Well done and very detailed.  I especially love the mouth guard reminds me of Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.  -1 for your great effort.

It is, in fact, a Sub Zero mask - I could not make one for myself, so I buyed one that fitted quite nicely the over all picture :)

I'm really proud of this outfit, as it secured me one more time one of the rare spots as a Sith in my recent LARP project :)

Good, good. But I would advise to add some make-up - and not just war paint, but also something that reflects "dark side degeneration" - pallor, blue shadows under eyes, black veins, yellow contact lenses and so on. Otherwise you look too cute to be a convincing Sith. Dooku could pull it off without any visible degeneration, because he was Christopher Lee. You aren't. You give the impression of Fem!Kylo.

1. My character is just an Acolyte or maybe a very young Sith.
2. My character is just at the beginning of the dark side descent, whatsoever, because #1, so it's of no use to make her looking like Palpatine.
3. Contrary to many very closed minded Star Wars fanboys, I believe that passion is not just anger, so why not flirt and turning heads around to get what I want and channeling the dark side? Because Jedis are to blind to see that love and lust is relevant, they lost Anakin to the dark side.
4. I love being Fem!Kylo, so what?

Conclusion: the character is perfect as she is for now. It may change after a few more games. Maybe she's falling for the light side, who knows? So NO, I won't change a freaking thing.

I know I wouldn't wanna mess with you :P My Sith outfit is just simple robes and stuff, no armor or anything fancy like that. Though been thinking about making gauntlets. Saw a tutorial on the Mandalorian Mercs on how to make them just out of wider pvc tubing so I might do something like that soon just to see how it'll turn out. Do some Sith colorings and maybe some designs on it and stuff

I like it Layana. Though I would add some makeup.....really play up the Fem!Kylo thing. You know, the "I want you to fall in love with me while I'm kicking your butt" look. :D

Thanks! Points to all of you :) I'm very curious how I will do with the costume in my next LARP, it's at the end of January 2017 - LARP costumes have to be more robust than cosplay costumes because you have to fight and to run in those as well ^^

I'm pretty sure that Ive expressed it before, but Ill say it again....I love your outfit and I especially love how you stay true to your own sith heritage.  Of course I'm not a sith, but I will respect you for being one and sticking to your ideas. ;D  I like the "unpainted/untainted" sith look.   

So much talent and beauty in your outfit, I'm jealous hahaha  ;D  Points for you.

Did you do the embroidery on your tabard yourself?

I didn't do it but a friend of mine who is very talented in creating cosplay stuff :) She made the runes with a silver pen and sprayed the logo; on the front she modelled the runes in 3D (with glue or something I guess), on the back they are flat / 2D (just silver pen)

Yeah Photobucket staged an cruel coup on us mid-summer, so most of us have jumped over to imgur for our forum-photo needs.

Nice. Yeah I was about to say you'd look best with a Blazing Red Manticore I think for a TOR kind of look, always got that hint from the Manticore sabers :P I should customize my Sith costume some more. Will definitely be bringing it to a few conventions next year for sure =]

I really love the use of Aurebesh (at least it looks like Aurebesh).  I want to be able to do something like that on my getup, except I can't figure out a way to make it work thematically.  Your gear is very Old Republic themed which works with Aurebesh script.

It's the Sith creed, and the font used is actually called "Sith Prophecy font"...

Actually, we both remained on our side, we both still live but we have a tad of "the other side" on us... so Alecta is much calmer and nicer now, and Padawan Jun is much more agitated and on the brink of losing control over his feelings sometimes :D

Yeah and it was much fun to play upon it :) An artifact containing both sides of power, which we analyzed, could have had an additional impact on that... next time we will play (somewhen next year) I think the taint will be much less.

I'll give you points, but I was actually meaning dark side artifacts. Amulets and what not. It's a little more on the hocus-pocus-y side of the dark side, but every little bit helps.

At the moment I'm thinking about what else I could change. I have to fix the shoulders because as you might see, they always are moving foward or backward and not staying in place.

Great outfit, it looks screen ready to me! It looks as if those belts hold the shoulder pauldrons in place right? Maybe you could attach some Velcro pads (or a button and loop rig) to the belts and the tunic to stop them slipping, therefore keeping the plates in place. This would still allow some movement as you lift your arms but the plates would stay centred on your shoulder.

Thanks, I studied Theatrical Performing Arts at college and learnt a trick or two about costume making. Some folk I know use these tricks to hold their tabards in place too so it works for Jedi as well.

It's from Etsy, a shop called CreationNest. He makes SWTOR masks and belts. This one was called "Mandalorian / Sith Cold Cast Belt SWTOR" and he painted it accordingly red and black for my Sith. Unfortunately he doesn't sell it at the moment anymore.
