It's too tough to narrow it down to a single movie of the countless hundreds that I've seen. However as best I can remember the vast number of great movie quotes, my absolute favorite is the intro that Robert Duvall makes to the punks in Second Hand Lions. I haven't had it committed to memory in its entirety...yet...because it is a veeeeeeeeeeerrrrry loooonnng line. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it.

As for me, I love this quote from Sucker Punch (broken up throughout the film):
