Title: A/V Problems- Please Help!

I just received my first US- It's AWESOME! I bought a Archon v3.1 with an illuminated A/V switch and Emerald driver. The switch worked great at first- turn the saber on and the A/V switch would say lite and flicker with Flash on Clash. Now, when you turn the saber on, it does not illuminate. Only when Flash on Clash is engaged will it light(flicker). This started after I connected my saber to the computer to play around with the Emerald driver. Is there a setting on the driver for the A/V switch? Did I change a setting by accident?
Please let me know how to get the A/V switch to light when the saber is "on".

Any advise is appreciated!

I am sorry to hear that this has happened. The AV switch is powered by channel 4 or the White/Amber LED, so it has to be at 100% to power the AV switch. If that doesn't fix it, I recommend contacting customer service at shipping@ultrasabers.com

^ This. Check the settings in the Emerald Driver, that should solve your problem.
