off point to service on the larger ships of the Imperial Navy. The line officers of the Imperial Navy generally look down on the rank and file troops not stationed on capitol ships, but that hasn’t stopped the rumor from propagating.

My Jedi character is, well, named Karmack.  LOL

Human male, mid-20s, self-trained.  Karmack was isolated on a ship that had to travel a long distance in normal space and spent years learning to use the force before finding a holocron with an embedded AI to teach him about the Jedi.  He is a Sentinel by nature in the traditional sense, in that he is a force-user, weilds a saber, but is actually more comfortable "engineering" his way in and out of situations.  He is very adept at manipulating equipment and mechanical devices and can sense and repair electronics extremely quickly.  He is also extremely adept at force-enhanced movement, having used the force to move in zero-gee for many years in space.  He is average build, brown hair and blue eyes, and utterly unremarkable to look at.  Other than his lightsaber and toolkit, his clothing is generally "civilian" casual bending a bit toward para-military fatigue looking.

Karmack arrives back in the "world" during the years of the Empire, just before the events of "A New Hope".

Look up the story thread "Jack in the Box" for more info and the ongoing saga.  :-)

Name: Darth Tepes   (Formally Haddr Titan)
Race:  Human
Era: Old Republic
Weapons:  Blue Lightsaber
                    Silver Lightsaber
                    Red Shoto Saber
                    Purple Shoto Saber
                    Chakram

Before the Sacking of Coruscant Jedi Haddr Titan and his former Master, U’lun Warna, were on Tattoine tracking the movements of a Sith Lord named Darth Tepes.   Tepes was responsible for many slain Jedi and was a priority target.  Master Warna and Haddr had spent 2 years observing and learning all they could about Darth Tepes.  Currently he was involved in some kind of experiments on Tatooine but the two Jedi had yet to find out what it he was up to.  Following the Sith into a cave hey fell into a trap.  Tepes caused a cave in trapping the Jedi and soon they were surrounded by Sith Acolyte’s led by Darth Tepes.  The fight was brutal.  Master Warna engaged the Sith Lord while Haddr took on the Acolytes.  Haddr had developed an uncoventinal fighting style, he carried 3 lightsabers, one long two short.  He would switch in a fight at every opportunity, never giving his opponents time to adjust to his style.   It proved effective against the Acolytes as he dispatched the group with only minor injuries.  He ran to join his Master’s side to defeat the Sith Lord…but he was too late.  Tepes side stepped a strike from Master Warna and impaled her with his sliver saber.  Haddr’s scream of anguish filled the cave as he rushed towards the Sith Lord.  Darth Tepes had his own unorthodox way of fighting though.  Throwing his Chakram, a sharpened metal circle, the Sith aimed for the Jedi’s leg.  Haddr managed to side step the weapon but it sliced his thigh deeply.  He surged forward, using something to fuel himself he never used before…rage.   But it was not enough.  The chakram being manipulated through the Force  by Tepes came back from behind and sliced the back of the Jedi’s knee causing him to crumple to the ground.  Tepes caught his weapon and walked towards the Jedi and kicked his saber away.  Haddr pulled one of his Shoto’s and managed a glancing blow on the Sith’s face.  Tepes screamed and kicked Haddr in the face knocking him out.
After four days of sedation Haddr is woken by Tepes, who is now wearing Haddr’s lightsabers as well as an armored mask to cover the wound Haddr delivered.   Tepes activates a holocom and Speaks to Darth Baras.   He asks permission to start his interrogation on the Jedi to see what he knows about the Czerka Corporation and what they are doing on Tattoine.  Baras gives his consent and the torture begins.  It is futile since Haddr knows nothing of Czerka.  After hours Tepes concedes to this fact.   Haddr assures the Sith the Jedi will come for him when he doesn’t report in.  The Sith laughs and informs him the Jedi have been broken in the Attack on Couruscant and that the Republic has signed a treaty with the Sith Empire.  Haddr is struck dumb at these revelations.  But then a new emotion emerges…Anger.  Anger at the Sith for the countless deaths of his Jedi brothers and sisters…his master.  Anger at the Republic for giving in and signing a treaty with the Sith.  Anger at the Jedi…for being too weak to stop the Sith.  Using this new found power Haddr  managed to mentally force push Tepes into the control panel releasing the restraint’s.   Grabbing Tepes before he can recover he punches the Sith knocking the mask from his face.  Haddr grasps the Sith about the throat and begins to squeeze.  Haddr relishes the feel of crushing the life from this demon with his bare hands.  When the Sith lies limp and dead Haddr slumps in fatigue.  What is he to do now; he can’t go back to the temple…he won’t go back to the Jedi.   The holocom pings, Haddr figures it must be Baras calling to see how the info gathering was progressing.  Haddr considers just answering it and letting Baras send people to finish him.. but spotting Tepes’ mask an Idea strikes him.  Quickly stripping the tunic from the dead Sith, he slips it over his torso then places the mask on his face.  He answers the call and is scolded by Baras for keeping him waiting.  Haddr apologizes and informs him the Jedi knew nothing so he was disposed of.   Baras has no idea this is not Tepes.  Given orders to return to the Capital, Haddr ends the transmission.  He sits as his idea germinates in his mind.  He will become Darth Tepes.  He will use this guise to take control of the Empire and destroy the Sith…then the Jedi…then the Republic.  He will raise a new Republic from it’s ashes and under his guidance it will be strong enough to never fall to any enemy.  A new Order of Force Warriors will protect it….not as corrupt as the Sith and not as Weak as the Jedi…..

Post by: Wolf Flamekindle on October 10, 2015, 01:53:15 AM
This guy goes out of the usual bounds of character creation, but here we go... :P

NAME: Wolf Flamekindle
RACE/SEX: Male Human(?)
HOME WORLD: New Earth, wherever that is. He doesn't remember...
OCCUPATION: Mandalorian/self-trained Jedi/self-trained Sith
ERA: All
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Wolf is a tanned caucasian male with blue eyes and naturally spiky black hair. He has unexplainable animalistic instincts and features, such as pointed ears, fangs, and slit pupils. He wears  a set of sand-gold, non-restricting mandalorian armor made of a Beskar-songsteel-Cortosis alloy. This armor protects practically all of him from any danger, and the vulnerable spots are very hard to hit. He does wear a Black animal hide trench coat over it all as a fashion statement. He has muscles thin enough to not restrict body movement, but enough muscle mass to put a serious amount of force into any movement. Just a flick of his middle finger can make a fully grown Houk stagger, and that's without the force helping him.
WEAPONS: Wolf has a Silver-bladed Lightsaber modeled after The Sword of Omens from the thunder cats franchise, extendable to any length, but the longer the blade, the more energy the saber requires. Wolf actually had to put a total of four diatum power cells in his lightsaber; two for each crystal chamber(yes, the saber has a separate chamber with a synthetic red crystal) Wolf also has a Shotgun similar to Battlefront's Blast Cannon, and a Yellow-bladed Lightsaber(it doesn't work anymore; simply a keepsake)
FIGHTING STYLES: All seven forms of the Jedi order, Dun Möch, None of the new Jedi order forms, All Weapon specific forms, still learning the less known fighting styles.   He mostly uses Dun Möch, Juyo/Vaapad, and sometimes Tràkata, if the situation calls for a quick-draw duel.
CONNECTION TO THE FORCE: Wolf has an Omnipresent understanding of all aspects and sides of the force, and has learned to use this to nearly halt his aging process. He is NOT immortal. For every year a regular human ages, Wolf only ages around a standard second. Since the typical Human lifespan in the SW universe is 100-200 years, this means that Wolf can live an averaged maximum of 6,307,200,000 years! Although, a contradicting fact is that Wolf has also learned to travel through the time-space continuum. Doing this requires incredible focus and power, and puts a considerable strain on his mind and body, requiring him to rest and recover for at least a month within a Bacta Tank. According to his calculations, Time-traveling takes about 36 years from his overall lifespan, and about 14 whenever he also space-travels. 50 years isn't much, but Wolf does this more often than he should... While he was never truly a Jedi or a Sith, Wolf learned to harness both energies effectively.
EMOTIONAL STATUS: Wolf learned young that anger can strengthen your resolve, yet weaken your defense. He had to unlearn most of what he learned when trying to learn the ways of the Jedi on his own as a Mandalorian. As most know, the wielder of a silver lightsaber is a calm, rational, collected person, especially in the heat of battle. But Wolf never truly unlearned the ways of anger. He learned to control his inner anger at all times, but he never truly got rid of it. The more he lets his anger surface, the more he taps into the dark side of the force while remaining in control. If he lets his anger completely surface, he goes into a rage state, and his lightsaber reads his emotional state, switching from the silver blade to a red blade, which is more compatible with the dark side. And although he is a greedy mercenary, he is truly a good man at at heart.

Darth Raváge is a Human male Dark Lord of the Sith of the Sith Empire and has been a member of the Dark Council since the Cold War. He detested Darth Thanaton like no other. He was also distrustful of others and was upset when the Council made the Sith Inquisitor a Dark Lord, as well as granting him the place of Darth Thanaton.

When Darth Baras announced himself as the Voice of the Emperor, Raváge was among those who believed. However, Darth Vowrawn, accompanied by Baras' Emperor's Wrath, announced the latter as the Emperor's Wrath, who stated that Baras was deceiving the Dark Council. Raváge saw the supposed Wrath to be insignificant and was willing to aid Baras in destroying the Wrath. However, Darth Marr stated that as it is unclear who truly spoke for the Emperor, the one who lives speaks truth. In the ensuing duel, when it became apparent that Baras was becoming exhausted, he called on the Dark Council for aid, but even Raváge refused to stand in the path of the Wrath.

Sometime later, Darth Thanaton tried petitioning the Council's aid in killing the former apprentice of Darth Zash, the Sith Inquisitor. However, he intervened and stated that Thanaton deserved to die for abandoning the Kaggath on Corellia. Raváge retorted that the Kaggath was merely trivial and murder had no rules. Though Thanaton tried to defend himself, the Council refused to aid him against a Sith Lord whom seemed impossible to kill. When Thanaton was obviously beaten, Darth Mortis snapped his neck with the Force. Raváge expressed his relief that they were rid of Thanaton. Marr countered that Thanaton was a better Sith than he gave credit for. Mortis then offered Kallig, Thanaton's seat, which Raváge voiced opposition to, stating that they couldn't put a Sith Lord on the Dark Council at that juncture. Marr advised him to be silent, stating that Kallig had earned it in defeating Thanaton in fair combat.

Raváge, among fellow Dark Councilors Marr and Kallig, was called to Ilum to discuss the betrayal of Darth Malgus. Raváge expressed extreme disdain for Malgus's actions, and was more than satisfied to hear of his defeat, but still wished for his death. Raváge ultimately vowed to "evolve" and "revive" the Order as a prominent member of the Sith High Council and by fostering strategic alliances with high-ranking members of the Mandalorians, Dark Sun Crime Syndicate, Separatists, Galactic Senate and endless other nefarious forces...

Post by: Darth Knox on December 03, 2015, 07:51:01 PM
Real Name: Med Lo'Raal
Homeworld: Ossus
Born 820 BBY
Species: Ysanna

Sith Name: Darth Knox (the sith zombie)
Weapon: Red lightsaber name "Mortis"
Combat style: Kel-Maar (original style created from Shii-Cho and Juyo)
Apprentice: Darth Praxis
Sith powers: Master of Sith sorcery
                    Master of Sith alchemy
                    Death field
                    Force lightning
                    Force choke
                    Life-force drain

Backstory:
As a child, Med was always curious about the world around him. Being Ysannan, he had a strong connection to the force. He was very close to his younger brother Desi and they would often escape the village to wander through the ruins of the Jedi Temple, even though such a thing was forbidden. He even managed ti avoid detection by the various Jedi archaeological digs happening in the area. Digging in the dirt often produced positive results as he uncovered numerous scrolls, artefacts and holocrons about both Jedi and Sith teachings. While Desi could sense something wrong about the Sith items, Med dismissed him, creating an impressive secret hidden collection.

