About a month ago I had continued my class on the General Sun/NY Jedi version of Shii Cho with Rogue Alliance in New York City. I'm finally getting a chance to share with you all the video from that class. In which, you'll see a step by step demo of the 2nd and 3rd parts of Shii Cho, as well as me walking through the form with several of the students. The film is capped by a quick and dirty demo of a choreographed gauntlet fight using the first part of the form.
