Kinda bummed I didn't win this time, especially since USPS has my December order sabers in limbo and were supposed to be here yesterday, so I was hoping for some good news while I continue my seemingly endless wait.

Any idea about when the next Raffle will be? Gonna order some sound sabers for my boys whenever that comes around.  If it's March/April that will give them time to save up some allowance and I'll try again for some sweet free saber action

Congrats everyone! So surprised i won anything let alone 2nd prize! Guess i need to order an extra wall mount.

Here's hoping they can ship fast for people. I placed my entry order on Jan 2nd. So hope they had got to building it and it's just waiting to ship when they include the prize. Seen over a half dozen people who have ordered within the last two week for custom builds getting theirs already. So they must be a little caught up.

Not gonna lie pretty upset as I'm looking at my order at I have my saber forum name on it but WinterRaffle never appeared on my transaction and still waiting to hear back to possibly edit my order.  So possibly wasn't even entered to begin with even though I entered the code. Looks like I'm gonna hold off from purchasing for a long time. Happy for all the winners but definitely bummed out hardcore.

Totally amazing, super excited about getting a 2 channel emerald driver! But seriously, what is a 2 channel emerald driver? Does it mean I can only change it to a certain group of colors? Any help would be appreciated.

The advice you got is correct. I did that on a raffle I won before. Sent the email and they had me pay whatever it was at that time to add sound. I don’t remember exactly but it wasn’t hard to do. Congrats on the win man.

You’ll like it man. I have a two channel emerald I won from my first or second raffle a few years ago. What it is is a saber with two led colors. A regular saber has one color or maybe a couple to make a blended color like sunriders destiny. So what you’ll get is say one that has red and blue. You can use the software to adjust the colors and make anything from red to blue and in between. Mine for example has green and yellow at the two ends of the color spectrum and can make orange when blended. I had it set for a while on a sickly lime green color that pulsed. It was cool. Now it’s more yellow. Congrats on the win. That’s an awesome prize.

Congratulations on the raffle win friend! I'm right there with you trying to find more information on the 2 Channel saber. The forum posts I looked up were from a couple years ago, but it seems like a 4 Channel Emerald Saber would let you mix any color combination of Red, Blue, Green, and White, whereas a 2 Channel will be limited to color combinations made from either (Red + Blue), (Red + Green), or (Blue + Green)

And if I'm not mistaken it still allows the Pulse effect, and flash on clash option.


My entry for the raffle was a Menace CE, I would literally break down crying if my random first prize saber happened to be the other half of the staff ;D

That staff would be killer! I'm actually thinking about upgrading my emerald to a diamond. It's not that much and I'd be able to do ANYTHING with it.

You’re correct. The 4 channel has rgb and either white or amber for the fourth. Two channel is any combo of red, blue, green and white or amber. Just two of them. But it’s a full emerald driver saber. Does pulse, flash on clash etc. you change all that with the software and your computer to customize it however you like.

I'd at least upgrade to the 4 channel

I've entered 3 separate raffles now and won a second prize, first prize, and again a first prize! Super pumped to win three in a row and can't wait to see what I have, hoping the hilt will be a mantis, emperors hand, renegade, or graflex/chosen one variant. Honestly I'd be happy with anything though!

Yeah this my third raffle win as well. I’ve won a stunt saber that I had them add sound to and I got first place once that gave me a frankensaber with emerald and two channel and then this latest one. This was the best I’ve won though. Can’t believe I got the emerald prize. Now I need to figure out what saber I want.

Second Place Noice. A completely mystery saber with sound, now to look and see what I may get. I still have a few higher end sabers on my wish list. I went 3-4 raffles without winning and now it looks like my luck has turned around. 4th place last time I entered.

Happy belated birthday! Mine is on Monday and as long as the USPS doesn't keep stringing me along (estimated delivery was yesterday, but nothing so far) hopefully I'll get me sabers by then.

I'm definitely jealous of those of you that have won multiple times. This was my first Raffle and I didn't win, but I've got a pair of Sound sabers in my Wishlist as an entry order for the next Raffle.

Originally I was using the raffle as an excuse to purchase another saber but I can’t believe I won! I can’t wait to see what I get! Thank you Ultrasabers and congrats to all the other winners. I’m anxious to see everyone’s pictures.

Got my email from ultrasabers letting me know I won and to let them know what my choice was for my prize. I debated between an azure fallen, butcher le, dominicide and spectre. Came down to the last two but ultimately chose to go with the spectre. So I’ll have a new spectre in bva 4channel emerald coming along with my youngest boys first saber, an initiate le v4 gb and a friends first saber (bday present) coming in the next few weeks. I’m stoked and still floored that I won an emerald saber. Thanks ultrasabers.

Does anyone know the best person to contact in regard to paying requisition charges to add upgrades to the prizes?

I replied back to the email confirmation saying I won, but I’ve never had any experience with this before! Usually I message Marlena all my customer service questions, but I feel like she’s the busiest out of all of them because I hear her name being mentioned most. I emailed a question to her last week about my raffle order and she hasn’t had a chance to reply yet. I know she will, but iI don’t want to keep adding to her work load :D

I’d just give it time. They’ve got to be busy with all the orders. I replied back to my email about winning and had a few questions as well but haven’t heard back. They’ll get to them all though. Just give it time. I won 3rd place a few years ago in a raffle and emailed them about adding sound. Emory got back to me after a couple of days saying that wasn’t an issue and just had me pay for the sound alone and they got it added to my prize saber. I’d say if a week goes by and you don’t hear back then maybe give them another try. Best thing to do though is to be patient and give them a chance to wade through what’s got to be a crap ton of emails lol. Congrats on winning man. It’s a good feeling isn’t it.

The two-channel emerald driver is an Emerald driver but with only two colors.   So instead of Red, Green, Blue and White (or amber) you might get Red / Blue or Green / Blue or Green / Red.  So you would have more limited combinations, but still a lot of fun to play with.  :-)

Honestly it’s worth emailing them for the upgrade to at least add sound. If you think about it that’s the best deal on a saber with sound when you essentially eliminated the cost of the hilt by winning it. I did that before with a raffle win and highly recommended it. Also, I can’t wait to see this thread flooded with pics of what we all won. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of frankensabers come out this time too. One of my raffle prizes was a mash up saber and it’s one of my favorite. Wound up with a consular hilt with a clawed emitter on it.

That franken saber sounds sick! Any chance of sharing a pic of that? Also another question regarding the saber that you won at the raffle where you added sound on: what saber was that?

I probably have a pic buried in the forums somewhere. I’ll see if I can find it. It’s was also a 2 channel emerald saber, amber and green, so I can make orange, green and yellow of various shades. It’s pretty sweet. I made it look like a pulsing sickly lime color for a while. The one I added sound to was a dark liberator in consular green.

