Okk so i was want to start dueling a little bit. Since after all ulstra sabers are meant to be dueled with, i figured why not?? The problem is i have no idea what im doing and would like to start learning moves and spins inwhich would look good in a duel but also be affective. Any one whocould shed some light on this subject or refer me to a video or two would be most appreciated.

There are DVD's out there on saber combat.... Unfortunately the makers of said DVD's are currently not on good terms with Ultra, so I don't think advertising their products here would be smiled upon.
I don't know enough about the situation to have an opinion, but I know there is a conflict going on atm. So I would imagine their stuff isn't welcome here.
but that being said there are DVD's and videos out there... A quick youtube or internet search should yield some good results.

What you could do is..... get a partner, and slowly work out attacks, blocks, parries, and so forth. Find a pattern that feels good to both combatants. I've read/watched stuff that suggests numbering the moves and try and keep each set to about 10 moves or less. Me and my son are working on some fight scenes, We try to keep it to 8 moves or so before we "break off" and re-engage. So far this is working out for movie like combat. When it stops raining so much and warms up we'll be messing with actual fight moves.
