Title: New Saber Owner
Post by: klmartin17 on September 25, 2024, 06:21:55 PM
I just got my Saber, I pulled the battery plastic separator and then powered it up. Then turned it off and walked away. When I came back and powered it up I got sound but no saber light. suggestions?? Also hard to get into menus is it supposed to be that hard? Should I start with a full charge of the NC2 Li battery

I am so sorry that this has happened to your saber. It is always a good idea to fully charge your battery when the saber does anything weird. Also, make sure that the saber brightness is not turned down. Accessing the configuration menu with a low battery will be hit or miss. I would charge that battery up fully and then email [email protected] if that does not resolve this matter. I apologize for any inconvenience.