Ok found it. If you do a search for my username it’s like the second or third post you’ll find. It’s under the announcement tab, spring of 2014 raffle winners post. You can see some pics of it on pages 8-10. Plus most of my other sabers. When I got this one they hadn’t yet introduced the mantis so when I posted pics no one knew what it was. We all knew it was from an upcoming hilt. They released the mantis shortly after though. Go take a look though. Tell me what you think.

Yeah Ana really crushed out some emails today. Everyone should send some virtual good feels/hugs to Ana! This is nice to see. She gave me the options to upgrade my stuff too and i went with it. +25 for a Illuminated Switch on my original order and added Illuminated switch and Diamond to my 2nd place prize for $200 more.

That’s super cool!!! And unique. I’m so curious what the random hilt is going to be on my third place prize. I’m definitely going to add v4 soundboard, AV switch and FOC to upgrade it. Can’t wait. It’s basically a mystery box with guaranteed which have all these nice upgrades!

She's an absolute rockstar! We shot about 5-6 messages back and forth to confirm all of the upgrade requests. She replied back within minutes of each one. Seriously impressive considering how many of these she's probably sent out! She even fixed my bonehead error when I completed the requisition charge transaction.

Side note: Don't use Apple Pay or Amazon Pay when ordering. It won't let you type any information in to the comments field of the order lol. US would have just seen a requisition transaction completed with absolutely no clue what was purchased had she not fixed it for me! Ana also took care of a request I sent over to Marlena earlier in the week regarding purchasing extra knurled screws, and questions I had about an extra pommel I ordered.

One thing I would add for what it's worth: My first place raffle prize is a Random Hilt 2-Channel Emerald Saber with Sound, however her email stated that it was a $25 optional charge to guarantee V4 sound. I paid it without questioning and without hesitation because frankly even if the extra $15 was a mistake, I'm still walking away with a $450+ saber for the mere cost of an AV Switch, Recharge Port with battery, and Sound upgrade  ;D
Did any other Emerald prize winners get quoted the same cost?

Can’t say yet. I replied to her original email with what I’d like for my emerald saber and asked a few questions but haven’t got a response just yet so I’m sure. There really isn’t anything for me to upgrade on mine. Other than diamond controller which is more than I’d ever use I pretty much got the top of the line model. To me diamond is more for folks who cosplay or use their sabers for more than just fun and playing with the kids lol. When she gets back to me I’ll let ya know though. But those prices she gave you seem right.

Thanks. I was stoked when it showed up. Like it was way more than I was expecting. These guys rock. They make a fantastic product and have excellent customer service. Plus how many companies out there do multiple raffles like this per year with this many high dollar prizes? Not too many. On top of that even the mystery prizes are typically decent and high value. They don’t cheap out and give out a bunch of their cheapest product.

Well at least she got back to you I replied to her email on Saturday to look at adding upgrades to the Diamond saber I won and haven't heard back yet.

I can't say for certain what order they address the emails, but they are 100% reaching out to all the winners, so I wouldn't be surprised if they get back to you by tomorrow, or perhaps even later today depending on what time their employees work until.

To all those waiting on responses: I know it's tough to be patient when you just won a sweet saber but they'll get back to you. The winter raffle is huge so it'll take a bit of time to address all the mods.  Worth it in the end and you won't even remember the wait!

So the random saber could be ANY saber currently in stock? Has anyone else one this prize in other raffles? What did you get? Is there a chance that my prize could be the Renegade LE or a Scorpion?

I looked up some older raffle prize winners’ videos on YouTube, and the prizes all seemed really impressive for the higher tier raffle winners. I saw a second place winner with an Azure butcher, first place winner with an Archon, someone won a Consular, another Electrum wind..etc. A lot seemed like they were sabers from the upper tier, so it’s definitely within the realm of possibility that you’ll get one that’s on your wishlist.

Through the power of positive thinking, I’m hoping that Ultrasabers sees the Menace CE I ordered for the contest entry, and decides to bless me with an additional Menace Ce for my first place prize to complete the staff  :D ;D

I know they are FLOODED with Emails and orders, it can get overwhelming quickly so please be patient. I want my sabers here like yesterday but I know when they arrive it will be worth the wait. I would prefer that I have to wait a little and know I will get a top notch product instead of getting a poorly made saber. Also think of the standard wait times of the Other guys and you are still coming out getting yours way sooner.

 As far as I know as a fellow random saber winner that First and Second prize sabers are in the higher end style. Better then the standard Grab Bag or Mystery Box, So yes a Scorpion could be in the lot, Renegade I am not sure of since that is an TOP end saber.

Also, curious if 3rd place winners have a chance in getting a more luxurious hilt. Some research suggest that all 3rd prizes I could find were the lower tier hilts.

I'm just SO FREAKING EXCITED!! That's fantastic news. If I lucked out and got any of the sabers on my wishlist, I'd be happy. This is like mystery box in steroids. (not politically correct)

So first is generally top tier, second is top and mid tier, third is mid (if you're lucky) and low tier, and fourth is generally just low tier hilts from what I know.

Also during my last reply I got an email back from ana with the list of upgrades and stuff that I could add, so she seems to be going through and doing some massive amounts of email replying today as well, huge shout-out to everyone at ultrasabers for cranking all this out!

Really? Thanks i was not given this info so thats cool. Though i probably wont change anything and rely on luck. Made a custom and 2 mystery saber purchases that will hopefully be what i want and the grab bag if it isnt good ill let my lil brother own haha.

Thanks for the answer regarding the tiers. I just got an email back from Ana and Eli (regarding an adjustment on my raffle entry saber). They are really super helpful and communicative! Thumbs up! I just upgraded the raffle prize with v4, AV switch and flash on clash! Left the colors random to have it be a surprise.

Note:  the $10 upgrade for V4 sound is to upgrade it from V3.  So its $110 to go from stunt (no sound) to V4.  :-)

Which is why i'm not going to add upgrades to my 2nd tier prize. I want UltraSabers to surprise me.

The only changes I made to my 4th prize was requesting a mid grade blade and to have blazing red since I’ve got a guardian blue and arctic blue already. Can’t wait to see which hilt I’ll get!

A quick update regarding the raffle prize. I have been in contact with Ana at ultrasabers and I have been able to upgrade my prize and have a slight adjustment on my raffle entry (Lost Grey with diamond). The email exchanges have been smooth (as of last week). So, the team are responding much quicker.

I got a response to the email I sent after responding to the winner email. She responded with the upgrade prices that I posted earlier. I asked another question after that and never heard back. Maybe she just clicks random emails and responds? I don’t know 😂

I think it's mainly she is focusing on the people/emails about upgrades. I got a few back and forth with her when i was asking about upgrades. But once i decided to not upgrade and asked another question i have yet to hear back on it. So her main focus is most likely Upgrades and making US more money. Otherwise it's not important really for a quick response.

I’m not worried. These guys have yet to even come close to letting me down. Just surprised some folks have been able to have some back and forth and some of us have yet to hear back. I’m sure they’re slammed. Now if a few weeks go by without an answer... then I’d be concerned.

