Where is the small thickness hilt? I need a 1" or 1,25" diameter for customizate a organic style "Legacy sith saber" sculpt over the hilt.

If memory serves, most V2 hilts are 1.25" in diameter.

I think the Standard Issue V2 was actually thicker than most of the V2 hilts. It's really up to you though!

Thank you Though in these models of V2 there is a bit troublesome the piece that goes over the body doing a part thicker than others parts.

In that case go for the Standard Issue!

Most measurements are available on the Ultrasabers.com website: The original Standard Issue is 1.28" wide and 12.25" long, while the Standard Issue v3 is 1.48" wide and 12.25" long. So you get the same size and feel of a Standard Issue with some new great features.