Eventually though, he was caught entering the area by Jedi Vim-Da-Boda who, sensing the potential in the child, spoke with his parents to allow him to go undergo formal training at the Jedi Academy. However, his parents refused, creating a deep anger in him. From the little he had taught himself from the items he had recovered in his own digs, he had learned how to cloud his feelings from being sensed by others. It was in this capacity that he was able to gain sympathy from Vim, who decided to train him in secret while allowing him to aid in the continued excavation in the area.

A few years later, his affinity for collecting dark side artefacts and Sith teachings was uncovered, and he was forced to flee the planet by sneaking onboard a transport supply ship. Using his powers he was able to commandeer a ship of his own and travelled the galaxy looking for a way to increase his knowledge and power. He tried to find the original Sith homeward of Korriban, but was unsuccessful. He was able to find Trayus, the Sith Academy on Malachor V. When he landed he discovered a number of force-sensitives who had also been drawn to the planet.

Despite being thought completely destroyed centuries before, they discovered that much of the academy had been rebuilt by an individual called Darth Proll. Under his guidance, Med and the others were trained to become Sith Warriors and Assassins. He mastered two forms of Jedi combat; Shii-Cho and Juyo, combining them to create a new style he called "Kel-Maar". This new style allowed him to successfully take on multiple opponents at the same time and be victorious. Being partly based on Juyo meant he would not be vulnerable when engaging a single combatant. This impressed Darth Proll who appointed Dem as his Sith apprentice.

Med was experiencing visions of his brother dying and went to investigate. On returning his his home village on Ossus, he found that his brother had indeed died during a tunnel collapse at one of the Jedi digs. In a moment of unparalleled anger, Med lashed out and went on a spree killing almost every Jedi at the temple ruins. A few managed to escape alive. He was now truly Darth Knox.

Vowing revenge on the Jedi who he blamed for the death of his brother, Darth Knox returned to Malachor V. He commanded the respect of all the Sith Warriors and Assassins and was easily able to overthrow Darth Proll and proclaim himself Dark Lord of the Sith. He spent the next few months torturing information and Sith secrets out of Darth Proll, sending his Sith Warriors out on missions to kill Jedi who had collected anything containing Sith teachings or secrets.

He become a master in Sith Sorcery and Alchemy and, like many Sith before, tried to learn the secret of bringing some back from the dead. He achieved this feat, in a manner of speaking. While attacking a Jedi temple where he had learned a number of Sith amulets were stored, he was struck down during the battle and seemingly died. Two weeks later, his body was discovered by the Jedi during post-battle clean-up. While being loaded onto a transport so it could be taken and burned he seemingly came back to life, killing everyone present.

Escaping off the planet with a stolen cargo ship he discovered that his apprentice, Darth Praxis, had already usurped his leadership role. Retreating into hiding to bide his time, he discovered that while the Isaiwinokka Hoyakut had indeed worked, there had been an unforeseen side effect. He was neither dead nor alive, but somewhere in-between.

Eh, why not. I'll warn you, these are my RPG character sheets from here on SF- they are long and detailed so be prepared to read!

******************

Era: GCW

Race: Human

Home Planet: Corellia

Allegiance: Independent smuggler, but often works with the Rebels

Rank: Captain (of her own ship)

Name: Belyra Vekraa

Age: 27

Gender: Female

Physical Description: Belyra is a beautiful redhead with long waist length wavy hair, either left out to hang down her back or roughly pushed back into a ponytail leaving a few sections of her shorter fringe to frame her face. She’s 5’9, with an attractively curvy body that is somewhat muscular and has dazzling green eyes. She wears a form fitting black flight suit that is suggestively undone at the top, with a dark brown tight leather jacket over the top left open at the front. She wears knee high leather boots that are the same dark brown as her jacket, with a vibroknife strapped to one. Two holstered pistols sit on the gun belt on her hips, along with a few pouches. She has a couple of light scars, one on the back of her shoulder and another on her upper arm as well as a vicious jagged angry looking red scar on her stomach, but they are almost always covered up. She is extremely self conscious of the scar on her stomach and very defensive about it.

Personality: quick witted, cheeky, extremely flirtatious, jokes a lot, very self confident. Very secretive and evasive when questioned. Lies easily and is usually a good actress. Very quick tempered and can get extremely defensive, doesn't hesitate to yell or swear at someone. Vain and is well aware of her good looks and how to use them to her advantage with men. Uses people without hesitation, is very untrusting. She can come off as being somewhat shallow, vain, self absorbed and greedy, but there is a bit more to her beneath the surface she just rarely lets it show. She does have some concern for others and dislikes what the Empire does, seeking to fight back in her own way. She prefers others to assume that she is uncaring however and that she is just in it for the credits.

AS MERCENARY ALIAS ELAYNE KORVANI:

Physical description: Hair dyed dark auburn and kept tightly plaited back out of the way the majority of the time. Features otherwise kept the same, sometimes leaves herself looking a bit more dirty from working on ships than she normally does and doesn’t worry about getting rid of bruises etc as quickly (to make her attractive features a little less noticeable.)

Usual clothing: black combat boots, black tank top with dusty brown coloured looser fitting armour weave pants and jacket, worn black and dark blue torso armour (fairly flexible, tough enough to disperse an indirect shot from a regular blaster pistol or stop a knife slash while still allowing a degree of freedom to move), matching worn black and dark blue bracers, black gloves, black utility belt with twin holsters strapped to her legs. Weapons: twin model 434 heavy blasters, retribution carbine kept in a scabbard on her back when not in use, boot sheath with vibroknife and a second vibroknife kept on her belt. When not in full armour Elayne will wear looser fitting clothing to hide her curves rather than her customary tight clothing, often tank tops or t-shirts with cargo pants, or loose fitting coveralls if working on her ship.

Personality: Elayne is a bit quieter and more reserved than Bel. She rarely flirts with others and doesn’t strut or show off her body. She is less temperamental and more level headed than the feisty smuggler usually is. She is more respectful of authority and rank and will tend to address people by their title or surname, rather than the overly familiar first name basis Bel uses. She is less joking and more serious, and less evasive when questioned. Regardless, much of Bel’s personality still shines through. She will choose the jobs she wishes and is a thrill seeker and risk taker so long as it is on her own terms. She is a little more accepting of orders but still doesn’t like being bossed around and will speak her mind if she thinks it is necessary. She masks her voice differently to how she does with Bel, deeper without its usual huskiness and lacking her Corellian accent.

Combat Training: Excellent shot with her dual pistols. Average at hand to hand combat.

Special Skills: Skilled pilot. Decent at starship mechanics. Proficient at using stealth to get out of a situation.

Weaknesses: Her wise cracking and flirty ways can sometimes help her talk her way out of a situation, but sometimes get her into a great deal of trouble. She has a bit of trouble with authority, and doesn't like being told what to do. She recently got a bounty on her head in Imperial space which restricts her movements. Due to a combination of her profession and past events she has severe trust issues, and likes to be in control of a situation at all times.

Weapons: 2 model 434 “DeathHammer” heavy blaster pistols. 1 vibroknife.

Equipment: YT2400 light freighter. Has been modified for smuggling. Comm-link. Small datapad kept tucked inside her jacket.

Studied Interests: Languages of other species- has decent understanding and ability to speak Huttese, can speak and understand phrases of many other languages but isn't proficient in them. Starship modifications.

Background History: Belyra Vekraa, or “Bel”, was raised on Corellia. When she wasn’t helping her extended family with their small cargo transport company in the warehouse, she was out on one of their ships. As a result she has a decent understanding of starships and their mechanics, especially small corellian transports and is a skilled pilot. She also learnt a decent amount from multiple alien languages. When she was older she started shipping out and working under others, and found she loved the thrill and pay of working as a smuggler. She eventually worked her way up to gaining her own ship, a CEC YT2400 light freighter "Wagtail's Shadow" modified with even heavier armor and weapons, and more than a few hidey holes to stash illegal goods. Though she doesn’t have any real loyalty to anyone but herself, she doesn’t share much love for the Empire. The recent bounty she got has forced to flee from Imperial space and go to the Rebels for assistance.

Her choice of profession has helped train her abilities to defend herself, and she wields her two DeathHammer pistols with ease and accuracy. In close quarters she’s not afraid to use her knives or fight using hands and feet and she has quick reflexes and movement. She’s outgoing, quick witted and flirts easily. She learnt early on that men were attracted to her looks and she uses that to her advantage, not above using her assets to get what she wants. If that doesn’t work as planned, then she’s not above using lethal force to get what she wants either. She is extremely secretive and keeps her true past to herself, often evading questions or easily lying about things when asked.

Her background and true personality are far more extensive than I give away- but she is extremely secretive, her life a twist of lies and deception and aliases so deep they are more reality than the truth is, and her moral compass has become a bit skewed as a result. I've got a 180 page and counting story about her, plus a short story which is floating around the RP section http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=23480.0

If you want to see more, head to the RPGs ;)

**************************

Upcoming TOR era RPG character- I have used this one previously here and elsewhere. As with Bel, she has a far more in depth background that I have fleshed out, this is just her character sheet.

Era: TOR

Name: Shayla Jaste

Race: Human

Home Planet: Esseles, but raised on Coruscant at the Jedi Temple

Allegiance:  Jedi Order

Rank/Specialization:  Jedi Consular

Age: 29

Gender: Female

Physical Description: short (5’2), medium build, lightly tanned skin, waist long platinum blonde hair usually kept neatly plaited, grey eyes. Armourweave clothing, dark brown tabard with antique gold edging over cream tunic with dark brown pants. Her half sleeve outer robe is mostly mid tan, bearing an intricate swirling pattern in antique gold with matching dark brown edging on the bottom, sleeves, front and hood. Dark brown midcalf Jedi boots. Two tone belt with cream edging, dark brown main and antique gold patterned buckle.

Personality: kind, compassionate, gentle. She usually speaks with a soft voice. Dislikes violence but has learnt to do what is necessary, however will try and find a non violent solution first. Has a habit of absentmindedly playing with her telekinesis, floating things around below knee height (which she finds calming) and levitating.

Combat Training (and Lightsaber forms for Force Users): Primary lightsaber form is Form VI Niman. Has some ability with I, II (her weakest Form), IV and V as she learnt them to be able to do form VI more effectively, decent ability with III Soresu as it was previously her primary form. Decent at unarmed self defence.

Skill Specialisation: Very powerful Telekinesis.

Standard Force Skills: Force Empathy, Force Stasis, Force Jump.

Enhanced Force Skills: Force Repulse, Force Healing, Force Levitation

Special Force Skills: Telekinesis: Force Throw, Move Object, Pull and Push, manipulating telekenetic fields- extremely fine control to manipulate many small objects, she can make them move individually of each other or together as one. Can use currents in the Force to aid her telekinesis, regularly making objects orbit her body both in and out of battle. She can extrapolate this ability to create whirlwinds of objects around her. The 'currents' she senses flow around everything, when she uses them to keep objects floating the objects will twist and dive and change direction in the air but never collide, regardless of how many are being floated or how fast they are going. She can vary the speed at which said objects can travel. Force Maelstrom- is very similar to Force Repulse except it's stronger and uses more Force Power. It has the same effect as Force Repulse in that the user must gather energy and then release it outwards in all directions. It creates a shield of force energy that protects the user. The power sweeps up movable objects and beings and causes them to orbit quickly around the user before releasing the built-up energy in an explosion of debris and telekinetic energy (Sith often also release Lightning, however Shayla's ability does not). This ability is quite draining and is hard to do without some emotion, it touches upon the fear, anger and hatred she felt when she first discovered the ability and immediately afterwards leaves her weakened and disorientated. As a result it is a power she rarely uses and only occassionally trains with to keep her control of it.

Additional Skills: Diplomacy, some basic medical knowledge.

Weaknesses: While she has an exceptional and almost unparalleled control over small objects with her telekinesis, she has limited ability with larger objects (torso size or larger). The larger the object, the weaker her control. She can often lift large items and throw them in a general direction but to move them beyond that is very difficult and doesn't have the precision she does with smaller objects. She has a habit of moving objects around absent mindedly using the Force or floating around with her Levitation, which some beings find disturbing. Her ability with other Force powers is very limited, especially Force Sense and most mind powers. As a padawan and then young Consular she had a hard time dealing with her emotions and has had a brush with the Dark Side. While she has learnt to control those emotions they are still always there lurking in the background. She discovered after her torture that her telekinetic ability seems to instinctively respond to strong emotions, making her far more powerful. In such states she has poor control over it however, and the power and desires associated with the emotions touch on the Dark side, something that frightens her somewhat.