Yeah I mean I won’t be able to upgrade till next paycheck anyways and I told her that so that’s probably why there isn’t a response. I bet if I told her I could do it now I’d get one. Not that I’m concerned. Plenty of time before the raffle prizes get shipped anyways

Think about email as a physical stack of paper that constantly has new sheets being added too it. The end goal to get all the sheets, one at a time and pick them up and out them in a file. As you walk by the stack during the day you might grab a couple off the top and file them. When you finally have time to sit down you'd start working on the bottom of the pile.

During the course of this they are going to get out of order some of the ones near the top may get a couple replies before you sit down to pound out the bulk work on the bottom.

Hey forum, just heard from Jake at Ultrasabers. ( not Jake from State Farm)  My 1st order for the raffle, Crimson Fallen, will be complete and shipped in 1-2 days. Super excited. Of course I asked if they could send all three sabers at the same time. Has anyone else received this notice and gotten all their prizes?  Or is it just the one saber now and the others come later?

Processing time is 3-4 weeks for the raffle prizes from the day of the drawing I believe (02/01). So those ones probably won’t be here until closer to the first week of March-ish. Maybe longer if you upgrade the prize at all. Just curious, what day did you order your Crimson Fallen?

I ordered the Crimson Fallen on January 10th.  The second saber was ordered on January 27th. Haven't heard about that one yet.  I don't know which one won me the prize.

Apparently I still have much to learn with the force. I sensed a disturbance this morning thinking my lightsaber would finish processing today but I ordered mine on the 18th. And if you’re still isn’t shipped I doubt mine will be today.

I just received my 2nd email from Ultrasabers. Ana says the raffle prizes haven't been worked on yet. They are thinking the prizes won't ship until end of February beginning of March ( 3-4 weeks after raffle end date). As for any other sabers...they are coming. They haven't forgotten or missed anyone. There are just SO MANY ORDERS to fill. Just a little while longer, and you will have your sabers.

I’m hoping to get a more specific ETA for my saber soon. I’m hoping that all of the late December-middle January sabers get out to people soon. I ordered mine on the 9th. We’ll know in the coming weeks, and godspeed to the raffle winners for their sabers to be shipped!

That’s awesome man congrats! What was the original order date for that saber? I checked my emails and nothing yet, but my raffle wasn’t placed until January 29th, so I’ve been fully anticipating 4 weeks from that date. And will be pleasantly surprised if it shows up sooner!

Malik ordered on January 10th. I ordered on January 18th. It almost seems that all orders placed during the raffle are taking about 5 weeks (maybe a few days less) to be shipped out unfortunately. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same with your order especially with them being congested with raffle prizes as well.

Yeah I placed 2 orders on Jan 14th...curious if they ship the sabers ordered during the raffle, with the Raffle Giveaways

Yeah that’s been my experience. I’ve won a couple of times before and they hold your original order and ship it with the raffle prize all at once. Someone else posted yesterday or the day before I think saying they found out the raffle prizes hadn’t been started yet and that the estimate is for an early to mid March delivery them. So if you entered and won a raffle prize it’s a fair bet that you’ll get everything in a few more weeks or so.

If that’s the case they should’ve said something. I would’ve held off on ordering until January 31st or something. They should tell people that if they’re gonna do it that way instead of saying it’ll ship in 3-4 weeks.

Not necessarily. If they ship them separately it should ship out soon because it’ll be 4 weeks on Saturday. If they ship them together the only reason I’d wait till the 31st would be so I don’t have the burning anticipation of waiting for my order to finish processing for the extra 2 weeks lol

I don’t know I feel like making a customer wait an extra 4 weeks on top of their 4 week processing time just so they can save on postage with shipping everything together isn’t the way to go about it. Or at least be upfront about it at the very least.

I think it’s not necessarily about saving the shipping. I think it’s more so that they can put the winning sabers onto the same ticket as the original order so they whole order gets built all at once. That cuts down on having to store orders while waiting to finish a raffle and reduces the chance that an order could get misplaced or lost while waiting for the raffle prize to be built. That way you also don’t have one person working multiple orders at the same time. They can build one ticket, pack it all up, send it along and then move to the next ticket.

They did "say something." It was on raffle page with all the different codes.

Yeah I’ve been waiting to hear back because if they don’t have the windowed emitter I’d probably end up going for something else. I would’ve gone for a dominicide but I want the gold one and it’s out of stock. My next choices are an azure fallen, dorinian, and crimson butcher.

You can enter with any purchase as long as it meets the dollar requirement. I mean in theory you could order $250 worth of blades and plugs and it would still count.

Anybody get their raffle prize delivered?

Doubt it. I don’t think any of the raffle prizes have even been put together yet. Except for maybe the lower end winners. The grab bags might have been ready to go already.

Anyone else think they should have waited to do the Winter Raffle? Like it and the current Giveaway should have been swapped. That would have given them all of January to catch up from the holidays and Star Wars events before adding more to the pile.

It's very difficult to be addicted to this hobby when the lead times are giving me withdraw. Thank the Force for TCSS. Getting parts and blades from them to use in my stunt sabers while I wait for my Sound saber order is giving me my fix for now.
But there's so many more sabers I want to order, preferably with the next Raffle, but knowing the wait will be over a month makes it feel like money isn't the only thing keeping me away from the sweet, sweet saber goodness

Yeah man. Sucks but I really wanna see my order not just my prize

I won a raffle prize and my 4 week mark for my original order was last Friday and I just got an email today apologizing, saying they would ship my order out in 1-2 days, and they gave me a 20% off coupon. I know a few others received messages like this, did they actually get shipping notices in 1-2 days?

Actually, I placed my order on the 10th, got my email/20% off and was told 1-2days. (should have got it on the 14th) still waiting.

I made my Initial orders on The 14th. I don’t expect anything until the raffle prizes are complete

Just heard back from Ana after I upgraded my 4th prize and got it paid for and everything. Emailed her the order number for the upgrade and she tied that to my raffle entry order. She said they should both ship together by the end of month

If you reply to the email they sent telling you won, you can ask them what options you can upgrade to and how much it would add to it.

I did that before and upgraded to Diamond from a Grand prize for $242  (which is called "requisition charge" 242 x $1 each)

Just saying but this was a weird mix of things and events that caused this back log. I doubt the wait will be this long for the spring raffle. Assuming they’ve caught up by then that is. All the other raffles I entered the prizes all seemed to ship out a week or two after the raffle ended.

They didn't work on any of the Raffle orders in January. Assuming a majority of the January orders involved the raffle it allowed them to back burner any incoming orders and focus on the December orders and dig out of the hole.

