I Plan on purchasing two Dominix sabers one with sound and the other without due to lack of funds to purchase the Phantom V3.what I'm wondering if I purchase another Black coupler with vents, will I still be able to join the two sabers together. Do I have to buy another pommel or regardless of what pommel I get I'd still be able to join the two sabers.

Also, what is the length of the blade of the dominix saber?

First I recommend posting in the Rules section Wink
Second: Welcom to the forum Cheesy
And now your questions: you can connect both Dominix with the coupler since the sabers and the coupler are MHS (Modular Hilt System) compatible. You don't have to order another pommel except for a new look of your saber. You simply unscrew the pommels that come with your sabers, screw the coupler into one saber and screw the second saber onto the coupler.
The blades on all sabers (except the Initiate sabers which come with a 24" blade) is a standard 36" long blade, but you can always request a shorter one (for example 32") in the Order Comments.

Just remember the vented coupler only works with V3 Sabers, except the Archon V2.1

also keep in mind while yes you can connect them sound will be coming only out of one saber and that the one with sound will be heavier then the one without. this could effect the balance of a staff having one saber heavier then the other so its something to keep in mind.

well it would depend on the saber without sound's setup whether its an li-ion with a buckpuck/resistor vs just a standard setup that just uses AAA bateries. my two stunt sabers are just standard setups and there is quite a bit of a difference between them and my fully loaded Manticore. if it was a saber with an li-ion with either a buckpuck or a resistor then I dont think it would be as bad but then again I dont have too much experience with saber staffs. the previous point about the sound only coming from one saber does still stand though.
