I received my Raven today, and i'm pretty happy with it, but it appears to have a charge port when I opted out. Is this always the case, you get the hole and pin but not the internals to support it, or does this seem to be an oversight? sorry if this isn't the sort of question normally asked here, I was going to go the CS chat route but either they're closed for the weekend or my browser just isn't loading it...

Occasionally there are sabers that have been built with a cosmetic non-working recharge port. If you haven't been charged for this feature and did not receive a specific charger... then you should assume that this is the case.
Contact customerservice@ultrasabers.com with your questions and include your order number. On the off chance that the look of the port is not what you want on your saber... then you can also discuss this. A photo with your email would also help. Give US up to a week to respond and likely will be within a few days next business week. :) |