They typically go for seasonal raffles when they do; however, UltraSabers get generous and give them back to back to surprise us and give back

I don’t know about you but I’ve been thinking about it every day since I ordered a month and a half ago. However, literally as I was typing this post, an email confirmation for shipping popped up on my phone. I got a diamond saber and a forth prize saber upgraded to FOC and v4 sound on the wayyyy 😬

So Ganner, spill! What's coming?? Which saber are you getting (diamond) and is the 2nd saber a random saber or do you get to pick?  I'm waiting for my notices. Man I'm excited for you.

Well I lied because the email I got was a delivery confirmation that was asking if I got my original order..?? It gave me a review link if I did receive it and it said if I haven’t received with in 24-48 hours, contact UltraSabers. I don’t know if it was just a glitch in the system or something but it still says processing on my account. I’m sad now.

To answer your question though I got diamond Dark Apprentice v5 with a bunch of mods like an illuminated AV and covertec and stuff. The fourth prize saber is just grab bag but I paid to upgrade to FOC with v4 sound and Sunrider’s Destiny for the color. I was gonna leave it to chance but that color is just so cool I had to

Robyn, I ordered a Crimson Fallen with PO blade, AS FOC, Orange illuminated silver av switch and premium v4 sound.  I also ordered the black Empress with silver engravings and I won an emerald saber (1st prize).

That’s awesome. I didn’t order anything for myself this time but the raffle prize is going to be mine so I’m excited for that. One more day and my sabers are here..super excited forum.  Of course, in the middle of my madness, my girls just had to ask the question....what will I do if I get a saber I already have?  Why?  Why would you do that?  They know I don't really want any doubles.  I have no real plans for a staff at the moment. Question #2 what if I get a saber I don't care for or really wish to own?  These kids are to much like their mom. 😦😦😦

I ordered on the 6th Jan and have not heard anything yet. But I ordered two diamond sabers, one of which is a Flamberge. So maybe it’s more challenging to install? Or a smaller amount of staff can process them?

Also they may have ran out or are waiting on parts to complete specific orders.

I think it's highly likely that Robyn has hit the nail on the head. Building sabers to exact specs takes time. And they are probably just getting parts. I've noticed that several sabers on the website are now back in stock. I forsee many sabers being shipped in the very near future.

Yeah I gotta go with Robyn on this. I haven’t had any communication at all other than finding out the results of the raffle and I suspect it’s partly because what I asked for is out of stock at the moment. Or at least part of it is. So I’m betting they’re getting orders out based on both date of purchase and availability of supplies. So we should expect to see some orders fulfilled before older ones if the parts for those orders are on hand where the others are not.

All I know is that I won one of the Diamond prizes and I have to wait for Emory to contact me and the other top tier winners about what Saber we want and upgrades on it.

You should’ve had an email already on that one. I won the emerald prize and got a request for what I wanted the day the raffle ended. I replied back to that email with what I wanted using screen captures from the build list after building it on the site and I asked for a couple of things that weren’t listed as options because they were out of stock and I asked a couple of questions in that email but haven’t had a reply yet. But I would think that initial email should’ve been sent to you already.

I got the original email congratulated me for winning the Diamond prize and I emailed Ana 3 times at US to choose my prize and she finally got back to me and informed me that Emory will be contacting the top tier winners to choose their saber and pricing for upgrades.

Oh. That’s interesting. I wonder if that’s just the two of you who got the diamond controller or if that also includes the two of us with emerald as well.

Don’t get discouraged by this man. It really was just a perfect storm that dropped them this far behind. I’ve placed a number of orders in the past and never had an issue. Same for A LOT of folks. This is definitely not the norm. Plus once you get the first one you’ll be hooked lol. It’s addictive. I bought my first thinking that I’d just have the one... I have five of my own, two for my kids, plus two more on the way and still want more. I think once they get caught up there shouldn’t be these crazy lead times anymore for a while. At least till another movie comes out lol.

Here they are! My entry saber and my 1st place prize.  May I  present: Crimson Fallen and the Initiate v5 with emerald driver.  Of course I will do videos. Super happy to have them! Only one issue.  The blade color on the Fallen is FO and it should be PO.

Thanks Therion. I absolutely love my Fallen. Super happy to have won a prize in the raffle. But I honestly don't know how I feel about the Initiate v5. The PO color is nice and the Obsidian sound is awesome. Of course I can change colors any time I want. I just don't know if this is the saber for me. Anyway, can't wait to see what everyone else gets.

That Fallen is a thing of beauty. Shame about the incorrect Orange being sent, but I still REALLY like the Crimson hilt/Orange blade combo. The PO is more expensive if I’m not mistaken so hopefully they are able to correct that or compensate you for the price difference. My order should include a free initiate saber so I’m keeping my fingers crossed I get the same Dark Initiate v5 as you did. It’s my favorite by far. I wouldn’t mind the LE version of it either  :)

I was hoping you’d get a more expensive/higher end hilt for your first place raffle prize though. I’m not sure what to expect now when mine comes in.

N9neRhymes, my Fallen has quick disconnects so it should be an easy fix. I'll wait a bit before I ask them to swap LEDs. As for the Initiate v5, the emerald driver makes it cooler, but as I said, I don't know that I'm really feeling it. Might consider letting it go. Try and get something more me. But how cool is it that Ultrasabers is giving out prizes this expensive, this nice, in a raffle. I know people are upset about the wait. But they (Ultrasabers) aren't skimping on these prizes. You've got to be a fan of a company willing to go there.

Ah I’m glad to hear that will be a relatively simple fix for you. You’re still expecting your Empress order right? You could probably just ask them to include an additional quick disconnect in that one! But you’re 100% right about Ultrasabers showing immense love back to the people that have supported them. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of/seen any other custom saber company willing to do that. Mad respect to Emory and the entire Ultrasabers team for going out of their way and setting up all these raffles and free prizes. You guys (and gals) are all rockstars!

I see what you mean about the Iv5. No doubt it's a options loaded saber but it's a bit...plain. I bet some black stainless steel pain and a nice gray leather wrap from defconbird would spruce it up, though!

Goodmorning everyone! I had waaay too much fun opening and playing with my new sabers last night and forgot to upload pictures! Below are my 4th raffle prize which ended up being a Dominix v2, and my customized raffle entry, my Archon v3!!! I got an Initiate V5 as well, but in FO. Just looks red now.

At least with the QD it's an easy fix. I'm sure they'll get it to you in time.

They forgot a covertec on one of my hilts. I'm curious how they will handle that.

I'm not worried about the color. I'm sure they will probably swap LEDs with me. Or, if I keep it (really want the PO), might get store credit towards next purchase. As for the grip, it is really unique. I think it's going to take a little getting used to. That said, I like it. Of course I have already made a slight modification to my Fallen. Pictures coming today. As for the Initiate v5, (sweet saber), I  can honestly think of a couple sabers I'd rather have. I've got the Empress coming at the end of the month. That's my shorter black hilt option. I'm thinking (seriously) about letting it go. I'd love a Scorpion or my Renegade LE in it's place. Arensdale, great sabers buddy. I have the Archon v3.1. Love it!

