Author Topic: My first Ultra Saber, the Dominix v2 LE  (Read 8520 times)

So a couple days ago, I got my first Ultra Saber. Ive always wanted a custom saber, and when I found Ultra Sabers for the first time my jaw dropped. I read reviews, watched videos, and finally saved up enough money to get my first saber. I ordered a Dominix V2 LE with an Artic Blue Ultraedge heavy grade blade. It came about a week after I ordered it.  On to the pix!!!


The hilt. What can I say about this thing? Its just great. My friend bought a Standard issue battle saber about the same time I got mine, and the dominix is alot lighter. Im guessing this is due to the thinner hilt from all the machining. It actually came with a free set of batteries!


The blade Cheesy When I first lit this saber with the included batteries, I must say I was a bit dissapointed. Instead of a baby blue, It was more of a pool water green. I was about to write an email to Ultrasabers and ask about this, and then the solution hit me! Change the batteries, dummy  Tongue. Boom, there we go! BRIGHT baby blue blade on a black hilt. The look is quite stunning: Here is the lit blade with light

I must say, I am very impressed with how light this saber is. The blade is bright and pretty, but man does it eat batteries. I have had to change batteries already(after the initial change) and Ive only had it for about 5 days. Overall, I must say I WILL be buying another saber from you guys Smiley

the Artic blue is pretty amazing. I think I should have gone with my first instinct and gotten a red blade with this hilt, but overall I still like the color

my saber and this review just sealed the deal!

I think the Arctic Blue did turn out well.  I have a Blazing Red Dominix v2 and lemme tell you, it's pretty awesome so if you're still considering the red I say go for it lol
