They started like this: (https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71T-YUhsI8L._SX425_.jpg) I started by sanding any raised text and seams, primed and painted (all rattle-can). I did all the weathering as well and sealed it with a matte clear coat. Very pleased with the results. My paint job wasn't nearly as nice as yours though. They were a quick-and-done lol. I need to touch them up actually, now that I'm thinking about it. Also, did you know that dollar store eyeshadow is good for weathering? I didn't use much here, but I've experimented with a Gunpla project over the summer.