I’m seeing a few lower end hilts as first and second place prizes. It makes sense to help with the backlog but I am keeping the faith I’ll get a mid grade hilt. I can’t complain about a free saber but here’s wishing.

Super exciting. I had my third prize upgraded with v4 soundboard, FoC and AV switch. Left the colors to the force to decide. Like some were saying, it seems the 1st and 2nd prizes are the lower end models so my expectations on the third prize is tuned down. At least I know I’ll get one with sound and FoC. Can’t wait. Just got this email from US with delivery in the subject bar... when I read it, it was an automated email asking if I have received my order (a bit odd...) if not I should email them within 24/48 hours.

That email is just an automated thing from Shopper Approved; a company that US hires to get feedback & reviews on their product. Unfortunately, it doesn't mean anything. During a "normal" processing time, they show up abt 2 weeks after you place your order. While they've backed the time out, they're still coming too soon. Just delete it or go into your settings on your account and opt out of em if you like.

LOVED the videos, Malik! I also really like your idea of painting the bottom part red. To me, it needs some color balance down there.  Folks' thoughts on the grenade grip is very interesting to me. Being a female, my hands are abt medium size and initially the grip was a tad big and a little rough on my skin. After using my Fallen for abt a week though, I adjusted and can't imagine this saber w/o that specific grip. The emitter of course is beautiful but the pommel draws my eye a lot.  It's almost a weapon in itself!

Thanks everyone. I really like the extension. It gives the Fallen a whole new feel. Completely balanced. And I can get more power OR finesse on swings. Absolutely loving it. Definitely in my top 5. Still not sure about the Dark Dark Initiate. It really is a great saber. Just not me...as of yet. Might consider a trade or sale to get my wishlist sabers. Just saying.

I think I can say I got the extension from custom sabers. Not trying to break any rules. If you want to know more about it, pm me.

Ahh, and Malik? The raffle prize might just need to be weathered a bit. Then you'd have a perfect shoto type for duel wielding!

It is my first emerald saber.  I only have one diamond saber as well. I usually keep my sabers in the original setup I've ordered them in. Of course, I have been known to add quick disconnects to some, to give me the option to change things up later if I want.

There's just something about seeing a Dominix V5 in a variety of blade colors. Congrats, Malik!

Then how about a nice gray leather wrap from defconbird? That might spruce it up some.

Actually, I like the design of the saber. It's the length that is got me only 80-85% in love with the saber. I think I'd be sold if it was the longer version. I find that I tend to prefer the larger size hilts.  That's one of the reasons why I need to get my Scorpion back. LOVED that hilt. I do really like the emerald driver.

Um, so why not just order another one of those TCSS extensions like on your Fallen?  Seems like you already have the solution to the hilt being too short.
I personally think that would look pretty cool with a silver extension between the hilt end and the pommel. If you want it solid black, you could easily use E-tape as a wrap

Came to a sad actualization today...

I leave Saturday at 3:00am to drive from Wisconsin to Florida for a week long Bahamas cruise. And since my sabers haven’t even finished processing, there’s no way they’ll arrive before my vacation. Don’t get me wrong, having them be there when I return will be really nice, but when I ordered I had no idea I wouldn’t get them before my trip when ordering 8 weeks in advance. Kind of disappointing. Oh well

The extension idea is cool. I've thought about it. But I'm just not feeling this saber. I'm just about sure I will be looking to hopefully trade...or sell it. I got my heart set on a couple other sabers that I MUST HAVE in my collection. Somebody's gonna get an AWESOME, INCREDIBLE deal.

HI EVERYONE. I was a first place prize winner in the Winter Raffle. I purchased the saber in December 2019. It arrived around 8 weeks ago however the prize raffle winnings have not been sent to me yet. I have not been given any tracking code or any communication at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm looking forward to hearing about it and hope to hear very soon. It is the first time i have won anything and very excited about it. I'm trying to be patient.

New on the left old on the right, both in red. Granted, it's not the exact same as my old Bellicose is from 2013 with RGB, guarded switches, and short vs long grooves. Still, far worse hilts to get a dupe on! The Bellicose hilt is easily among my favorites and that hilt with the switch style alongside a Tri-CREE Blazing Red is just drop dead gorgeous. One of the upper but not quite top end hilts too! Still kinda amusing how my luck ended up working out haha. Guess it makes dual wielding extra legit.

Well here I am another week later, two months since I ordered and both my raffle entry and my prize are still processing. Pretty disappointed

Well glad I'm not the only one who is waiting to here something on their order and raffle prize  not only have I heard nothing I haven't been able to choose my winning raffle prize yet, so at this stage I probably won't see my sabers for at least 2 or 3 more months.

I know everyone keeps saying that it was a perfect storm with all the new Star Wars stuff coming out and the virus stuff going on. However, the fact that they keep running more raffles and sales and stuff and not just focusing on pushing out the order that are from the beginning-mid January is what I’m disappointed about. I also ordered a $500 saber so I expected a little more focus than the ones they just package and ship right away.

Someone else had mentioned before that all these giveaways etc are pre planned and set up to automatically pop up on the site. I think they should go in and change that and postpone some of them for sure but maybe there’s a reason that they can’t. Like a contract with whoever programs their site or something. I’ve been waiting just as long. I placed my order back on Jan 2nd. I sent an email with a question that same day. No response. I also emailed them a couple of times asking about something else. It took almost two months but I did get a response to one of those emails. I have had no reply about my choice in prize though and given that I’m waiting for a saber for my kid, a friend who’s birthday was the first week of February and my raffle prize I’ve reached out to see what the status is and when they expect an out of stock part to be back. If part of why my order is taking so long is due to my choice then I’ll make a change to get it sent out sooner. I’m just hoping I get a response a little quicker than before lol. I didn’t spend as much as you did. But I still spent a decent amount but here’s the thing. I’m not mad. I’m not upset. If they ship out this week great. If it takes another month or so, oh well. I’ll still be excited and happy when they arrive. If I can make a change from a windowed part to a non windowed part and get them sooner I will. Is that what I want? No, but my almost two year old doesn’t understand why he hasn’t got his yet and my friend is super patient but I feel bad that it’s taking this long to give her her present. Has this been a less than ideal shopping experience? Sure but it’s not the standard for ultra sabers and it won’t keep me from buying from them again. I’ll just know what to expect when things are crazy busy or this “perfect storm” happens again. I get that people are dissatisfied in their experience and if it’s their first time ordering I can see how this would scare them away but for those of us that have ordered here before we know this isn’t normal and know they’ll do what they can to make everyone happy. There’s no point in getting upset over it though. It’s just time. It won’t kill you to wait longer than you expected.