Studied Interests: Languages- as a diplomat she is fluent in multiple languages including Basic, Huttese, Durese, Bocce, Rodese, Sullestese. She has some ability to speak others including spoken Ryl, Mando'a, Bothese and can usually understand the gest of what beings are saying in other languages even if she doesn't speak it. Telekinesis- she is always studying different applications for her telekinesis. Of particular interest to her currently is Force Levitation which she can do but still has little control over and Force Shielding, something she has some ability with as she can manipulate telekinetic fields (so can stop physical objects moving at her) and uses during the Force Maelstrom ability, but she wants to be able to use it outside of that. Lightsaber combat- as a young Jedi Shayla detested lightsaber combat. After her first mission as a knighted Jedi, this changed. She realised to protect others she would have to learn more about combat, and while not a star pupil she has dedicated herself to improving all her skills including with a lightsaber.

Weapons: light silvery blue lightsaber. Hilt has a silver shroud covered in the same intricate patterns that are on her robe, with the emitter and pommel both a mix of silver and black. Second lightsaber is a shoto with a blue blade and matching hilt to her first- this is rarely used in actual combat as she hasn’t been studying dual blade combat for long.

Equipment: Standard Jedi equipment: food capsules, rebreather, long range holocommunicator. Small datapad, medical kit.

Special Possessions: a worn, colourful loosely woven bracelet, clearly homemade by a young being. A more tightly well woven section, obviously made by an adult, bears three symbols- Tann, Smoo and Teeubo, the Twi’lek symbols for hope, blessed and treasure. They were given to her as a gift by a young Twi’lek on her first proper mission as a knighted Jedi. Usually worn on her wrist, but during combat it goes in a pouch for safe keeping.

Background History:
Shayla was born to a working class family on Esseles. She was discovered by the Jedi Order at a very young age, already able to levitate objects from the time she was a baby and brought to Coruscant for training. As a Youngling and then Padawan she was often restless and held back a little in her studies, having trouble controlling her emotions and with her training in Force Sense abilities as her skills were poor. She was nearly 14 when she passed the trials and became a Padawan due to her other abilities being so weak. Even so she always had a kind, compassionate and gentle nature. She hated any form of combat or violence, and put little effort into her lightsaber training. Her innate abilities with telekinesis only improved as she grew older, and as a Padawan she discovered that she could use the force to levitate herself. Floating meditation came soon after much to the surprise of her instructors and master. During meditation she discovered the ability to detect seemingly erratic currents and patterns in the Force and use them to aid her telekinesis, allowing her to control even greater numbers of objects at once.

Her Master, a Human Ruu Desem, was very strict and followed the Jedi Code exactly. He was a healer and diplomat, believing that there was always an alternative to violence and that the Jedi were there to serve by helping others, not by fighting wars. While a kind man himself he believed that emotions made one weak, and Shayla often had a hard time trying to control her emotions to his satisfaction. He also didn’t appreciate her habit of floating things around for her own amusement. Her master taught her what he knew of healing and diplomacy, given she had some affinity for both. He was killed by Sith while she was still a Padawan during a humanitarian mission, something she had a great deal of trouble coping with at the time.

Shayla was knighted less than a year after the Sacking of Coruscant and spent her first few years helping at various Jedi training facilities and then the new temple on Tython. On her first proper mission as a full Jedi she was captured and tortured. The inexperienced, gentle, sheltered and naïve young woman couldn't deal with the treatment, and in her attempt to protect herself and other captives gave in to the Dark side and killed her captors using the Force. In the process she discovered her telekinetic ability responded to her emotional state and unlocked the ability to use Force Maelstrom. It was a wake up call for Shayla, who decided that in order to protect and serve the galaxy as she wished to she would have to put aside her dislikes and learn to properly control her emotions, her telekinetic abilities and master saber combat.

Now, after years of hard training and missions and with the help of her friend and mentor Ikis Epecegu (who was on the same mission she was when captured), she has improved her lightsaber and general combat skills and is working towards the goal of mastery of Form VI Niman. Recently she has begun studying dual blade lightsaber combat, though she still prefers to stick to her single lightsaber in most cases due to lack of experience. Her telekinetic abilities have improved vastly and she has learnt how to use Force Repulse and to control Force Maelstrom, though it remains an ability that she uses only in dire need due to it's destructiveness. She has also taken on an apprentice, Vellik Eris, whose master left the Jedi Order abruptly. Given her own background, she felt she could help him to recover from the betrayal and learn to control his emotions.

While not an exact match to her physical description, this pic gives a good idea of her powers ;)

I have created a number of other characters, happens when you GM, but these are my 'personal' two, and in a way reflect different aspects of my personality. When I cosplay my character has the same name as my RPG Jedi and a similar skill set, however she wields an arctic blue double bladed lightsaber, and some armour along with slightly different robes. Obviously I don't have the same physical attributes as listed above :P One day I'll get around to cosplaying my smuggler.

My Star Wars character is a former Jedi but was kicked out of the order for being to aggressive towards the criminals him and his master would arrest. His name is Hartwig, after he left the Jedi he went to the with but didn't really like the way they did things. So he betrayed them and he went off on his own he went to Tatooine  and became just a day time drunk wasting away his life. Until one day Obi Wan rushed into the cantina and yelled "HARTWIG" repeatedly he said " the clones have betrayed us and the temple has been destroyed not sure who's all alive do not listen to the all jedi to the temple warning its a trap". Then Hartwig said with a drunken slur " waaaaiiiittttt what" obi wan muttered come on you drunk. They flew to coruscant and searched around the slums to find hiding Jedi an they found none.
Thats all I've got for now more will come if people like it.

Biography:
As a child, Med often had dreams that would occasionally come true. The planet Elom was yet to have any contact with the Galactic Republic. None of its inhabitants knew of the Force or the Jedi, so these abilities frightened him. As loved as he was by his family, these abilities always made Med feel a bit of an outsider amongst his own people.

Med's father, Gram, was the captain of a trade ship that transported the valuable ore Lommite to various planets in the Outer Rim. Med's mother had died shortly after giving birth to his younger brother, Desi. Unwilling to leave his two son's alone for long periods of time, Gram insisted they accompany him whenever he had cargo drops or trade missions. They travelled so much that the brothers both viewed the trade ship as home. On what was to be a routine cargo drop to the planet Boonta, Gram's ship was attacked by Bandits of Ggy-ynt and suffered heavy damage. After being boarded and having his entire cargo taken, Gram and his entire crew were left onboard to die in the depths of space.

Realising they were close to the planet Ossus, Gram placed both Med and Desi in the only functioning escape pod and sent them to safety moments before the ship exploded. The pod landed in the mountains with both Med and Desi barely surviving the landing. It took them 2 days to trek to the nearest village where they collapsed from exhaustion. A Ysannan couple took pity on the brothers and after nursing them back to health adopted them, raising them as their own. Over the next couple of years, Med felt more at home on Ossus than Elom, as most of the Ysannans were force-sensitive.

New homeworld:
Childish curiosity about their new homeward caused Med to often escape the village to explore the ruins of the Great Jedi Library, despite warnings from his adoptive parents to never go near there. The whole area was part of an archaeological excavation project by some Jedi Lore Keepers. Unable to resist, Med would continue visiting the site though, reluctantly accompanied sometimes by Desi. Digging in the dirt often produced positive results as they would often uncover scroll parchments, artefacts and holocrons about the Jedi and the Sith. Desi could sense something wrong about the Sith items, but Med dismissed him. He found a secluded cave to store his finds and ended up creating an impressive secret hidden collection.

Med always managed to avoid detection whenever he visited the ruins as he had a natural ability to use the force to cloak himself. Eventually though, he was caught entering the area by Vim Fortuna, the lead Jedi Researcher. Impressed by Med and sensing potential in the child, Vim spoke with his parents about allowing him to go off-world and undergo formal training at the Jedi Academy. However, his parents refused deeming it too dangerous. Despite his constant pleading, Med's parents were firm in their refusal, creating a deep well of anger in him. From the little he had taught himself from the items he had recovered, he had learned how to cloud his feelings from being sensed by others. Vim felt great sympathy towards Med, and unable to sense the anger in him, she decided to allow him to aid in the continued excavation of the ruins. She also began informally teaching him in the ways of the force.

A few years later, Med had gained much knowledge from Vim and his secret collection. From he readings of the Sith scrolls and parchments, he believed that the dark side and light side of the force could ultimately be used in balance. He practised various dark-side skills in secret, but his affinity for collecting dark side artefacts and Sith teachings was soon to be uncovered. Vim and Med's parents had become aware that he was prone to disappearing for hours at a time. Vim followed him from the dig site and uncovered his collection. Disappointed in him, but believing she could still make him understand the danger of the dark side, Vim brought him back to village and informed his family of her intention to hand him over to the Jedi before he became dangerous. Angry at losing his collection and unwilling to go with the Jedi, Med used his force cloak ability to escape his room and sneaked onboard a transport supply ship, leaving his brother and adopted homeward behind.

A new path:
During the journey to Handooine, Med began to meditate, trying to discover what path the future held for him. He experienced visions of a ruined temple and indistinguishable force sensitive beings.

Once on Handooine, Med used his powers again to commandeer a ship of his own and travelled the galaxy searching for the temple in his vision. He made his way to the original Sith homeward of Korriban, unaware of its significance, but was unsuccessful in locating the temple. He eventually made his was to Malachor V. When he landed he discovered a number of force-sensitives who had also been drawn to the planet.

Despite being thought completely destroyed centuries before, they discovered that much of Trayus, the Sith Academy, had been rebuilt by an individual called Darth Proll. Proll had originally been a Prophet of the Dark Side, but had left the order to form his own Sith order. Under his guidance, Med and the others were trained to become Sith Warriors.
Proll believed that all force-sensitives could be turned to the dark side and be of use to him, if properly controlled, but the Rule of Two would never allow for this.

Finally fulfilling his desire to undergo formal training, Med excelled at the Sith trials, mastering two forms of combat; Shii-Cho and Juyo. Finding both styles slightly limiting in their own way, he created a new style combining elements of both that he called "Kel-Maar". It allowed Med to aggressively take on take on a single combatant or multiple opponents at the same time and be victorious. This impressed Darth Proll who appointed Med as his Sith apprentice, bestowing on him the new name of Darth Knox.

During his training, Med began experiencing disturbing visions of his brother in pain and near death. Months went by and the visions continued. Fearing the worst, Med went against the wishes of his Master and left the temple to return to Ossus to investigate if these visions were true. On returning to his home village he found that his brother had indeed died during a tunnel collapse at one of the Jedi digs. In a moment of unparalleled anger, Med lashed out and went on a spree killing almost every Jedi at the temple ruins. A few managed to escape alive to report back to the Jedi council about this new Sith threat.

Rise to power:
Vowing revenge on the Jedi who he blamed for the death of his brother, Darth Knox returned to Malachor V. Confronting Darth Proll, Knox realised that under Proll's rule, the Sith would never destroy the Jedi. Being far superior in combat, Knox was able to best Proll in a duel and proclaimed himself new Dark Lord of the Sith. He took the unusual step of not immediately killing Darth Proll. Instead, he kept him prisoner for months, torturing information out of him about Sith skills and secrets.

One of his first acts was to sent some of the Sith warriors to Ossus to reclaim his stolen Sith collection. Spending time in study and meditation, Knox concluded that there were merits to both Darth Bane's Rule of Two and Skere Khan's Rule by the Strong. He created a new system where force-sensitive individuals would be trained as Sith Warriors as a group. The strongest of the group would become his new apprentice and the other would be sacrificed. Only an apprentice would have the opportunity to learn the historical techniques and secrets of the Sith. He believed this selection process would always ensure only the strongest and best would become Sith, extending their reach and power ultimately leading to their dominance in the galaxy, once the Jedi had been destroyed.

