I have drawn a few hilts and was wondering if US could custom build one. Any feedback is wholeheartedly welcomed.

I believe that http://www.xsabers.com might be your best bet.  That's the site that Ultra uses for custom builds, I believe.  But that's all dependent on how much work they have on the shelf, and I will warn you that custom builds are very expensive (economy of scale, and all)...
