So far I have a couple of sabers. Never logged on or gave my reviews before. We have sabers for every member of the family (and then some), because we're all SW freaks and dueling is fun for the whole family. When you can beat the crap out your kids and they have a good time... Nothing is better.
All of our US sabers are without sound. Because we use them for what they were intended for.
Prophecy: (guardian blue). Awesome saber, I find the balance of it more to my liking than any of my other sabers. Complaints... There are none, well except for one time I was spinning the saber around and cut the #*&@ out of my hand. To this day I have no idea what part cut me, nor have I been able to duplicate it... So it's really a non-issue
Bane: (Fire Orange) My favorite saber out of all that I have (US or not). There is something about just the presence of a two-handed broadsword of orange fury that makes my kids run for the hills. Only "complaint" is the Velcro that holds the batteries doesn't really hold them and they sometimes pop loose during sparring. Rubber-band + Velcro = indestructible.
Yoda stunt: (purple) This saber was for my youngest daughter, It's a FX hilt... So not much to say about that. Flawless conversion. Even though she's little, she can tear some people up with that saber. Perfect size for the wee ones.
Just ordered Dark Initiate LE: (green) Literally just ordered this yesterday for my son (full sized blade was still a tad to big for him to wield) because of how happy we've been with our other purchases from US. There is not a doubt in my mind we will receive a high quality saber.
In short I have been nothing short of amazed by the quality of product that US kicks out. I have had zero issues (other than the minor issues listed above) and these sabers take abuse like no other. Slowly I plan to replace all of our dueling sabers with US... And maybe customize my Bane later down the road, but right now I'm having too much fun with it.
The weathered look, looks even better when it's ACTUALLY weathered... LOL
Thanks UltraSabers!!!!
