I was fortunate enough to meet Tim Rose at a local Comic Con last year and I got to have a long chat with him and the prized autographs...and I do mean two signatures. He was kind enough to sign one side of the photo to For Tyeth AND sign the back to me in my earthern name! Here's a pic of my For Tyeth/Tim Rose autograph: (https://ftsabersite.files.wordpress.com/2018/06/dsc_0502-mkforum1.jpg) I also believe I am now part of official canon with this ^^ 8) And as there are signatures on both sides of the photo I have it in a double sided glass frame so I can quickly flip it to show the reverse! Standing in line to get an autograph, a store employee went down the line with post-it notes asking everyone in line what personal message they wanted signed with the autograph. I said "May the Force be with You." The employee hesitated, clear that there was something wrong with that, but he couldn't quite place it. He gave me the post-it note with the message. A few minutes later, word came back there would be no personal message, just an autograph. Aww.... The person I was in line to meet? Leonard Nimoy. Everyone in line was requesting pretty much the same message, "Live Long and Prosper", but I thought mine was more clever. |
