I've so far only build a stunt saber, so I know how to do that.  However, I'm thinking to take on a bigger project, and that's building a Flamberge.  My questions are these:

Is one 4 AAA pack enough to light all 3 blades?
Do I need 3 resistors, or would a buck puck be more appropriate, and if so how is that wired together?

Thanks in advance for your help if you have any to offer! Cheesy

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I wasn't planning on having a sound board for this build.

I would recommend Li-Ion setup and BuckPuck to the Main Blade and resistors to the side blades.