I’m mostly disappointed because I’ve been on a cruise out of the US for that past week and I hyped myself up thinking that my sabers would be there by the time I got home. I had no service the whole trip so I wasn’t able to constantly check my email and order status. This is my first time ordering so I don’t have a saber to mess around with while I wait. I don’t have friends with any either so this will truly be my first lightsaber experience aside from the plastic extendable ones we all had as kids. I’m also technically supposed to quarantine for two weeks since I left the country so I was hoping to have my saber for that time.

I will still order from them and I’m not necessarily mad about any of this. I understand that parts are hard to get if they’re from China and this is a smaller company so they don’t have an easy alternative. I’m more just sad I don’t have a saber to practice all of the spinning techniques I’ve been watching. I’m pretty much just making it worse for myself by getting hyped seeing all of the sabers people are getting and stuff. It’ll come eventually

That sounds like a good time lol. This virus is insane in how it’s making people react. I hope you’re able to get your sabers soon man. They are a ton of fun. I know this has all sucked but this really is not usual for them. It’s just kinda been nuts and exploded. Hopefully once all the craziness calms down and they get back to normal you’ll be able to have a better experience.

Well I bought one. Then my kid wanted one. Then my other kid wanted one. I won a couple raffles, ordered one for a friend as a gift, just ordered one for my youngest, another friends gift, won the raffle, plan on getting more too. It just comes down to which hobby do I want to spend on at the time. Can’t do them all at the same time. I bought one from one of the other guys as a kick starter because it seemed like a good deal. Like that one too but ultra is what I mostly have. I’ve had mine for six years with zero issues or problems. I think they’re good and obviously a lot of others do as well. I’d like to learn how to do the electronics and build my own but again... money. Lol.

Pleasant surprise today when a package from Ultra Sabers showed up at my door. I hadn’t even been checking for a shipping email given their current backlog. Needless to say it was a very welcome surprise! My raffle entry was the Graflex CE. It is even more elegant than I had anticipated. The nickel plating is one thing I wish they offered on every hilt because it takes the hilt to the next level in my opinion. Guardian blue blade of course with a blue illuminated AV switch for a little added flare. My second place raffle prize is a Dominix LE V 3. Consular green blade, black guarded switch, Obsidian Lite sound. The choke points make for an insanely comfortable grip. I picked it up and immediately spun it with ease. The green with a mostly black hilt looks so nice. Best thing about this hilt though...it came with silver FoC! I was not expecting that! While a premium hilt would have been cool all I really wanted was a hilt I didn’t already have. I love everything about this hilt. Not to mention it was FREE! Still blows my mind that I was lucky enough to win such a stellar prize. Thank you Ultra Sabers for two fine editions to my arsenal! And yes I know, pics or didn’t happen. They are on the way. I’m having too much fun spinning them right now though, ha!

Just got an email back from Erin after reaching out about my order being two months late. She said she will make sure it ships in the next 1-2 business days as well as giving me 20% off for a future order. I’m super happy I got a response back, but kinda confused if they lost my order or it got buried by the mountain of new orders they’re getting? Either way it sounds like my sabers will be here soon and my next saber will be that much more affordable  ;D

For those of you that haven’t heard anything about your entry order or being able to choose your prizes and stuff, I had more luck replying to the email that I got saying I was a winner way back on February 1st. You guys should try and find that email and reply with what you want to get and you might get a response faster than the basic customer service emails since they’ve been getting so many. I think the winner emails are sorted separately because Erin responded a day later to my email two days ago.

I ordered Jan 2nd and I’m still waiting. I honestly think that anyone who entered the raffles didn’t have their orders started until the raffle ended. And now some orders are on hold waiting for parts. Otherwise you’d think I’d have received a shipping notice before anyone who ordered after me. Congrats to those who are getting them now though. I ordered a diamond saber January 18th and won forth prize which I upgraded and I still haven’t received either of mine. It took until I sent an email asking where my stuff was that they told me they’re sorry and they’ll get it to ship out in the next 1-2 days. If I remember right, Malik got told the same thing but it took like 5 days or something like that. If they honor their word, mine should ship today, since I was told that on Sunday.

I really don’t see a recognizable pattern to who gets their stuff. I think it’s merely just availability and maybe the force being on their side a little

Yeah, I sent the same email and got a respond 3/9 that my order would ship in 1-2 days.  Then on 3/11 they told me a hilt I ordered suddenly went out of stock (despite being in stock when I ordered it over a month earlier).
They offered acceptable substitutes and I responded immediately with my choice, but I haven't heard anything from them since and my order is still processing.

I think if my hilt was in stock, they would have honored their promise to get it shipping last week, but they hit a snafu with that hilt.
I've regained a bit more patience in light of recent events, but I'll probably send a polite "hey, what's goin on?" email on Friday/Saturday if I don't hear anything further this week.

Yeah I’ve asked about my order but still no reply. I asked what the status was and what the wait time is on the windowed emitter because if that’s all that’s holding mine up and if the emitter is going to be more than a couple more weeks I’ll just change it to the non windowed version but if I don’t get a reply I can’t make that change lol. It’s been about a week now since I emailed about that. So I’m still waiting. As far as I know it’s my raffle prize that’s holding up my order.

Sounds like you all have very similar stories like mine too. I ordered my saber on 23/1. I upgraded my 3rd prize. That proces went quite smooth. Ana responded in a few days and I was also able to adjust something on my raffle entry (Lost Grey, Diamond).
Last week I got an email with informing me that the shipment will be sent in 1 or 2 business days. A week has passed an I still have no FedEx tracking number. My order is still processing.

With all the craziness that has come about in the past week due to the virus I’m sure it’s putting a Delay on some of the orders. I also have to think that there are still parts that are not available which could also be slowing some things down. Patience is the key.

Maybe someone around here has a few ideas on how to resolve the grip. I think I remember someone doing something with the ribs, screwed off and the replaced them with something. But maybe that just happened in my mind.

Very nice pull. It looks like you may have got one that was off or maybe was returned. You seem to have some features there like the recharge port that weren’t connected and a vented pommel. It may have been set up with sound and a recharge port, had that funny bit of anodizing you pointed out and then was returned. They just gutted it and removed those features and and that was the random hilt they grabbed for your prize. I’m sure if you’re up to it and decide to keep it you could put in a recharge connection and sound. Nice review though and nice luck.

The way anodizing is done on aluminum hilts is that it is either masked off and the anodizing is done, or, the whole hilt is anodized and the extra bits removed. I'm pretty sure US does it the first way, so my guess is that someone missed masking off that section of the ring. The pommel vents though are standard. They would be there no matter if it has sound or not.


Nice review overall. Quite impressed that you got that as a 3rd prize. Too bad about the batteries though.

So I just got a response from US about my raffle prize. They said they can build it minus the windows on the emitter but said I’d need to pay for the upgrades I had listed. I’m a bit confused because I thought getting the diamond and emerald prizes we had our choice of saber. I picked a spectre and built it on the site and gave them the build list. But they’re saying that id need to pay about $140 for the recharge port, engraving, covertech wheel, and battery charger. I’m fine if I need to remove some of these options but I’m just confused by that response.