While deciding on who would be his new apprentice, Knox began to practice and master Sith Alchemy and Sith Sorcery, using information gained from the captive Darth Proll and the reclaimed Sith scrolls and artefacts. After successfully creating holocrons to record all the ancient information he had gained, and believing Proll to be of no more use, Knox had him executed. He then turned his focus to the various underground Sith movements around the galaxy. Knox aimed to destroy the Brotherhood of Darkness, the Nightsisters and any other groups that were offshoots of the Sith as a means to ensure his new order remained true, pure and strong.

Around 720BBY he finally took on an apprentice, a young human from the planet Ibanjji. He came to the attention of Knox because as he defeated three Sith warriors who were planning to overthrow Knox to claim leadership. Knox named his new apprentice Darth Praxis. For the next 30 years Darth Knox and Darth Praxis reigned death and destruction on the Jedi across the galaxy.

Rules end?
Like many Sith before him, Darth Knox began focussing on learning the secret of bringing someone back from the dead, in effort to extend his own life. He managed to achieve this feat, in a manner speaking. After years of conquest around the galaxy, a Squib contact loyal to Darth Knox informed him about a number of Sith amulets stored in a Jedi temple on Kashyyyk. These amulets were imbued with the dark side of the force and were an integral part of the Isaiwinokka Hoyakut incantation so he sent his forces to invade the temple where the amulets were stored.

In a battle that lasted three months, the Jedi were barely able to resist the wave of attacks from Darth Knox and his dark-side force creations. It is not entirely known how he was struck down or by who, but Darth Knox's body was discovered two weeks after the battle had ended. It is thought he was killed by his own Sith apprentice for demonstrating weakness due to inability to win the battle quickly. While his body was being loaded onto a transport skiff so it could be taken and burned he seemingly came back to life, killing everyone present.

Escaping off the planet with a stolen Herglican cargo ship he discovered that Darth Praxis had already usurped his leadership role. Retreating into hiding to bide his time, he discovered that the Isaiwinokka Hoyakut had indeed worked, but there had been an unforeseen side effect. He was neither dead nor alive, but somewhere in-between…

Early Biography
_____________________________________
-Childhood-

Born Cortaan Maktara Yulan on the planet of Kuat to a family of ship builders, Cortaan's upbringing would consist of anything but an average life.  His father, Juocaan Yulan, was a project manager of countless ships at the Kuat Drive Yards.  His mother, Marith Cortaan, cared for the home and shopped for any needed supplies.  During his young childhood, Cortaan would spend most of his time roaming with his friends about the streets of Kuat City causing all sorts of mischief.  Though young, he had developed quite the criminal record, having stolen from many shops a countless number of times and even went as far as stealing credits from those who were least suspecting.

At the age of 14, his father had had enough of his son's brash behavior and put him to work alongside him in the shipyards.  At first, Cortaan did not take his punishment lightly, slacking off whenever he could and making enough minor "mistakes" that would eventually turn into major problems.  But, despite the loss of time, his father kept him on the force and Cortaan would eventually grow somewhat fond of the operation.  By the age of 16, his crime rate had essentially dropped to zero as he now spent most of his free time tinkering with gadgets in his room and even designing his own ships.  One such design sparked the interest of his father who then set up a small side-project for his son's design to become a reality.  The result was a small, single-seater starship capable of interplanetary travel that was equipped with shields and standard blaster canons hidden in the design.  He would soon after teach his son to fly in their personal ship before allowing him inside the single-seater, but that didn't keep Cortaan from trying to get inside and fiddle with some of the controls.  During one instance while on break, he mistakenly set off the blaster canons which ignited a brief chain-reaction of explosions and collapsing metal from a small amount of the machines used in the building process.  Infuriated, having taken a big hit from his superiors, his father banned him from ever setting foot in the starship again, also hinting that his son would be working his rear-off like no tomorrow to help pay off the damages.  Cortaan, though very knowledgeable about the mistake he made, thought his father's decision was unjust and overly harsh.  A ship of his own design was now forever off limits to him.  Redemption did not even seem to be an option at this point.

Cortaan retaliated.  He no longer cared about the job he had at hand.  He fled his home, he fled his family, he fled all that he had.  His only accomplice he took along with him was an old B1 battle droid he had found in a junkyard years before which he had pieced together and activated himself.  Taking a couple of his father's blasters that were hidden for emergency situations, he equipped both himself and the droid and then set off while his parents were out.  His destination?  Anywhere but Kuat.  All he needed was a starship, and thanks to his father's teachings, he could get behind the controls of just about any ship with ease.  However ... he didn't want any old starship ... he wanted his.

Getting to the ship would be quite the easy task.  Because of the mass amounts of workers constantly going to and from the the orbital shipyards, he would be able to make his way between docking ports with little to no chance of being recognized.  His droid would also make it through without issue as droids of all sorts traveled between the shipyards as well.  Upon arriving, he quickly located his ship which thankfully had not been moved.  He then had his droid fold into its de-active mode and fitted it within the small storage compartment.  Because of the mass amounts of workers, they paid him no mind as he fired it up and made a successful departure.  Never before had he left his home planet, and never had he gone any further then the outer border of the shipyards.  He proceeded away from Kuat as he watched it shrink in the distance, knowing now for certain that this was exactly what he wanted to do.

-Independence and devastation-

Though a starship, it was not designed to travel very far, but thankfully his planned destination was just around the corner.  Coruscant ... he had always wished to go there while growing up.  Upon arrival, he found it to be far more difficult to navigate and interact with than expected.  Having nothing more than the clothes on his back, his droid, his ship and a enough credits to barely get by on, he decided to scout around and find a temporary place to settle.  However, that very night, he heard news of an attack aboard the Kuat Drive Yards, one of rather immense proportions.  Cortaan may have fled to escape his father, but he still cared about him ... and he wanted to know if he was alright.

Once again, he blasted off in his starship with his sights set straight back for his home-world, and upon arrival, what he saw made him want to turn back.  There, directly before him, was an essentially destroyed sector 8 of the shipyard, the sector managed by his father.  Being unable to land due to the whole station being on lock-down, he made his way into Kuat City to find his mother.  He hoped his father would be present as well.  This, however, was not the case.  He entered his home, his mother in the corner, her face shoved into her hands as she sobbed.  Marith was startled at first, but upon seeing it was her son, ran to him in tears and hugged him tightly.  She told him that a sith had made his way into the shipyards with what looked to be a jedi in close pursuit.  Somehow the sector then exploded, but not until after the supposed jedi made his escape, leaving everyone who remained inside behind to suffer a horrifying fate ... Juocaan included.  What happened to the sith was unknown, but it was presumed that it died along with the others.

Devastated by the news, Cortaan dropped to his knees.  The only look on his face was disbelief as his thoughts raced around in his mind.  A jedi ... a jedi was the only one that had survived the explosion ... an explosion on a sector filled with hundreds if not thousands of workers.  How could he be the ONLY one to survive??  Cortaan was becoming infuriated.  HOW could that JEDI be the ONLY ONE TO SURVIVE???  He barged his way out of the house and made his way towards his ship.  He wanted answers, no matter the cost.  Heading deeper into the city, Cortaan landed and asked anyone he could find about what had happened.  One of those was a shipyard worker who claimed to have been in the next sector over at the time of the attack.  He said that he had seen what looked to be a sith land in the docking bay, only to have a jedi of sorts following directly behind.  A fight then ensued, sabers clashing, workers fleeing.  The sector then began to go under emergency protocol and sealed off all entrances into it, though there were many still on board.  The man then claimed that just before the airlock had fully closed, he witnessed what seemed to be the jedi attempting to crush one of the reactors within the complex without even touching it, the sith with his hands aimed in the same direction.  What happened next after his view was cut off was unknown ... except for the sight of a fleeing ship, the same the jedi arrived in, spotted out of the view ports of the next-door sector which was then followed by a massive explosion behind the blast door.

-The "truth"-

Cortaan almost couldn't believe what he was hearing.  He didn't WANT to believe what he was hearing ... surely it was the sith who was destroying the reactor, right?  Feeling even more enraged at this point, he fled back to his ship and set course back for Coruscant where he would make his way back to his temporary settlement.  Typing in the security code for the door given to him by the leaser, the doors swooped open to unveil a dark, robed figure facing the window on the opposite end of the room.  Cortaan jumped back for a moment and drew his blaster, his battle droid following suit.  The robed figure then spoke, a very low sounding voice echoed about the walls, telling him how it felt a strong vibe of the force emitting from Cortaan.  Cortaan, however, was not about to take any more shenanigans and demanded the figure show his face.  Upon request, the figure turned slowly, and once facing forward, it lowered its hood to expose an all black humanoid male being with a blue stripe down it's center head.  Demanding to know who he was, the being said that his name was Krool Abcardan.  Right after hearing this, Cortaan noticed what looked to be a lightsaber hilt attached to Krool's belt.  In a still demanding tone, he asked Krool if he was the sith at Kuat.  What followed as Krool spoke was the stuff of nightmares for Cortaan's ears.  In summary, Krool was a non-sith being pursued by a jedi who had followed him to Kuat.  Having nowhere else to go, he landed inside the docking bay of sector 8 and immediately defended himself from the jedi's attacks.  Krool was there because of an anonymous deal made with Kuat Drive Yards to supply ships.  Because the jedi was knowledgeable about this, Krool claimed that the jedi attempted to prevent the progression of the deal by damaging the station.  Just before reactor exploded, the jedi took off and he boarded a transport ship just leaving the docking bay before the sector ignited.

NOTE:  In reality, the assumed sith was there to cease the development of enemy ships by destroying the reactor (resorting to force crushing vital controls to it), the jedi then reaching out to try and stop him.  However, just as the damage was irreversible, Krool killed the jedi and boarded the jedi's ship to stage it as the jedi being responsible.

Cortaan, enraged like no other, threatened to kill Krool for not stopping the jedi from killing thousands of innocent lives, including his father's.  Krool however was very calm, using his persuasive techniques to eventually turn Cortaan toward his view of things, claiming that the jedi's techniques were at fault.  He mentioned how Cortaan had an exceptional vibe of the force and how he could be trained to reak revenge upon the jedi for their incompetent ways, to help prevent furthur deaths by these "defenders of the galaxy".  Cortaan was skeptic about the force claims, but lowered his weapon and acknowledged to serve as Krool's apprentice.  He would make the jedi pay for what they had done ... for they were not true defenders ... not in his eyes.  No ... they were too dangerous to be left alive.

A new life
_____________________________________
-Training under Krool Abcardan-

Years past as Cortaan discovered his force abilities and practiced like no tomorrow.  He also learned more early on of Krool's non-affiliation with the sith though sharing similar views.  Krool prefered it as he was able to preform his practices freely without any codes to follow except his own.  This pleased Cortaan as this allowed him to be more flexible in many aspects.  Krool had also taken interest in the battle droid used for his training, deciding that it would be a good idea to put the B1 battle droids back into action ... and he knew just how to get it done.

Now 21 and accompanied by a couple of purpose-built battle droids wherever he went, Cortaan was ready to set forth on his first assignments.  He was quick and he was quiet.  Hardly was he able to be spotted as he acted as both spy and assassin, though his main targets were not jedi ... at least not yet.  In most cases, if spotted and attacked, he would set his droids upon the target and make his escape.  In others, he would take his attacker out himself.

-The end of a master-

Cortaan felt that, after all these years, his master was not progressing him as fast as he should be. He had grown powerful, at least to his knowledge. He had succeeded in every training that Krool had put him through, however he was always being sent out on the same types of missions again and again and again. It had been requested before that his talents be tested in a much broader environment; however. his master would always claim that Cortaan had yet to reach such potential. Each mission that Cortaan completed, he would wait for his time to finally come. But ... as time grew on ... his patience began to run thin. His anger continued to swell within him, using all his might to hold it back in hopes that he may finally get his chance! ... Unless ... unless he already had that chance all along. Yes ... it had all become clear to him now. Krool was merely using him as a tool! A tool to do all of the dirty work for him! How DARE he!! It was at that moment that Cortaan stormed into his master's meditation chamber and lashed out mercilessly, not wasting a moment to turn what once was a living creature into a pile of flesh.

