Ok, so this one is a doozy:

My saber, from day one,  has stated that every font is unused. Every effect is labeled N/A.
I uploaded the default fonts I found on the main paging thinking it would fix the problem. But every time I plug in the saber, same thing comes up.
Yes, I performed diagnostics and yes, I did reset it all to factory settings. So what am I missing?

So even after the reset,  still no fonts displayed in the editing program?
 But the fonts are on the saber and working?

I must be something between your computer and the editing program.  Are you running it as an administrator?

Are your USB Drivers up to date?

I'm at a loss. I'm sorry.
 Hopefully someone else on the forum will post the "correct" answer.
Or you can contact customer service on the Ultrasabers website.
I really hope you get it figured out!