All of the prizes, from Diamond down, are "stock" sabers.   Diamond you select what you want, but if you desire options beyond the stock model you need to pay for those options.  The Diamond prize you select the hilt and it is Diamond equipped, but other options like recharge ports, covertech, windows, etc that are not included in the "stock" saber hilt are not covered by the prize itself.

So basically anything you would need to pay for on the site after the "prize" option of the saber being a Diamond-equipped hilt you would need to pay for.

Yeah that’s what I figured. I was just surprised I guess. It’s all good. I’m keeping the engraving and might have to pay for v4 sound because I think they ran out of v3. It’s not an option anymore on the site lol. I dropped the extra covertech wheel and the recharge port. I also told them I didn’t need the battery charger since I have a few already but that one was kind of odd that it doesn’t come with it because it’s a prize. I’m not upset by any means. Just was puzzled. I’m just thrilled that they replied and that hopefully I’ll be getting my order sent out soon. I’m honestly more excited for my order than my prize. I mean I’m excited that I won and won an emerald. But I’m more excited for the reaction from my kid when he gets his and my friend when she gets hers. This will be her first saber and she’s a huge Star Wars nut. I’ve had her and my almost three year old waiting since the 2nd of Jan. She doesn’t know what her gift is. Oh for sure. I bought one for my older boy when he was around the same age as his brother is now. Just a stunt saber. My daughter ended up wanting one too so I got her one as well. She was around 12 at the time. The youngest has been getting into mine lately and I decided to get him one too. He’s been so excited about it. I can’t wait till his gets here so he and his brother can duel. I’m just hoping my older boy doesn’t get jealous of his little brothers saber. Both are stunt but the older one has an initiate v3 and his little brother is getting a v4 le.

Well after getting the emails yesterday I got a shipping notification today. So it looks like I was right and my order has been sitting while my prize was reviewed. It just took about a month and a half for them to get to my email and respond. They have a tracking number and shipping estimate for my friends saber now that they have the address and payment for split shipping. My sons and my prize haven’t shipped yet though but I’m hoping they get sent soon as well.

So my friend got hers just now. Loves it. It’s her first saber. I asked her to send pics. Once she does I’ll post them. We got her a dark initiate le in pyrestone orange.

Thanks. I like it. The spectre is smaller than I thought it would be. It’s about the same length as the bellicose. Not bad. I just thought it looked bigger on the site. My kid was stoked to get his. The door bell rang and he went running to the door and started clapping and spinning in circles saying my light saber is here I’ve rand over.

Lol. Yeah once we had them out the boys and I started playing around for a bit. My daughter is out at her grandmothers otherwise I’m sure she may have joined in as well. I left them to it after a few minutes though and went back to what I was doing before the fed ex truck had shown up. They kept playing with them most of the day though.

Here I sit a week after I got the email saying 1-2 more business days and it is still processing. Hopefully that means sometime this week I’ll hear something I hope

I'm at 2 weeks on a promised 1-2 day email.
Gonna wait until Thursday to email them again as I'll officially be at 2 MONTHS from my initial order by then.

I held out my patience a lot longer on this order than my last, but unfortunately this experience has ensured I won't be ordering sabers for myself in the near future.  At least not until I start hearing that they are officially caught up

I’d email ana or Marlena. They may be hung up for some reason or another. Check on the site and try to build your same order with the same options and see if any are missing/out of stock. You could be waiting on a part.

That's exactly what happened actually. I sent them an email 3/7 to see what was up.
3/9 I got an email from Erin saying she would ensure it gets shipped in 1-2 days
3/11 I get an email from Brent that one of the hilt I ordered is out of stock and gave me options, which I immediately responded to.
3/19 Brent emailed me back saying he got my response and will get my order out ASAP.

That's why I'm going to wait until Thursday to email them because so far they've been reasonable in their responses.
It just sucks waiting 2+ months on an order that was supposed to be 3-4 weeks and what you ordered was in stock when you ordered it.

I'm super excited to get my first saber with sound and FoC, but waiting for it has drained all my enthusiasm to order anything else for a while.

Which is a bummer because my son is saving up for his own saber with premium sound but now is not a good time to order it.

Yeah for me it was two months since I ordered on the 18th. I didn’t reach out by email until around then and they gave me the 1-2 day promise. It’s coming up on 9 weeks since I ordered and they haven’t even given me options for how to make this process happen.

That’s a bummer. I ordered the day the raffle opened and didn’t really hear back till last week but they said they’d get the order done and out ASAP and they did. I’d reach out. Seems like something else may have happened.

Ganner Krieg, same here. We should be patient. It’s almost two weeks ago when I got that exact same message. I got the message on the 11th. Still no follow up message or tracking number. I believe (being advised by fellow forum members) all will be well! I’m waiting with you! At least we are not alone during these crazy days!

I put some pics up yesterday of mine but need to figure out how to link them so they just show up. I played with the emerald driver today and changed the color on both my emerald sabers. My new spectre now has more of a frost blue instead of the dva and flash to a periwinkle color. I’ll post pics tomorrow of the change.

That explains a lot. That’s what I ordered. Maybe I should see about switching if that’s even possible at this point. Who knows, maybe I got that one already and my raffle prize is what’s holding it up. And as for patience, I’ve been very patient and understanding considering.

I don’t think you were lied to. I think that there’s too many people that were trying to help you and weren’t on the same page. The one that said they’d get your order out within a couple of days may not have known the hilt was out of stock and assumed that it was and that they could get yours out. I had three different people respond to me at different days about splitting the order to two addresses but it was ultimately the last person I spoke with that made the change and had me pay for it to get it done. I would hit them up again though and see. If that hilt is out of stock you can probably make a change. It turned out my order had been hung up because of my prize specs having an out of stock part and once they finally got back to me about that part they were able to make a couple of changes and sent it out a day later.

Got a response about my Dark Apprentice v5 being out of stock. My options were:

1) We can change the hilt to an Dark Initiate v4 hilt WITH Windows + AV switch at no additional charge (with all other options on your order the same) and get this order fabricated and shipped out for you ASAP.

2) We can change the hilt to an Dark Initiate LE v4 hilt WITH Windows + AV switch at no additional charge (with all other options on your order the same) and get this order fabricated and shipped out for you ASAP.

3) We can change the hilt to a Dark Standard Issue v3 saber (NO Vertical Grooves) + AV switch at no additional charge (slightly longer hilt, with all other options on your order the same) and get this order fabricated and shipped out for you ASAP.

4) We can hold your order with no changes and get this shipped out to you when we have the Dark Apprentice v5 hilts back in stock in 3-4 weeks.

And your choice was...?

Number one. Don’t really care at this point. All were good options I am just tired of waiting

The initiate is basically a short apprentice anyway. I’m surprised they didn’t give you a v5 as an option though. Unless they’re out of those too. Lol. Glad you guys will be getting them soon though.