The deed ... was done. Cortaan Yulan had once again achieved independence, and this time ... he planned to keep it that way.

The birth of a Legion
_____________________________________
-Creation-

Shortly after the death of his master, Cortaan set forth in creating what he hoped would be a growing adversary against his sworn enemy, one he had yet to face. With the company of his personal droid, he would establish the Legion of Yulan.

-Foundation-

Shortly after its beginning, Cortaan went in search of a new home to establish a base of operations. Multiple planets were visited but none had shown much promise. It was when he eventually made his way to Kalee that his hopes were re-established. Knowledgeable of the inhabitant's war-like nature, he proceeded with great caution. It was within a valley near the ocean that he would stumble upon a small settlement around some ancient ruins. Barely after arriving, he was confronted by a local Kaleesh how stated himself to be Mathazar Signas, guardian and leader of the tribe. The Kaleesh warned him to leave the planet immediately, however Cortaan did not come all of this way to simple be turned away. Before getting out a proper response, the Kaleesh charged and proceeded to attack. Without drawing a single blade, he managed to defeat (but not kill) his skilled opponent. The being pleaded that he leave his people be as they could not take any more lethal attacks. It was then that Cortaan stated his actual intentions, assuring the tribe leader that he was not there to kill, but rather look for a possible settlement. To help reach his goal, he offered assisted protection if he would be given enough land and resources needed to form the foundations of his new legion. Mathazar was hesitant, but agreed under one condition ... that he be allowed to join Cortaan at his side. Cortaan, knowledgeable of Mathazar's skills, thought it over and finally agreed. Perhaps he would serve him very well.

-Development-

Not intending to back down on his word, Cortaan set forth in creating the means necessary to keep the local tribe safe. Using connections he had back on Kuat, he managed to strike a deal using very "persuasive" tactics to have built for him a constant production line of B1 battle droids. If his personal B1 droid was able to serve him well all of these years, then he knew a whole army would do wonders. Quickly, the droids came in, almost immediately being put the the test under Mathazar's command as the raiders who usually visited to pillage the valley for valuable goods were quickly killed before they could escape or spread word of their existence. At the same time, Cortaan was converting the ruins and building structures of his own. Everything was going according to plan.

The accident
_____________________________________
-Out of nowhere-

It had been approximately two years. His Legion with the local Kaleesh had grown a great deal and his droids were holding off all forms of attack with ease, his apprentice converting into a much stronger and brilliant leader. Little did he and Mathazar know, however, that during a recent raid, a transmission managed to slip out regarding their location and who they were (spy droid). The recipients of the transmission were unknown, but they did not share any information with others. Instead, they planned a surprise attack. Being brilliant and forging transmissions, the beings managed to fool Cortaan into thinking that he was needed at the Kuat Drive Yards, the location where the droid were being made, to deal with a suspicious Jedi.

As Cortaan prepared to depart, Mathazar standing by on the landing pad, a rouge rocket came out of nowhere and destroyed the ship as it was clearing the tree-tops. The fireball of Cortaan's personal star ship came crashing down only to land on Mathazar who failed to evade in time. Unbeknownst to them, their battle droids managed to fight off the proceeding ground assault without any direct command, all traces of their opponents knowledge of their whereabouts remaining secret.

The locals rushed to their aid and managed to use the recourse brought in by Cortaan to retrieve help. The duo was quickly retrieved, both individuals being horribly injured. Cortaan had heavy damage to his face, eyes, throat and chest. He was quickly operated on once at a proper care facility, his organs that were damaged beyond repair being replaced by prosthetics. When he woke ... nothing looked the same. His vision ... it was as if her were staring directly through a transparent computer screen. He was able to look around and see clearly, but it looked like a live video feed. He reached up and touched his eye, hoping he would feel some sort of pain ... but instead ... it felt hard. No longer did he see through his own eyes. As he looked around, he then noticed a circular disk protruding from his chest, a light circulating around the perimeter. He tapped it a couple times, feeling the the vibrations reached down below the skin. He again began to feel enraged as he realized that not only were eyes replaced, but his heart was too. The light on the prosthetic heart began to circulate faster to indicate and increase in blood flow like a real heart would do when under stress. Cortaan breathed heavily and suddenly tried to growl ... but ... nothing came out. Nothing at all. He attempted to speak but noticed that it was only air. His panic settled in now knowing that his voice was gone too. WHAT ELSE COULD HE HAVE POSSIBLY LOST?? He rage was set in full now, the recent memories of the transmission coming through warning of a Jedi, the immediate blast right as he was taking off. Could it have been the Jedi that discovered his location and set him up? It had to be! Surely no other being would dare attempt such an attack with the hoards of battle droids around.

His anger was about to unleash when he suddenly calmed himself and remembered Mathazar. After that moment of realization, he rose from his bed and attempted to see if his apprentice had survived. As her exited his room, sure enough ... there he was. Or ... what was left of him. Mathazar was seen floating in a bacta tank, his legs gone, his arms gone ... all that remained was his torso and head. Wires protruded from all over the end of his missing appendages. He attempted to speak with Mathazar but again remembered that he had no voice. Cortaan concentrated and attempted to speak through to him using the force. Mathazar promptly spoke up, assuring him that whoever did this to the two of them would not live their mistakes down.  Cortaan immediately began planning to have him rebuilt, along with finding a way for himself to speak.

The Jedi would never ... ever ... live this down.

My Star Wars Character:

Name: John Eclipse (Son of the non-canon Captain Juno Eclipse, conceived from only midichlorians)
Homeworld: Kashyyyk
Lives: John Eclipse's life takes place during an alternate timeline about 30 years after the Battle of Endor (Destruction of the Second Death Star)
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Affiliation: Not a member of the New Jedi Order, but leans towards the light side.
Allegiance: To neither the dark nor the light.
Weapon of Choice: Long Hilted Green Saber
Fighting Style: Hybrid of Form VI (Niman) and Form III (Soresu)

My Interpretation of Eclipse is that The Force Unleashed II is nonexistent. When Galen Marek (Starkiller) is killed by the Emperor during his duel on the Death Star, he becomes one with The Force and he influences the midichlorians within Juno Eclipse and she bears a son. He is about 5 years of age at the time of the Battle of Endor, but he is hidden away on Kashyyyk. As he grows older, his mother eventually gifts him with a newly repaired PROXY, and a fully upgraded Rogue Shadow, he travels to Dagobah to discover the truth and trains with Master Luke Skywalker.

Let me know what you all think!

Well let's see...

I personally suck at naming my people, but my guys name is Naasan Rakìk. He was about 11 when his father was killed during the battle of the second Death Star. He spent his remaining years growing up on Dantooine with his mother, who unfortunately passed away when he was 21. While cleaning out some of his parents stuff, he heard a strange voice calling out to him. He found his fathers ancient weapon, and snapped it on instinctively, it's white blade glowing in the dark. He now travels the galaxy searching for answers to who his parents were and more importantly who he is.

Wears: leather belt (sometimes), black formerly imperial officer coat, regular shirts and pants
Weps:  Fathers Blaster, Lightsaber, Thermal Detonators.
Species: Human
Follows: The light side and some of the dark (like his father)
Home: Dantooine
Ship: Old rebel era X-Wing fighter (eventually gains possession of a Clone era ARC-170 and a Jedi Starfighter)

Well I hope I didn't miss anything, and let me know if there's anything non-cannon or incorrect.

My character is Junta Kharr. He's a Jedi in the Old Republic setting. His master (Sa'ari) battled in the Mandalorian wars and was killed some time after the conclusion by a vengeful mando'a.

Junta strove for vengeance, but remembered his master's teachings, and instead turned the mando in to the Republic.

IMPERIAL DATA LOG 1187738

NAME:       DAVIN QUINN HIRR

NICKNAME:    CHANCE

BIRTHPLACE:   MESIRIAN

AGE:       28

HEIGHT:      181cm

WEIGHT:   86kg

EYE COLOUR:    GRAY

BIOGRAPHY: Born on the planet of Mesirian to an Altisian Jedi Master 24 years before the outbreak of the Clone Wars, HIRR was noted as being gifted with a strong connection with to the Force.

Given over to the care of the unorthodox Jedi Master Djinn Atlis at a young age, HIRR was raised in a Padawan Cohort on board the Altisian Jedi Praxeum Ship the chu’unthor and began his training as a Jedi.

As a Padawan HIRR showed a natural affinity with the Force and proved to be an adept and diligent student learning, in the Altisian way of teaching, from numerous Jedi Knights and Masters on board the chu’unthor.

After the construction of his Lightsaber, which produced a distinctive amber blade, HIRR again proved to be a dedicated student and in time became skilled in all the classical Lightsaber forms, but favoured no single form over any other.

Alongside his studies of the Force HIRR, unusually for a Jedi who often maintained a reliance on the Force over their physical form, also adhered to a disciplined and rigorous exercise regime including acrobatics, calisthenics and the practice of the Martial Art of Teras Kasi which led to an athletic and muscular physique.
Coupled with a steady mind, even temperament and the rapid gain of the required skills and knowledge HIRR was put forward as a candidate for the Jedi Trials which were successfully completed the Trials at the age of 16.

Upon his appointment as a Jedi Knight, HIRR chose to follow the path of a Jedi Sentinel, expanding upon his powers in the Force whilst perfecting non-force related skills such as covert operations, intelligence gathering, and starship piloting.

Upon the outbreak of the Clone Wars HIRR had grown into a skilled pilot, and a confident and well-rounded soldier, albeit with a rebellious and independent streak which was often noted to be a trait of the Altisian Jedi. Upon the outbreak of hostilities, along with several other of the Altisan Jedi, HIRR chose to join the Republic and it was documented that he fought with courage and distinction in several major engagements throughout the Clone War.

HIRR was known to have been present at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant during the execution of Order 66 where security recording showed him defending the Temple combatting the Clone troopers of the 501st Legion and it is suspected that he survived and escaped the planet to go into hiding escaping the opening stages of Jedi Purge as no record of his remains were logged during the subsequent cleanse of the Jedi Temple.

At this time his whereabouts and status are currently unknown.

Name: Bruck Chun
Homeworld: Corellia
Born: 3663 BBY (Old Republic era)
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Height: 1.7 meters
Hair color: Dark brown, nearly black
Eye color: Dark brown
Skin color: Tan
Affiliations: Green Jedi (formerly), Jedi Order, Galactic Republic

My character was born into an ancient Green Jedi family, but was eventually sent to learn from the "real" Jedi as his parents thought that the Green Jedi Council was becoming corrupt. While he studied under the Jedi Order's masters and was taught The Living Force aspect, he eventually formed his own viewpoints on the Force, and became an early practitioner of the Potentium viewpoint. This viewpoint towards the Force allows him to use both light and dark side powers, similar to a Gray Jedi. However, unlike Gray Jedi, he kills those he deems too dangerous to live, which seems to be getting more frequent every day...

Mason wasn't anything special. All of his people were Force and he was just...well average. But when he had heard that the Jedi, he knew this was his chance to escape the mundane and become something greater. Well, he wasn't wrong; however, it would not be greatness on the Light Side but the Dark. It was one week before his 12th birthday that the shuttles came and the last day Mason would see his family or home, until the day he would fall. Mason spent the next 6 years training in the Dark side of the Force, mastering many techniques ranging from Force Crush/Push to Mind Alteration and even dabbling into Force Lightning. Mason was exceptionally brutal in his combat seemlessly integrating Force Techniques with his Juyo/Vapaad style. He would go on to slay many Jedi Knights and Padawan, but never a Master. Until, that is, when his Dark Master confronted the Jedi Master Yuon Ki Bauld. A human from Haruun Kal that looked very familiar to Mason. The one who trained his Master and birthed his father. Mason was confused about what he was feeling. It was rage and hate but these were not new emotions, he had felt them every single day since he was taken. But it was all, 100%, towards his Master. He couldn't move or speak or breath...until the final blow. When his Master removed the arms of his Grandfather, Masons rage broke. The Force inside him lashed out and scared the ground. His Master felt his power and smiled believing he had finally broken Masons mind but in actuality, Mason had just decided to kill his Master. Mason reached out with his mind and felt his Master, laughing and enjoying the pain he was causing them both as he drove his crimson lightsaber into his former masters shoulder. "Die!" Mason screamed in his mind and used his Force Crush to squeeze his Masters brain inside his skull. "He's dead...finally! I'm free of Him! Grandfather! I...". As Mason looked to his Grandfather, the joy fell from his face as he looked down to see his old masters saber fall across his Grandfathers chest, bisecting him instantly. Mason didn't leave this place for 9 years choosing skills. Now he has returned, a Grey Jedi with a unique Hurrikane Crystal hued Violet defending the Balance of the Force.

