They are supported except for the Mantis, which due to its shape just has 2-supports at the hilt. But the "support" is just a small wire coat hook, so after I saw that post you were referring to, I started second guessing my strategy. A fourth-place prize and I couldn't be more stoked and less patient to receive them. I plan to form a similar arrangement after my fiance and I get married in the spring and find a starter home wherever that may be. I have now added a nail just short of the tip of each. Thankfully it is not too obvious and will be virtually invisible when the sabers are switched on. My entry was the Crimson Reaper in Adegan Silver with Red FoC, Lite sound, red illuminated silver AV switch, and color discs. My 4th Prize is a stunt Apprentice V4 with windows in Arctic Blue, silver AV switch, and Shock pommel. I got excited when I saw the pommel, I thought maybe it had sound. A stunt saber with dark apprentice v5 hilt , purple LED and 32" heavy grade ultraedge (Pretty sure its heavy grade, its well heavier than my other stunt sabers :) ) very cool!, I did actually consider getting an apprentice v5 hilt too.