Agreed. I might have originally ordered a V4, but the V5s having windows and AV switches for cheaper than upgrading the V4s made the choice for me.
So getting a V4 with those upgrades for the same cost as a V5 is the best of both worlds.

The only thing I'm bummed about is the my order also includes a Sentinel v5 LE. I was going to swap the blade sleeve windows but now I won't be able to since the v4 doesn't have that piece.
And I only ordered the Sentinel because my wife wants a Dark hilt so i ordered the light hilt for myself to have different colors to swap. Otherwise i would have ordered the Dark Sentinel for myself.

But that just means that once US gets caught up, I'll have an idea of what I want for my ultimate ideal saber   ;D

I finally got a tracking number today. Mega mega excited. I do have 1 important question and I hope maybe somebody with experience can answer this.

So, I looked at the invoice and my winning raffle prize is not mentioned. Also, the upgrades aren’t listed anywhere.
Looking at the FedEx package info it says it weighs 3.00 lb.
My raffle entry was a diamond Lost Grey. I have no clue how much the saber including t-shirt, blade plug weigh... it looks like it on the light side?

I hope you can help me out. I send Ultrasabers a mail but it might take a while before they get back to me.

Seems they’re really cranking orders out because mine was completed as of this morning. It’s kinda crazy how fast they were able to do all of my customizations on the different saber. I wish they would’ve told me the one I ordered was out of stock a long time ago so this would’ve gotten fixed right away. Either way I’m super excited and can’t wait to see what my raffle prize is.

Now the question is, do I do an unboxing video or a review 🤔

Edit: Brent just emailed me saying they were able to get me the Dark Apprentice v5 anyways. I guess enough of the other people that ordered them switched to the other options before me and there was enough left of the Apprentice to get me one. Sorry to the others that had to switch but I’m super happy the wait wasn’t for nothing

Your invoice or any information like that will not show your raffle winnings. They add it to the box and it just comes as a surprise.

Yep. Most of what you have really isn’t that heavy. A few ounces here and there. The hoots will be the heaviest and even then you’re looking at maybe a pound at most.

I paid for the additions to my diamond saber prize. In the home stretch now.

I received my sabers today. I am totally in love with the fallen. My grab bag was a counselor green dark standard issue and my second place prize was a dark apprentice LEV5 in blazing red with sound.

My sabers are out for delivery. Gonna be here before 2:30pm central. I’m literally just sitting in the living room watching out the window for the mailman. Just call me Fido 😂

Super happy with my sabers! They are awesomeeee. Just one question, anyone have problems connecting a diamond saber to the controller? I’ve tried using like 3 different cables and it still won’t connect when I plug it in

I assume it’s the same as the emerald. First off make sure your plugging it into the diamond board and not the obsidian board. Then I want to say you have the cable connected to the computer first, then turn on the saber, then plug it into the board. Then it should find it. Try that and see if it helps.

I finally got my package I have been waiting for.... It was worth the wait. We are living in a strange time in history but opening the box with these sabers... man... I am speechless. That little kid inside my just jumped up and felt immensely happy. For the first time in weeks I felt my inner child alive and kicking!

So, my raffle entry saber was the Lost Grey. I can't believe how amazing this saber is. It's gorgeous, elegant and bold. To my surprise it was fitted with a recharge port that I did not order. I guess that's a bonus?
Then another surprise is the following: My primary obsidian setting has a shimmering effect. I posted and asked about how to instal shimmering on the forum but never thought US staff are reading the posts because whoever was installing my saber created the most awesome "sound/light bank" on the Lost Grey. I just love it!!!!!!!!

Then my 3rd prize....

When I opened the box and eventually saw my prize, I just couldn't believe my eyes. I thought I would get a apprentice or liberator or something like that but it's actually a higher end saber... The Manticore!!!!!!!!
This saber too, has a recharge port. Crazy!!!
My 7 year old said: this is my fave! And I actually fell in love with this hilt. Its perfectly balanced and easy to wield. Also, its even better looking in person than in pictures... those windows in the emitter.... Insane!

I made a unboxing vid I will try to post it in the coming days... (I had to improvise since we are in lockdown and my camera etc are in the studio).

I just want to thank everybody at Ultrasabers and Emory, Marlena, Ana and Erin for helping out with my order. And, off course the person who made/installed my sabers (for the special though!!!)

After what felt like an eternity my January 29th order has arrived!! I present to you the Menace CE, in all its shimmering glory! I can't even describe in words how much I love this saber. I am so happy I have this as The Clone Wars comes to an end. Maul is the coolest Sith, change my mind!

But wait there's more! My First Prize Hilt with Emerald Driver was the Emperor's Hand! I'm in love with this saber. A part of me was hoping the prize might have been the other half of the Menace staff, but this saber is so incredible to look at and hold. I think given the choice between completing the staff and this Emperor's Hand, I'd pick the EH anytime. I am so happy to add it to my slowly growing collection. Again Thank you so much Ultrasabers! The Dorinian pommel I ordered seems to be absent, but I'll shoot Ultrasabers an email and try to get that sorted out. I might even see If I can just swap it for either a coupler, or perhaps put in as a credit for the other Menace CE after all  ;)

Is the Fallen a heavy saber?

Around 22oz of 600grams, depending on the internals (batteries, speaker, etc.)

I love both of these sabers, Gedda! I think you should use them together for a character!

It is the biggest saber I own, and has a quite a heft to it.

Actually I can compare my Fallen LE directly to my slightly modified Initiate V3.

The Initiate has a flush adjustable coupler, a small adapter and a War Glaive pommel added to give it length and more hilt/pommel weight to off-set a 36" blade.
The Fallen as a 2" 'gear' extension and a Butcher pommel, so it is also a little bit longer and slightly more pommel-heavy than a standard Fallen.

How do they compare?   

Well, you can see from the picture below that the Fallen is bigger.   To my eye its like a cruiser next to a battleship.  :-)   But for all of that the Fallen is comfortable to grip, the checker grip on the hilt is VERY secure, and its actually just a tad lighter than the Initiate V3.  And both are extremely well balanced.

Oh no! You can't stop by to pick it up? I'd say that's essential ;)

I think if I really pushed it they would let me, but we have a manufacturing section and on-site folks who HAVE to be there, so the company is being hyper-paranoid about making sure only people who really have to be there are there.   If I called my boss and got clearance to go pick something up from my office and then it got out that the 'something' was my saber...   Yeah.  That would not go over well.

So in the interest of harmony and in keeping my fellow essential workers safe, I make the sacrifice...  *sigh*

IF they extend this for another month or more, though, I will be going in to grab some of my office stuff - monitors, cables, etc - to expand my home office area.   I will definitely grab it then!

Otherwise, its safe and secure.   I will simply have to wait.   

Just say you have a package you need to pick up and let someone else bring it out to your car or something. I can't see how popping into your office for 2 minutes could be a problem.
