Looks good. I assume it is meant to go with the mask on your other thread. The red and black color scheme is usually a Sith thing but since your mask has that Jedi Order logo on the front, there should be no confusion. If you keep this same theme throughout the costume, I think it will suggest "I am a Jedi, I just don't take prisoners!"
Anyway, I do like the belt. It looks like the Jedi belts of old, but also looks more comforatable and practical. Well done.

Thanks for all the positive comments, this is my first attempt at costume making, I've designed hundreds of costumes but never tried to make one.  I actually found out how to make the belt here on the forum, wish i could remember the name so i could give him credit.  I used a strip of camping foam and covered it in vinyl then just took a belt and wrapped it around it.  Ill be adding a bit here and there though.

You are off to a great start, my friend. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Track down some of these at a local shop or online to keep the middle belt in place (and add more Star Warsy flair!).

I Goggled "Sam Browne Stud", but they go by a few different names.

Sam Browne studs/rivets can be found at a Tandy leather store, or at their online store.

Hey, I like that! Very similar to my own character, an Order 66 survivor who went to the Dark Side for vengeance agaist the Sith.

I should add: while I like the Browne rivets, the ones with flat heads on either side can be even better.  The wide heads make for better catches on the interior belt.

Never even saw these; like the below I assume?  That'd make a secure fit.
