does anybody know how to remove the LED on an ultrasaber. i have been able to take the LED and the battery pack out of the handle, but they are connected at the switch and i cannot seem to be  able to remove that.

If you are swapping out an LED, you might want to try pulling it out from the emitter side, cutting it out from there, and then souldering/heatshrinking the wires back together from that end. I did this with my Prophecy and then my Guardian and didn't have any issues.

Hi, I'm building my own lightsaber I got all the parts I need from Ultrasabers. I'm having a really hard time with the wiring I can't seem to get it to work I fried my first sound board and I had to get a another one. I now have it were the sound and LEDs work and if I hold the switch down it will turn off but only when I hold it down otherwise it stay's on. I'm also unsure about the BuckPuck and how I'm supposed to wire that in. The parts I have are:

   BuckPuck
   Momentary switch
   Obsidian USB 3.0
Guardian Green LEDs with quick release
   Lion batters
   Battery holder (for 2)
Shock Le single switch lightsaber body
And me who doesn't know what there doing.

Any help would be appreciated this is a learning process and has been fun, but I need a little (more like a lote) of help from someone who knows what there doing.

It is.  You have to use heat sink to pull the heat away from them.  Copper & aluminum are the best types.

When the battery speaker is hooked up to the LEDs is there supposed to be a higher pitched whistle type noise or is there supposed to be silence?
And I just got my new USB soundboard but I can't get any sound from it any ideas?

There should only be silence.  You have power going to the speaker directly from the batteries.

Can I fix it or did I do something wrong? If I can fix it, how?

Hi, I have a (Modular LED System (MLS) unit) and when ever I turn it on it gets really really hot. (I can't touch it hot) is it supposed to do that or am I hooking it up wrong? If it need heat shrink or something like that, were do I put it on?
 Thanks.

Your gona have to be more spisific. The leds put off a lot of heat it is the saber itself the part that's getting hot cuz that's normal if its been on for more than 25 min or so

Its the Modular LED System (looks kinda like Iron Mans mini arc-reactor)  that gets hot. Its not in the saber hilt yet I'm working on wiring right now and when ever I turn on the LEDs after a few minutes (5-10min or so) they get hot enough to burn skin and they take a wile to cool off.
  What do you think?
 Thanks.