This is the story of Jai Kun A'kaar, Rogue Jedi Twi'lek
The Time is in the Old Republic
Part one:

I don't remember my family. All I remember is the blast of light that killed them. I remember being carried away by gentle and firm arms. I remember my training, where they told me my name was Jaian Kuni Ahamunkaar, and I was to be a jedi knight. The training lasted years, and in those years, I don’t know when, I met a girl who would become the woman that I loved. The woman they took.

When I turned 25, I was taken in front of the jedi council. They told me that my training was complete, and I was to be a jedi knight. They took me on one knee and knighted me and I went back to my chambers to find Auvas Barajuni, the girl from before, there. She asked if they had done it and I told her they had. I hopped in bed and fell asleep almost instantly. I asked her in the morning if she will marry me, and she told me she would. We were married 3 weeks later.

A few years later, I was returning from a mission when I found Lightsaber marks all over my quarters, as though there had been a fight. I then found a lightsaber that was cut in half that I recognized instantly as Auvas's. I sprinted numbly to the council room, where I find Jedi Master Jaric Kaedan holding her in a headlock, unconscious. Numbness fills my body, along with a rage as I had never felt. "Let. Her. Go." I say, surprising myself with the calmness in my voice.

"No. A Jedi avoids attachment, and this woman was found in your bedchamber, meditating. She was found with this on." He throws me something that I recognize as the ring I gave her all those years ago on Dantooine. "Remove your left glove Jaian." I take it off and throw it aside and hold up my hand, showing him the ring on my finger.

"So therefore, we must train you to avoid attachment." With that, he ignites his saber and puts it through her heart. Rage fills me. Rage like never before. I swing and ignite my saber so fast he has no chance to block. his head comes clean off, letting his and her bodies fall to the ground. I realize a moment later that there is another person in the doorway who rushes for the nearest master. I try to throw my saber to kill him, but he evades quickly and sprints away.

Fear then takes hold and I slash a hole in the window, jumping out. I sprint along the streets of Coruscant, hoping, praying that no one finds me. I reach my ship and take off, my astromech, Screecher, asking where I'm going. "I don't know old buddy. I don't know."

Part 2

I land on the planet Mygeeto, an icy planet with a jagged surface. I find some natives and begin to make peace with them, along with my conscience. Then they all begin to run, and I turn and see why. A ship just landed, containing a sith lord. He walks slowly at me and removes his hood. Then I realize it isn’t a he. Its Auvas. As she raises her saber and I raise mine, I wake up, screecher beeping at me that we made it to Mygeeto.

Soon after I arrived, I was sick and tired of the nightmares and dreams of Auvas that had tortured me for months and decided to go to a cantina and get a drink. But as i’m walking there, I realize that I should change my name. I decide on Jai-Kun A’kaar. As I walk in, I sense someone force sensitive and pick him out to be a young man, maybe 19, sitting in a corner, tears streaming down his face.

As I walk over he pulls me out to the alley and ask why I'm here. I respond with the same story I have just told you and ask him why he is running. He tells me that the dark side has taken over him, and I offered to help. This was the wrong thing to say as he yells that he doesn't want or need my help. He runs out and I follow him at a distance that he cannot see nor sense me.

He walks into his ship, a small transport and everyday I watch as he goes back into the bar or stays in the ship. Then one day someone approaches him and I recognize them as a sith I had encountered many years ago. As he walks up, I walk in and , seeing him about to strike down the kid, save the kid and begin to fight like I had never fought, using dark and light tactics as the kid storms off. The sith lashes out at the kid, who collapses.

Eventually I defeat him, having used sith Lightning on him and killing him. I see to the kid, and replace the arm that had been taken off with one I found in the back. When he comes to, he is grateful, and the kid and I journey together.

The nightmares never did go away, but the kid’s fear and anger started to dissipate in the next years as I teach him as my apprentice, not dark nor light, simply a force wielder. We both sharpened our instincts and honed our skills, and eventually we become friends, brothers through the Force.

Xano Myuza, a human male Jedi Knight who fought in the New Sith Wars. Myuza sustained injuries and was pulled out of active service prior to the Ruusan Campaign. When the war ended and the Ruusan Reformation was enacted, Xano disappeared.
After wandering the galaxy for a while Xano Myuza settled on an agricultural world devastated by the war, he begins a new life as a farmer. His old life as a Jedi comes back to haunt him when mercenaries threaten defenceless farmers.
Xano Myuza is based upon a character I began to develop for cosplay, instead I think I will use him for fan fiction on this forum. I feel like I need to flesh his character out more.

Xano Myuza
Human (M)
Jedi Order (formerly), Galactic Republic
Jedi Knight, Grey Jedi
Jedi Guardian - Exotic Weapons Specialist
Orange single-bladed lightsaber, quarterstaff
Form V: Djem So, Teras Kasi

Another potential character (who may or may not be part of the same story) is a former Sith scholar and philosopher who abandoned the Brotherhood of Darkness shortly before its destruction. Possibly both their paths cross and they find a common interest, which could lead to the creation of a new organisation of Force users that slowly grows over the centuries

Ty Ren is a woman who had fallen from grace. Just a simple human girl who grew up in the order. Despite her teachings she learned to love her master like a father, the father she never got the chance to know. Yet she lost him in a simple scouting mission that went wrong. However she didn't learn to hate the pirates who captured her and killed her master. He didn't have to die. She learned to hate the Council for not responding fast enough to the pirates' ransom. Through that hatred she learned to hurt others and killed those who kept her in bondage. They locked her away where she couldn't hurt anyone, she was alone in the dark praying for death. But then she was liberated by a stranger. He came in with the jedi knights she grew up with and called friends. In her short 13 years of life she'd never felt this way. She wasn't relieved to see her peers, but to see him. As she healed from malnourishment he stayed and meditated. He was older than her, maybe 18? Who was he, why did he watch over her? He didn't wear the robes of the jedi but she could feel the force within him. He taught her how to play pazaak and brought her happiness she never thought she'd feel again. But one day he vanished and left his pazaak deck behind for her. Though her heart was weary, she knew she'd meet him again one day.
The Council called on her, asking her about the stranger rather than the mission or her master. She remembered her hatred, but let it go. His name was Wan, and he was a force user. He held no affiliation and the Council thought him to be dangerous. So it was their fault he was gone, but that's just something she told herself.
Months later she was sent to Coruscant to complete her Padawan training. Five years later she became a jedi knight and taught herself to forget about Wan like the Council commanded. But the force works in mysterious ways. One day she felt a presence she hadn't felt in a long time. She found him in the lower level of the city in a shady cantina. He sat playing pazaak by himself. She soon joined him and presented the deck he left behind. When he looked at her he smiled and she did the same. Ty and Wan spent the entire night talking and drinking and for a day she remembered what it felt like to feel this way. To be truly happy.
The two saw each other in secret for several years. But just as they were to elope, the Mandalorians waged war on the Republic. Ty was a jedi guardian now and knew there was no way the order wouldn't aid in the war. But as she and many others stayed back and waited, thousands were dying. Then Revan stood up to the challenge and defied the Council. Ty had always admired Revan and eagerly followed him into war. Wan saw no good from the war and went to help those affected by the Mandalorians. The two agreed it was best to temporarily part ways, that the force would bring them together once again.
As the war raged Ty began to lose her jedi teachings and made decisions she wasn't proud of for the greater good. Then Revan won the war for the Republic but he didn't return to the order. The war made Ty respect Revan even more and she vowed to follow him anywhere. So when the time came she followed him to the dark side without hesitation. She didn't much care for the sith way of meaningless killing, but their view of the force made sense to her. She had no desire for power, but she was not weak. Peers who found her to be unmotivated typically challenged her strength. To survive she killed those who threatened her and learned to manipulate those around her. Her survival tactics made her a high ranking sith warrior and she gained respect and prestige. But none of it mattered. She was caught up in Revan's vision and ensured she was the perfect soldier for her supreme ruler. She missed Wan, but it wasn't time for them to reunite. She fought and killed for Revan, she told herself her duty would bring her satisfaction, and in a twisted way it did. Revan recognized her strength and for that she was proud. But all she had worked for crumbled when the Republic murdered her master.
Ty never liked Malak much, and she knew what Revan's death meant. As soon as she heard the news she fled the sith. She gave up everything, because her reason for fighting was gone. Malak didn't have the vision Revan did, he was still so childish to her. It was difficult, but with a handful of credits and her lightsaber she traveled the galaxy, hiding from those she once served. She meditated, hoping to find Wan. Eventually the two were brought together by the force. Ty never looked for him, he was a ghost to the galaxy. She knew it was the right time and she was right. She married Wan and the two traveled the galaxy together helping those they could.
Ty had always felt more comfortable as a soldier than a jedi. She had seen the light and the dark. She learned that there was value in both and followed Wan's example. It took her much longer to learn this lesson, but she was a better person for it. She still thinks of her master, and hopes he is proud of her. Because she knew what the Council didn't, he taught her that sometimes passion can lead one to make the right decision. She is a passionate and loving woman. She loved three men for very different reasons and they each brought her fulfillment, satisfaction and most importantly happiness.
Ty serves the people of the galaxy along side her husband. He carries the spiritual side of the force while she carries the physical. Together they find balance, a little light, a little dark, but only the force matters.

There's my character, Darth Niix. She's always been a bit lonely, but something happened that ended any hopes or wishes for further romantic or platonic relationships. She used to be a compassionate being, but she's been hurt too much - she used to see the good in the world, but now, all she sees is the pain and the suffering and the idiocy, oh, the idiocy. She's basically had enough and any who dare harm her, insult her, or just act completely stupid will die. Her sadness at one point controlled her, but she's learned that her agony can be turned into anger, and that anger fuels her passionate and vengeful nature. It gives her strength.
She wields a simple silver one-handed saber - she doesn't like all the bells and whistles. She'd rather have a sleek, sturdy weapon. The blade is a vibrant violet, because even though she sees more logic in the ideals of the Dark Side, there is some lingering light deep within her core. She's trying to bury it desperately, something that's reflected in her lightsaber as it flickers to red at times. Her attire is dramatic, a flowing dress-like black robe and sturdy black boots. Despite its appearance, it's meant more for functionality than looks, as she has no need for armor. Why slow yourself with cumbersome protection if you're fast enough to end the fight before it begins? The best defense is a good offense, after all.
Lastly, it's me. Darth Niix is based off of me. Everything you just read is my (partial) history and personality.

"Let it be so. If even the Dark Side gazes back, the accursed Sith are no masters over it, no matter how hard they try to assert that. And they shall not become masters to me, no: they are now my enemies more than ever, because now I truly hate them."—The woman herself[src]

Rina Ascura was a Corellian-born Jedi Shadow who lived during the last years of the Old Republic, the entire Imperial period and survived on Iego well into the Legacy era. The last Shadowmaster of the Order, she was severely traumatized by her failure to prevent Palpatine's takeover, which led her to the Dark Side of the Force. During the early Imperial period, Rina Ascura, now a self-styled "Marshal" and leader of a ramshackle government claiming succession to the Confederacy of Independent Systems, was fighting a guerrilla war agaisnt the Empire. After a crushing defeat, she escaped and vanished in the underworld, only to resurface not long before the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. After this, Rina Ascura lived on Iego in seclusion.

