Getting desperate....

I ordered a pair of yari pike extensions s a couple weeks ago, I. Competing in a TSL exotics event in 1 week. Any time I have ordered parts from Ultrasabers I get shipping notification within a few days and my order comes about a week after that but it has been 2 weeks with no shipping notice. I wrote an email asking if there would be a delay and if I could expedite my order 2 days ago and have gotten no answer. Nobody is answering the phone it the Facebook messages. I am willing to pay more shipping if needed but I am getting anxious because my flight leaves Friday morning and I fear if my order doesn't ship by end of business today it won't arrive in time.....does anyone from Ultrasabers read these forums? I NEED HELP

If you picked priority mail shipping or the like it won't send you a shipping notification. They'll just turn up one day. At least that's how mine have been with that shipping method.

You may want to email [email protected] and explain your situation.

US is definitely under some kind of backlog right now, orders from the 5th still aren't shipped.

Probably tied to the Sith sale, recent weather here in TX, etc.

Since you're just needing a metal part, that seems a simple order to fill, but maybe they've been working sequentially.

Shoot Marlena a nice email and explain your problem, and I bet US will scramble to help you out.

I echo janx in recommending you contact Marlena and ecplain the situation. She helped me about a month ago when I needed a saber repair within a week for a performance May the 4th. Contact her with your order number explaining the situation. Since it's a pike extension it should, in theory, be easy enough to expedite.
