I have a graflex CE that I ordered with a tri-cree LED, so it is not compatible with FOC.  I kind of wish I'd ordered FOC.  Is there a way to modify it to be FOC, or do I need to check with US to see if I can send it back to be changed out for regular FOC or an emerald driver?

You'd have to change a lot to change that. You currently have 3 dies all the same color. For FOC you need one different color. You could have it changed but it will take new LED module and all. I prefer Tri colors over sabers with flash after having a few of both.