Rina Ascura was one of those Jedi who started training in a relatively late age. Her line of Corellian Jedi, the Ascuras, were haunted by the Dark Side and general misfortune for generations, earning the moniker of "Accursed Jedi", and her grandfather, Lev Ascura Sr., wanted Force-sensitivity to be gone from the family. The reason for that was an unique talent belonging to Ascuras: they were perfectly capable to see in the Force clearly through any obfuscations and distractions formed by the Dark Side, but the downside was that everything Dark attracted them like a magnet.

His desire was starting to be fulfilled, with Lev Ascura Jr., Rina's father, being almost not Force-sensitive, but Rina was born fully sensitive herself. Lev Ascura Sr. tried to hide the fact from the Order, but the Jedi known as the Dark Woman, An'ya Kuro, found out, and convinced Lev to release Rina and let her be trained as a Jedi. The Dark Woman specialized on training problematic apprentices and wanted to take Rina as her Padawan after Aurra Sing's training was complete, however Aurra proved to be a disaster, and the Dark Woman resigned as a pedagogue altogether.

The Council of First Knowledge decided to make Rina an apprentice to Belg Kiybo, a Jedi Shadow. Rina's talent could be useful to a Shadow, and Shadow training would let her control it and stay clear of the Dark Side.

As a Jedi Shadow Padawan, Rina Ascura became an apprentice to Belg Kiybo, an investigator tasked with researching the facts about the resurgent Sith menace. The Shadowmaster of the time, the Twi'lek Ano Werdo, was sure that the menace exists, and, upon learning the name of the Sith Master, Darth Plagueis, started the "Quarantine Case" dedicated to investigating his identity. Werdo had already learned the truth about both Plagueis and Sidious' true identities during the Invasion of Naboo, when he was assassinated by Sidious' agents, his records destroyed. Kiybo was appointed the new Shadowmaster, and Ascura became the leading investigator on the Quarantine Case. To prevent unmasking, Palpatine devised an intrigue to both murder Kiybo and frame Ascura as guilty by incompetence and inability to prevent it, at the same time promoting another Shadow, the truly incompetent and gullible Bodo Pius, to the position of Shadowmaster. The intrigue was resolved a day before the start of the Clone Wars; Ascura was reassigned to the usual place where Shadow careers are sent to die: she went to the Citadel on Lola Sayu as its new commandant.

Later Ascura became the commander of GAR Field Military Police. This unit of the clone army was notable for that it housed a number of defective clone troopers: those clones who displayed the tendencies for violent, sociopathic and sadistic behavior were assigned as MPs, not line infantry. The Jedi Shadows were appointed officers of this force. This was Palpatine's plan to get the Shadows off Coruscant and paralyze their investigations.

In 19 BBY Bodo Pius, the Shadowmaster, was kidnapped by unknown assailants, and Ascura was summoned to Coruscant by the Council of First Knowledge to assume the duties of the Shadowmaster. Ascura found out that Palpatine was behind the kidnapping, and the fact that he was Darth Sidious, roughly at the same time when Palpatine revealed himself to Anakin.

Ascura tried, but failed, to prevent Mace Windu from performing an illegal arrest of Palpatine. During Order 66, her clone captain, Zeta, attacked her and wounded her in the throat, damaging her vocal cords. Since then and until the New Jedi Order era, Ascura needed an implanted vocoder to speak coherently; without the vocoder, she could only speak in grunts and gargles that only the best protocol droids were able to translate to Basic. Later, when interrogating and sentencing captured Imperials, she preferred to turn off the vocoder, speak in incomprehensish and have her droid, Roger, translate for her, for intimidating effect.

Ascura successfully escaped Zeta and his clones and reunited with her former Padawan, the Twi'lek Deel Aroona, and some other Shadows and Sentinels such as Maw. They hid in a secret apartment hidden in the city blocks of Coruscant, where Rina received medical aid and the vocoder was implanted into her neck.

Loth Reia is my OC based on a conceptual blend of the character I played as when I was a kid and my StarWars DnD character. I'll be brief.

Force sensitive slave child who is seen by a jedi overseeing some sort of deal and transferring funds, in feeling her potential in the force he defies his orders and chooses to buy her freedom and take her to the Jedi Temple. Needless to say, they don't approve of that action and so they cease giving him orders and he's charged to simply guard the temple. They also refuse to train Reia, but will allow her a place to stay. Jedi guy gives her his shoto and he teaches her as best as he can in their solitude. Often times though, he simply wishes he'd been outright kicked as he despises his position but would never have the humility to step away from the order himself.

Sometime later after the Clone Wars have begun, they are at last given a few small missions as the Jedi are spread thin. Unfortunately, they are ambushed by Grievous who kills both the newly appointed Temple Guard  and then Reia's master. Reia survives barely after some cones help fend the Droid General off. With her gifted saber and her master's sabers taken by Grievous she clutches to the barely intact hilt of the Guard's staff. After recoverying from her injuries, she acquires the parts and uses the yellow crystal to make a lightsaber of her own.

As her solitude grows as the elder Jedi remain undecided on whether or not to formally bring her into the order and give her all the privileges thereof, her grief and fear turn to anger and hate towards the General who robbed her of not only her friend-- robbed her of her father figure. Resolving that she will[ kill Grievous she teaches herself a rough form of Jar-Kai from a certain force-sensitive bounty hunter she seeks out through the force in Coruscant. From her, Loth Reia learns basic stances and steps in two bladed combat as well as how to forge synthetic crystals.

As of this time it is decided to bring her into the order fully and to treat her as a young Jedi as her fight with Grievous was surely a trial. By this time though she's forged a synth crystal with all her passion. While not the blood-red, malice imbued crystals of the Sith, the reddish hue of her resulting blade startles her and the Jedi who now fear she may be some sort of Sith Apprentice who was planted to destroy the Jedi from within!

Bla bla bla fights Grievous, bla bla bla pursued by the Jedi after screaming a modified version of the Sith Code in duress after several Jedi accuse her of being evil and she feels betrayed and that the Jedi are fools with no allowance of humanity and passion, bla bla bla she survives 66.

After the village she'd been hiding in is destroyed by the Empire which has now reigned for some time, she at last decides to join the alliance after Vader discovers her and attempts to convince her to be an inquisitor. At last she sees that she must fight, and that her darkness can no longer hold her back. She takes a ship to Alderaan about 1 month BBY, rumor is General Kenobi will be with them very soon.###

I have three, but I will use my main one. There are things about some of my others that are not canon, so that is another reason I will not use them.

Name: Taegin Roan
Home World: Corellia
Gender: Male
Species: Corellian
Profession: Last of the Jedi(fights the Empire from the shadows)
Era: Galactic Empire/Imperial Era
Hair: Dark Brown
Eye Color: Brown
Weapons: Fire Orange and Hot Pink Lightsabers that can be used as either a staff or two separate sabers
Interesting Fact: His Holocron is round instead of square

He was apprenticed to Denna Eem, a Jedi Master that was killed during Order 66, and barely escaped with his life. After the formation of the Galactic Empire, he goes into hiding like the rest of the remaining Jedi.  While in hiding he realizes that the Empire is still looking for him, and decides that he must fight back against them.  He is very powerful with the force and with his sabers, and is also very cautious about using his skills in public.  However he still practices while in hiding and eventually gains the trust of many others opposing the Empire, although they do not know he is a Jedi.  He is a loner, thinking that he can do more by himself than he could with a team since he is silent, and a master of hiding while a team would be easier noticable.  He does very well against the Empire without anyone knowing about him. Even Master Yoda does not know for certain that he exists. There are other Jedi that he comes in contact with, but being pretty young during Order 66, they do not recognize him, and he does not reveal his secret.  One of his hobbies is that he collects the Sabers and Holocrons of fallen Jedi  if he can find them and builds monuments to honor their memories since the Jedi Order is no longer in existence. It is rumored that Luke and the New Jedi Order finds this chamber built deep inside a cavern, and learn a great deal about the Jedi from it.

Sorry for the long story of my character:

My name is Dargan Fey, my home world is unknown, but all I know is that the Jedi temple has been my home ever since I have been found by a Jedi by the name of Mace Windu. After being found by Mace Windu and taken to the Jedi temple to live, Mace Windu started to feel something strange in the force. Trying to pin point this feeling, turned around and started to stare at me like I did something wrong. As he stared at me, he started to feel himself being pulled to me, then he found out that I was force sensitive being only the age of 5 years of age.

As we arrived at the Jedi temple, Jedi Master Mace Windu approached the council and being part of the council himself, asking the council to give him the pardon to have him train me to become a Jedi. After speaking to the council and passing the test they have given me, Wind said that he would be the one to train me, because since he was the one who had found me, with no one disagreeing I had to call Mace Windu Master now. Years past ever since I started my training with Master Windu, each year of training becoming more difficult than the last, each training session Master Windu is trying to see where my limits lie and how to break that limit. But little did I know that Master Windu was actually training me to become hidden assassin for the Jedi council without the council fully known.

Years past again where my training has been fully completed by Master Windu and he was holding a ceremony on my graduation into a true fully Jedi Knight. Master Windu has presented me with my new lightsabers, that’s right sabers with an s, these sabers also can come together to make staff lightsaber. The blade colors where those of Master Windu’s himself, purple.

(http://i.imgur.com/IMPVnCEm.jpg) (http://i.imgur.com/xcEhl5pm.jpg)

After ceremony Windu, ask me to walk with him, so I went with him. As we are walking he gives me a private comm link, that is just for him and I to use for emergencies when they come. Since that meeting with Master Windu, I have been on missions given by the Jedi Council trying to keep the peace, but once and a while Master Windu would contact me on the private communicator asking to take out a dark Jedi that has been causing trouble on the outer ring of planets and I did as I was told. But one day while out on a peace mission Master Windu told me to stay far away from the temple because the Sith was killing the whole Jedi order, “order 66”, so I ignored his warning and went back to the temple where I found bodies of jedi and younglings everywhere.

Outrage in anger and hate from the site, I went to find who has done this act murder. As soon as I started to look for who killed some many, but all of the sudden I saw Anakin with another person with a cloak over his face. As I went to get a closer look the cloaked person said something to Anakin and next thing I know I am in some kind of device not able to see but I can hear people talking about something called “Project Hunter”.

Then I finally awoke and being summoned to the Emperor and Lord Vader, as I kneed before them both, the emperor asked me what is my missions. I spoke and said I live to serve the empire and do thy biddings of my lord and my emperor, the emperor said excellent. Then Lord Vader told me my mission is to hunt and kill anyone who gets in the way of the empire, but before I could do that mission. I had to stalk and kill any remaining Jedi that was in hiding. After failing one mission, I was put into suspended animation until they needed the assassin, this was my punishment for my one and only failure.

To this very day all I go by is the Jedi Hunter.

Probably, but they may have some minor differences to normal Humans. Differences like being totally awesome all the time. I mean just thing of Han, he was from the planet Corellia. Since the people of Earth are called Earthlings, I just decided to go with Corellian. Both work though.

Still human. I think Corellians are a little more........rebellious than the standard breed. Possibly the reason why their ships are counted amongst the fastest in the galaxy.

Here is an updated version of my character.

----------

Name: Taegin Roan

Home World: Corellia

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Age: 32

Profession: Last of the Jedi(fights the Empire from the shadows)

Era: Galactic Empire/Imperial Era

Physical Description: Brown hair and eyes, with dark-ish skin. Thin, but still muscular. Isn't the cleanest looking, but is not really dirty. Looks as if he has been through a lot (which he has), but he doesn't look old. Keeps his hair and beard well trimmed. Wears darker cloathes (dark browns and grays) that are loose enough for him to move freely, but still tight enough not to swish as he moves. Wears a black cloak (when not fighting Imperials) as well as boots and belt.

Weapons: Fire Orange and Hot Pink Lightsabers that can be used as either a staff or two separate sabers

Interesting Fact: His Holocron is round instead of square

Background: He was apprenticed to Denna Eem, a Jedi Master that was killed during Order 66, and barely escaped with his life. After the formation of the Galactic Empire, he goes into hiding like the rest of the remaining Jedi.  As a Jedi, he has a love for knowledge. This prompts him to leave his cavern and go in search of somebody who will teach him Old Corellian. He does this because he wants to learn about his heritage, and be able to connect with his past more which also makes his connection to the Force grow.

