I'd probably be okay with either of these 5:

Marcus Mumford (I've been a Mumford & Sons fan since 2009 when their first record came out and nobody followed)

Dave Grohl (I grew up listening to Foo Fighters and would love to meet such a Rock and Roll hero)

Daisy Ridley (because Daisy Ridley)

Johnny Depp (I've heard that he's one of the most down to earth celebrities and people always say that if you see him in public he is totally nice)

Ewan McGregor (he was such a good Obi-Wan and meeting him would be cool)

I'd have to go with Shaquille O'Neal.  He was one of my childhood heroes growing up, and he projects such an aura of confidence and charisma, both on and off the court/screen/studio.  I played a ton of basketball as a pre-teen, and I was really tall for my age, so I looked up to him and always tried to emulate his style on the court.  To me, he truly is the living example of a "larger than life" personality.

Other mentions go to Anthony Bourdain, Neil Gaiman, and currently Miles Luna and Kerry Shawcross, the co-writers of RWBY...only so I can punch those two smug bastards in the face for making me cry like a little girl no less than three times over the course of the latest season.
