I think I'd like that emblem more if it were inverted.
The Jedi symbol has the saber uplifted, representing hope, goodness - all the things the Jedi are meant to embody. I don't see the Sith using that.
But it is neat.

And for those saying, "But she uses her looks to do..." - she's kind of being written to the audience's gaze. She could be seductive without showing all the skin, but they use the character to sell books.
It's the equivalent to swords and sorcery art that features men in plate mail while the ladies where chainmail bikinis. It's not needed, and it's not all that attractive - I find it kinda trashy myself. It's an overprevalent trope.
Actually, while what you say is true in a sense, they've nearly pushed that Twi'lek female are almost always exploited for their natural assets. It IS true that there are a few female Twi'lek that aren't scantly clad, but other than two-three of them, the majority is. Further, to counter the thought of the overly sexy Darth Talon, they also had Darth Maladi being very demure and classy, though just as sadistic and cunning.