He is a loner, thinking that he can do more by himself than he could with a team since he is silent, and a master of hiding while a team would be easier noticeable.

It is rumored that Luke and the New Jedi Order finds this chamber built deep inside a cavern, and learn a great deal about the Jedi from it, but this is not known for certain.

----------

I felt like I should go a little more into depth about this character, as well as include a physical description of him.

So This is my character guys

Name: Tai'Laran Velkan

Home World: Alpheridies

Gender: Male

Species: Miraluka

Age: 24

Profession: Je'daii , protector of balance in the force

Era: Old Republic

Physical Description: (https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/4a/59/6a/4a596af9a1acb3d75123cc694d4b42e1.jpg)

Weapons: A two handed lightsaber, as if it were double ended but only one blade is protruding from the hilt.  It has an orange color with a hue of yellow. When ignited it gives off a powerful hum.

Background: Stranded and lost with his brother after the Sith conquest of Alpheridies, he and his brother were found by two force users that they considered peculiar. Their standing with the force was completely balanced, they revealed themselves later off world as Hakarah of the Sith Empire and Saral of the Jedi Republic. They took the two boys as their pupils and taught them the ways of the force in its entirety. Becoming their surrogate parents and masters in the force Tai'Laran found the true divining light of the force in both the dark and light. At the age of 16 he felt a tremble in the force that he never thought was possible. Hakarah and Saral were struck down by two different, opposing, forces. Their love was apparently highly feared by those who took sides in the force, those who did not see it as one, those who sought to smite their brothers and sisters for not abiding by their law. Tai'Laran and his brother were not Sith nor Jedi, they were Je'daii, and even without the ability of physical sight they could see only one clear solution. Either the Empire and Republic needed to see they are both one in the same or they needed to be forced to see it.

Character: Kathris Tisha'a/ Ul'i
Race: Togruta
Homeworld: Unknown
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Profession: Sith lord
Era: Pre-darth Tenebrous, post-Old Republic
Physical description: 5'3" with Yellow-striped montrals and Lekku with gold jewelry adorning them. She is not very large in build; small and muscular. She has silver eyes as Kathris and deep gold as Ul'i. She wears Black and red colored, padded armor.

Background:
Kathris was found by her master, Darth Mephisto, otherwise known as Hendo Raben, CEO of Raben Oreworks; which mined and sold cortosis out of Sinsang on the Varaegi Trade Route in the Raioballo sector. When he found her, she was 13, and a "Personal" slave to a bounty hunter. Mephisto...Persuaded, the hunter to give her over. Kathris' family was brutally murdered in front of her, and the resulting enslavement only fractured her already broken psyche further. When Mephisto found her, she had already fractured into two seperate personalities, one taking up the name Ul'i, and then Kathris remaining herself. Kathris can see and talk to Ul'i, and there is a strong visual cue as to when she switches from consciousness to consciousness. For one, her eyes change from silver, to gold. The other is the slight voice change and demeanor. Kathris is very cool, collected, and exceedingly patient and tactical, while Ul'i embodies Kathris' Rage, chaos and unpredicatability. Kathris was given the title of Sith Lord by her master at the age of 19, and dubbed Darth Decepitur. She has since mastered forms 1, 3,4, 7 (Shii-cho, Soresu, Ataru, and Juyo, for those who aren't sure.) and also implementing Jar'Kai into her arsenal.
She uses two sabers, both slightly smaller blades, both a deep red.

This character is for a book me and my co-author are making entitled "Lords of Deceit" Let me know what you guys think! I'm very open to constructive criticism.

OK, my character has gone through some serious 'remodeling' since I last posted here.  So, the latest version....

Name: Karmack  (actually K'R'Mack of the Macktor Clan, M'Skigon Province, M'Tzigon System)
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Home world: M'Tzigon
Age: 40
Saber Crystal: Kyber, bright yellow.

Karmack is a Gray Jedi and has attained the rank of Maenowan.  He served the M'Tzigon system and surrounding area as a Sentinel, guarding against and intercepting evil influences.  His mentor is Master Chillum, an aged Sentinel who was originally part of the Jedi order but left when he fell in love.  Rather than fight the Order, he resigned and took up residence on M'Tzigon with his wife and eventually his family.  His daughter, Arnor, is also a Gray with the rank of Koawan and is married to Karmack.  Coincidentally, the pair were married on the day Order 66 was implemented by the Emperor.

Shortly afterward, some of the first Inquisitorius visited M'Tzigon, following rumors of a Jedi in the area.  Master Chillum, his apprentice M'Klonda, Koawan Karmack and his apprentice Hermon Layne, and the Gray Knights T'lumm, Jo-Lon and Arnor confronted the Inquisitorius, who were backed up by a company of clone troopers.  In the battle, Master Chillum was severely wounded and crippled, M'Klonda, Layne, Jo-Lan and T'lumm were killed and Karmack suffered an injury to his right hand and forearm that destroyed most of the nerves in his hand.  As a result, Karmack wears a cybernetic glove over his hand, which is tied to a surgically implanted interface in his mid-right forearm.  This allows him to use the hand as normal, with somewhat greater than average strength.  Master Chillum continues to serve as a Seer and battle-master and resides in a rebuilt complex in the territory of Clan Macktor in the M'Skigon province of M'Tzigon.

Karmack and Arnor left M'Tzigon shortly after his rehabilitation and promotion to Maenowan on the extended and on-going mission to hunt down any remaining Inquisitorius or other Jedi hunters they can engage as well as to assist any living Jedi and the growing Rebel Alliance.  Their last known whearabouts appears to be Naboo, where a mysterious explosion has set the construction of the new Death Star back severely, which may give the Rebels time to organize an attack on it before it becomes fully operational...

Excellent biography and back story, Karm^^  Like you, I find the concept of the Gray Jedi to be fascinating; not necessarily more powerful but rather more aligned with the duality of a person.  It's been years, but I might have to pick up writing my SW character again, and in no small part because of you (and TR  :)).

As I am building my own cosplay there comes an own character with it.

Name: Tzimho Matahri
Species: Human
Homeworld: Unknown
Age: 30

When order 66 got executed my mother (23 at the time) was on an undercover mission with her master in the outer rim. When they heard some bounty hunters talking about a giant jedi slaughter, they decided to abandon their mission and go their separate ways to avoid any suspicion. While being in hiding my mother met my dad and when she became 30, she got pregnant. She new I was force sensitive and because of this she knew she had to send me away. (11-12 BBY)

The Falleen family who found me and raised me, never knew where I came from, they only found a note saying:
"Too whomever finds this child,
Please take care of him for I am probably dead by now,
The only thing you need to know is that his name is Tzimho."

When I was 12 they told me this and after long nights of thinking, I decided that when I turn 16,
I'm gonna go out, and search for the place I came from.

When I made my way to Ando I had to find a way to get my own spaceship. While working on a scrap yard I sensed a strange presence.
It was some kind of metal pipe with a stone or crystal in it. Being a 20 year old curious guy, I snuck the crystal under my coat and took it home to study. (8 ABY)

After making enough money to get a small spaceship, I went to Tatooine and got an even stronger sense of a presence.
This lead me into a small cave where i found some sort of old hide out. It looked like it got abandoned a long time ago.
After making it my own home, it just felt right and I was sure no one was coming back here, I started working as a spaceship washer. (10 ABY)

After working for 5 years I decided it was time to focus on the crystal I still had. In all the years I heard a lot of rumors about something called the force and that some crazy guys back in the old days meditated hoping for peace and using some kind of crystal in an iron handle. (15 ABY, 27 years old)

This had me thinking and I tried to meditate while focusing on the crystal. At first only through anger I felt anything happen but after a few months I became more in sync with what appeared to be the force, and when I stayed calm I would get visions of children making their so called "lightsaber". The only simple thing left to do was trying to make my own, and I did. I started swinging it around in my own house and got a true feeling of being who I was supposed to be. (16 ABY)

While I kept on trying to train with my lightsaber and keep meditating after every work day, I decided to stay where I was and see what the future will bring. Even though I felt the force flow through me I knew it was best to keep it to myself, if there comes a time that I or someone else needs it, I will find out. (18 ABY, 30 years old)

Here's a brief history of my Sith Character/Persona. It's a little more in depth but I just wanted to share a bit.

Name: Lord Maelstrom
Homeworld: Unknown
Age: 52

Lord Maelstrom:
During the reign of the Galactic Empire the Emperor had a dark force acolyte or force user named Jam Yorrik. He was trained in the ways of the dark side to be used if Darth Vader couldn't bring young Skywalker over to the dark side, or in the extreme case of Lord Vader ever trying to dispatch him and take over as per the Rule of Two.
During the battle on Hoth Jam Yorrik was sent to the planet Sarka in the Mid Rim to see about rumors of a rebel supply station, if true he was to kill the garrison commander, set up imperial forces, and take control of the planet. Once there he finds it is partially true but the Rebel forces are heavy in their presence, he kills the Garrison Commander but finds himself confronted with the Rebels and Sarkans forces, he dispatched several of their commanders and guardsmen but has to flee due to the overwhelming odds, in his retreat he interrogates a Sarkan Governor who had alerted the Rebel Alliance, he pulled the information from him by using his dark force abilities, it left the Governor mentally unstable, he destroys the communications towers of the alliance and jumps into hyperspace in his ship The Scalphunter, a heavily modified Marauder-class corvette.
For this act Jam Yorrik is given the title of Lord Maelstrom by the Emperor who had sensed the dark side flowing freely through him.
During the battle of Endor he, Lord Maelstrom, was sent into unknown space roughly 4500 parsecs past Csilla, as the Imperial Forces had received an old distress beacon from the Imperal Prison Ship the Asylum, there had been an uprising or riot and some of the ship had been lost to the prisoners. Lord Maelstrom's orders were to board the ship, quell the disturbance, and bring the ship back, any resistance was to be dealt with harshly.
On this mission Lord Maelstrom had a detachment of Stormtroopers led by Commander Forge, unknown to Lord Maelstrom, Forge's orders were to help quell the uprising and eliminate Lord Maelstrom. The Emperor had began to think him becoming too powerful.
On the Asylum the uprising was quickly put down, Lord Maelstrom excuted the six leaders, gorce choked the Imperal Warden to death and appointed Forge as the new Warden until they returned. That's when Forge turned him, outnumbered he stunned, shackled, and frozen in carbonite and placed in a force sensitive holding cell.
Unfortunately on the return trip the Asylum was attacked and crashed on a planet called Trislla, about 3500 parsecs from IIum. Due to being frozen in carbonite Lord Maelstrom survived, he was released by a Togruta female, Odsi Shaa, who found his carbonite casket embedded in a swamp among the wreckage of several Tie Fighters, he now travels the galaxy hunting Sith, Odsi Shaa travels with him.

Fantastic bio!  I would enthusiastically encourage you to write a story concerning your character!  Like Karm said: SO much potential  :)

Name: Olcan Tu'ahull/Darth Bellator
Species: Human
Age: 23
Homeworld: Balmorra
Allegiance: Dark Side/Self
Lightsaber: Red saber staff with black hilt
Profession: Weapons Master
Family: Twin brother taken by Jedi to train

Brother was taken by Jedi because of his general strength and command of the force, Bellator could only control it under certain emotions. Having been left on Balmorra, a weapon and droid manufacturing stronghold, as he grew he built different weapons with whatever parts he could find or his father would bring home. By age 12 he was proficient with a blaster, and longed to build himself a lightsaber. Among his peers he was also known to be a fighter and a loner.

While attempting to build his first lightsaber, there was an explosion that ripped off part of his lower jaw. This incident drove him mad with anger and blame. Had the Jedi taken him and his brother he wouldn't be in this mess. But they didn't. He was left to live a miserable life on Balmorra. That is where his descent into darkness truly started.

(I have yet to determine what timeframe I am putting this character in)

That is an intriguing back-story!  Nicely crafted.  I will have to look up Balmorra, I am not familiar with the planet, but your set-up has some very interesting possibilities.  Not the least of which is for Darth Bellator to meet up with his Jedi twin...  :-)

I actually started on a story a few days ago, I'm good friends with the owner of my local comic shop and I kind of want to toy  with the idea of making a comic series
