Hello,
i bought a Dark Apprendice LE 4 with obsidian lite sound last year, after a while I did not use it, I opened it because I felt something vibrating.
And I found it broken, maybe some bumps during sparring ... is there anything I can do? Do I need a specific product to hang it up? or have i to buy a new battey holder?

Your saber has a 1 year warranty. I'd contact US at [email protected], and they'll help you out. Yes, it looks like you need a new pack.

Also, if you continue to post, please read, acknowledge, and post in the RULES SECTION. It's just something we are all required to do.

Good luck.

The problem with your battery holder is the problem with all US sabers, that sort of battery solution is very out of date and for a company focused on "duelable sabers" they really should do better chassis solutions.

I was just about to post another thread looking for advice on pretty much this exact problem. I noticed US sells replacement battery holders, but I thought I'd double-check to see what their support had to say.

In my case, though, I've made mods to the top part of the saber (around the blade), so I might not get support. We'll see.

For what it's worth, I had a battery holder break on my saber.  Replacing it was simple.  Added a bit of padding around it to prevent future breakage...
